Such a hustle apps to use. First, you can't contact the host unless you booked the car first. In order to book you need to pass 3 stages of verification and unfortunately they don't provide any other payment method other than Credit/Debit Card. I can't believe they don't have Online Banking transaction. For my cases, my bank account was deducted twice for one transaction and guess what? You can't withdraw them back unless you deleted your account and only then your money will be returned to you.

Damn f lousy app !! Added card details twice they charged me RM2 each card ! End up im not able to pick the card from the selection it say no payment method not allowing to top up the ewallet ! Is that the way how you do business with lousy system?!!

It need to topup first to trevo wallet,make payment at there,deduct from wallet.But why the daily travel more than 200km charges need pay by transfer to bank acct,and it after few month only charges me,and it cant deduct from wallet?Then what for to topup in wallet?I even dont know is it scam or not,it whatapps me and ask me to pay extra charges by transfer to acct,not direct deduct from wallet?How i know is it scam or what?It take risk.......to get scam by somebody

The host that I got was very helpful and the car was thoroughly cleaned. I don't really like the app as it shows so many cars listed, but when you want to book it mentions unavailable at your time. i hope they can change it to something like airasia where the date and time is selected first then the cars shown is available. It is hassling to click each and every one of the listed car, set the date and time just to find out it's unavailable. Please change this part to make it easier for users.

While using the app and vehicle services overall is fine, but lately when an issue occurred i found it troublesome to resolve immediately. Just to send an email is troublesome as i couldnt just send a regular complaint

The live chat is pretty nice to use. Customer support can respond pretty fast and the issue is resolved within a day. But it is not that obvious of how we can contact to real person instead of the auto reply at first.

Lousy apps.. My Trevo Wallet have more than enough money to pay the transaction but I cant utilise it. Everytimes I make a booking, I have to use Tngo to pay.. Their consultant even worst n dont know anything. Ask me delete the acc to get refund the balance back but end up i cant even delete the acc.. I dont know some of yours Facing same problem. As me or not. Pls do not top up ur money in Trevo Wallet.

Useless.. I clicked on forgot password and trevo sent me an sms and an email with a link supposedly to reset password. After I clicked the link, it goes back to the window to reset password. When I key in my email and phone number, it send another link doing the same thing without any place to set a new password. And the loop goes on and on.

The take a selfie with your IC part of verification needs to be improved and a sample photo needs to be shown. Also, with digital license now mostly do not have photo, Trevo need to fix the verification process.

Useless. Can't even sign up. The OTP sent was wrong. Tried few times, all OTPs were wrong.

0/5 one of the most unprofessional team (customer service and investigation team) I have ever come across. SoCar sounds like a big MNC but the way TREVO team behave like those SME ah pek style Avoid at all cost

Stupid apps. Difficult to live chat. You have to choose the available options only. When you are making bookings it show a specific pickup and delivery point. When bookings done it show a different place. Then you need to pay deliver fees. Felt being scammed.

Your app is rubbish. Verify ID but doesn't let upload picture and need to use ur lousy app camera that can't even focus on the selfie then blame photo is blurry. I'm using Zflip5 ,every photo I take is super clear..use your app become blurry

It's just because when we returned the car on our way the fuel bar down only 1 bar and we returned the car 1 day before , supposed not to charged the 1 bar fuel . The rental was RM 65/day compared the 1 bar fuel. The owner still want to charge the fuel , the one I can't think is the owner said you transfer to me or by the apps. It's like this is some kind of ridiculous. I hope your company think wisely . Then when you didn't made the payment they suspended your account.

so difficult to use, registration need to pass so many stages then after passed verification account become blocked without way to know why and what went wrong duting registrstion. Just rubbish and so much trouble.

Convenient and a useful service. Also accommodating to last minute requests. Delivery drivers are mostly good and pleasant. Hosts are mostly friendly and the cars well maintained. However Trevor need an alternative to submit photos during inspection.Sometimes the wifi/internet is not strong and submission can be a problem. Should have an option to .. Select the dates followed by cars available accordingly. A hassle going through the entire list only to find out car is not available.

Guys this is really an useless apps. Make payment and top up wallet at the same times meaning credit card charged 2 times then you have moneys inside the apps. Now want refund need to delete account and wait for 90 days, furthermore we cannot remove the credit card unless replace with another one. Then only can remove. Think wise and twice before you install.

A lot of hidden T&C u need to watch out and they wont reveal all of it when you book the vehicle. It will only appear if you ask the chat bot. So not user friendly. I paid for 3days usage, but was charge another day just because it extended my end time, which clearly still within the 3days.

I have used Trevo several times with varying experience , most of them are very good. Hence I am giving them a 4.5 starts rating. Booking, payment, searching for the car is a breeze. If there is any cancelation the funds also credited back to my Trevo wallet within minutes. One thing to improve is to vet whether a vehicle is in good condition or not. Host needs to be honest about the car condition. My suggestion is to choose reliable host, regular bookings with them and enjoy the ride.
