I hate this new update It loads everything in sooo slow if it does load in most of the time I get an error occurred I had to call my doctor instead to refill my prescription because they took a perfectly great app and made it terrible Just like every developer It was great the way it was if it's not broken why would you touch it.

Keep getting sent msgs saying I have new results/msgs but nothing is new ! So, I cleared cache thinking that might help. Nope! Still SOSDD ! Now get msg saying can't get into account "try later" ! Did that ! Still can't. Un-installed & reinstalled..."still can't get into account !! Have sent email to support so, now it's a wait till they get back to me. Oye Vey !

There is No Way but this to provide feedback! I keep asking to be Mailed Bills, but I keep being sent bills to pay online, every visit, with No Way To Respond to Bill me By MaiL. No provision for that in your system. Very Frustrating. I Like my doctor; but wondering whether I can find one who doesn't use this Frustrating system.

I love that I can update my doctor without a call and vice versa, the app is easy to navigate. I can see test results and share them easily with my doctors in a different network. Ask questions and request medicine refills. The app is great , what makes it awesome are your doctors!

So far, so good! I just opened my Trinity portal and it is super easy to navigate through... it's basically self explanatory! Having all my "doctor stuff" in one place, will be beneficial in the long run. It seems very safe with the multiple "security" features, which you can customize. I can add my other "patient portals" to this one, to keep them organized. And, share my portal link with other physicians &/or health providers for easy access. I opt for easier living and this is positive!

Application works well in the limited functuons allowed on their website. But website is miasing large ammiunts of features. Then has no contact to devs to fix features or report them. I would rate a 1 star except that might make some think it is a decent application. Fix the website contact and scheduling funtions for the end user to get a new review. It ahould not show non viable options and whenn missing tell you to contact under a missing FAQ option. Thrn have no way tk inform developers.

Love this app it gives you all vital information, from test results, appointments and even direct messaging to your provider in most results are accessible in literally minutes, I was able to get test results back before the doctor even reached back to my room. Most productive app I have ever used thus far!!

Garbage app. Unable to use. States email sent but never received. Have only 1 email address. Links all go to flu shot schedule. Need to view test results. Can not get access. Since your update, this problem has been present.

The app itself has an easy flow to it, but when you try to sign using a fingerprint scanner it will accept Your print then sign you back out and make you start all over again, over and over and over. You finally have to tap on your username and type it in manually. You can't use auto fill or it will happen again. Another BIGGIE is the font is waaaaaaay to small! No! I don't know how to use Magnification! Zoom works good 👍for me. That's why I gave it three stars.

Having all my doctors, appointments, results, etc. in one place really helps and eases many things I tend to forget. Being able to schedule our reschedule in the app is a lot better than getting kicked out of the old online system that didn't cover all your doctors. Easy to use, gives notifications on the important things, but isn't a hassle.

My Doctor uses this, and it's the easiest to use software for anything medical I have seen. I can schedule and change my own appointments and ask questions about a myriad of subjects. The staff is seamlessly attached to the operating end of the program, so you can view test results, your health history, and more.

Very frustrating!!!! Received an email about test results. Installe the app on my tablet. It wouldn't show me any information because it wasn't my cell phone tried for over an hour to install the app on my phone & just keeps spinning I've cancelled & tried over again a few times nothing. In the meantime I need my results & have no other way to fimd.out 😡😤

I have not been able to use this app past the firs month. It updated and wouldn't allow fingerprint entry and no matter how many times I try to recover or change my password I never get the email or text to do it. After changing my password online the app required two factor authentication but the emails can take up to two hours to send. I don't know who has that kind of time to wait for an app, but I don't.

Can easily get to home page options. However, once you choose a category to review (I e. Medication) you can work within that category but there is no way back to home page. No arrow back, swiping doesn't work, and dots in upper right don't give a go back or home page option. Something seems amiss with app functionality. I logged in again and same thing happens when scheduling appointments etc.

My chart is an ineffective way to communicate. Mass confusion and long reply times make it impossible to complete anything in a timely stress free manor. I find I have to repeat things multiple times and make twice as many calls to get anything done. I absolutely hate the online method of dealing with people and patients. It took me so long to get my meds it impacted my health, both physically and mentally, poorly. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't.

The latest version of this is very user friendly! Turning on the notifications makes it so you don't have to ever check the app for updates. Never received a notification that wasn't pertinent. Easiest and quickest way to interact with the office staff and for inquiries. I'm late 50s and not a tech person but have no problem with using this.

For the last year, every time I have tried to log in, an error is shown. I ultimately have to reset my password, log out completely and reopen the app and re enter the new password and again today, I'm locked out once again! Was completely locked out for three months ! They make it hard to use it or have selective dental.
