Tren was delayed for 20 mins and the 45 min trip from Milan Malpensa Airport to Milan took around 1h 30min so almost 2h trip. There was no one at the station to give us guidance and real time status....inacceptable for an important metropolitan connection.

The app does not work: when you try to register to buy a ticket, you get an error message. The name of the trains on the list do not show the number of the train that is shown at the station. So you don't know which train to take. After years, still problems to register.

You can get the schedules but then you cannot buy the tickets in most travels. Then you get to the automatic machines and just because you fail to change the starting station you get to pay a lot more on the train. Not the way to go.

Useful to buy tickets with a credit card: crazy fast if you log in and have your information already saved in the app. Timetables with delays updated in real-time are also useful but I rarely use that feature so I don't know how accurate is that.

On my android phone, I've tried again and again to validate my ticket but it doesn't work properly. Even on the website it isn't possible. So the physical ticket is better, unless you want to pay a fine. Please, could you fix this bug for Android systems? Thanks!

One of the worst ux and ui i have experienced. The site too but the app..... Oh my gosh. Took 20 minutes of continuous attempts to register, confirm & access the account, including on the pc when I finally got fed up with the mobile experience. I have zero confidence in this app. after finally having an account... & being logged in (!!) I tried to purchase tickets... I was prompted to login again (!!!?!?!) & Of course... Error! Trued check out as guest, put in credit card details and... ERROR!

orrible. have been trying to purchase 30days return ticket and after showing the options it doesnt make you select the combination you want. Trenord you had better give up the biz and sell fish at the night market (always if you manage!)

You have to activate the train pass in a station. The app works only with an internet connection, and, this is a problem since usually there is poor signal during the trip: you cannot use the app as a wallet for your tickets/pass.

Registering and log in are fouled up. It made me spend too much time doing both. It goes on a loop sending email to complete process to register or to reset password never making it possible to complete the login. It recognizes my email as being be registered but never lets me log in!

This is a terrible app. Very difficult to use and it's impossible to complete a fully registered customer if you're not Italian because of mandatory fields to complete which only apply to Italians.

Terribile. Un app che non funziona. Inutile. Useless application to download. Instead of saving your time by having this kind of application turned out the other way around. It wasted more time and then later on you end up to buy ticket in biglietteria. Need to fix your app. Real talk. Ciao.

It needs a dark mode. Sometimes (a bit too often) when the app opens it doesn't show me my favorites, it just leaves a blank space or doesn't even show the favorite lines and favorite stations on the home page. So then I have to search for them again or close and reopen the app.

Dear Developer, I believe there is some sort of errors when passenger attempts to buy andare a ritorno tickets online. In my case, after setting the payment methods, the application freezed at the loading screen and never proceed the final transaction. It worked okay while buying one ticket at one time. Please try to look at this problem.

Purchasing tickets in the app often leads to being charged twice. Zero ability to rectify within app. Seems a lot like theft

A useless app that crashes in the middle of payment which results in money taken from the card, but no tickets actually bought. Nonexistent support outside of essentially writing them an email, which is useless when one needs to get tickets then and there. Google Play asked if I "spent more time in the app than expected" - yes, but only because it's so ridiculously stupid. The website is even worse, if anyone wonders.

Glitches out and needs to restart all the time. But worst of all it doesn't give you the train track of each train without jumping between menus, and once you purchase a ticket for a trip with more than one change you can't check the status of those trains from the ticket menu: you have to perform another search! Terrible experience if you're placed on a trip with one change and the first train is delayed so you end up losing the second train that departs on time.

I use it only because it's faster than physically buying the ticket, especially for those who do not live in the city and have no easy access to ticket shops. However it has lots of bugs and freezes when trying to complete a transaction. Today I was late and I've tried to buy a ticket online before and while onboard, only to keep seeing the error message saying it was impossible to end the purchase. When I tried to explain it to the staff they kindly threatened to give me a 50€ fine. So nice!

One of the worse app for android. It seems to work fine on apple, but terrible on android systems. Definitely need some upgrades. Few examples: When it shows the delay time it's never the right time. When you tell the app to only show you direct trains, it also includes combination of trains. Sometimes it just freeze Sometimes the 2€ ticket just doesn't appear at all

If you don't have an Italian address/ID, you won't be able to use tap and go. It isn't mentioned anywhere on the app. You're better off buying physical tickets from the machine.

The app is very disorganized and inefficient. Sad to say about the leading railway company in North Italy. It's also quite limited in the actions you can perform, since Trenord seems to always tend towards a physical approach. For example: you cannot buy a card online, but you need to get it from a station. Also there's no option for a IoViaggio pass in the pass section, and you need to set start and end station for it to show up (while it shohld be a regional pass). It's not a well-thought app.
