I am updated on everything that I need to know about my phone usage. Bills. My internet. How many minutes I used for my calls and it is easy to use. I am not a high tech person so it is very important for me that it is simple and efficient. Also there are so many prizes to win on a daily basis. I used to use AIS then I changed to Dtac. I was not happy with both of them. Too many problems. But eversince I use True move I have almost no problems.

This bloatware v3.17.0 is getting worse by the day. The app keeps crashing and freezing when I try to even just make phone calls. It drags on and on forever just to redeem points. And also it overheats the phone so much I can feel it on my ear and my hand, and it drains battery so fast. I'm certain about this because I only had this app on when the overheat happened. This is truly annoying. ---PS. I've also reported these problems to TrueID facebook. No response. Waste of time.

The experience was like using netflix but with much more offers. Aside from that, the animes inside the app are completed too, divided by season in 1 title. Very convinient when binge watching. The lack of choices is the reason why this is 4 star. With more pool of anime to choose from or other shows, this can be easily made into something as big as bili bili or lok lok

20:09/2020 the more update, the more defect. My True Vision Platinum package has gone, call center reset it so I uninstall and want to re-install it but stuck at installing process. Other installed just fine. 09/11/19 Updated app 2 days ago now more stable, able to rotate either left or right requested many months ago. The best one is free of charge for TruemoveH user in some data plan. App hung many time upon click World Cup 2018 ad, can't rotate freely, duplicate with TrueID (which is better)

True Corp has a lot of apps but strangely this one is only app that can show when your points expire. Sadly the UX is very messy and it's very hard to navigate to the screen that shows when your points expire. The design is not intuitive at all. Please do more user researches and take UX design courses. Update: True apps are infested with ads. Opening this app requires that you dismiss THREE popup ads before reaching the main screen. Pathetic!

I can't express enough how bad the app is. English translations are sometimes terrible if they exist in the first place. Very confusing platform lacking any hint of simplicity with tons of options and adds crammed together in a very counterintuitive way. Many errors and you'd need to clear the storage and log in again so that maybe, just maybe, the error gets fixed after wasting your time and causing you frustration. Absolutely terrible.

Absolute rubbish. 'True ID TV' was bad enough but now that's gone and this trash is all they're offering to watch TV on the go. Channels are presented apparently at random and are impossible to find. If you are lucky enough to find the channel you're looking for you can't save it because the 'Favourites' function doesn't work. There's no way to get the stream to play full screen or even to scroll down so you can see the bottom half of the frame AND there's a logo for "free wifi" that you can't get rid of. You're forced to watch their adverts when you change channel, there's no kind of program guide and, oh yeah, it keeps crashing my Android box. Sort it out True! Update: 'TrueID Lite' is just the free channels that no one wants to watch. Watching TrueID on Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Can't watch TV full screen, can't get rid of "Free WiFi" logo. Have managed to save favourite channels but wasn't easy. Also signing in is a pig, I have multiple smart cards and should be able watch on one device per card but it just kicks my other device off. Also, tried TrueID TV box and it's just not good enough. It's completely locked down and ONLY runs TrueID. Still giving 1 star.

The latest update has broken this app. It no longer works on any of my devices. All I get is the opening splash screen but the app itself never actually opens.

This new version is bad. Everytime I spend True point there will be pop up message, said " something wrong." The app still work normally until next time I had started the app it won't open up it keep restarting. I have to uninstall then install again in order to use.

The best service to watch all kind of programs. Football, Movies, News, etc ... for almost free, less than a burger. Recommended.

Probably one of the worst apps a carrier can have. Bloated with ads, sometimes unskippable. Forced blocking updates. Most used features are hidden in the furthest menus. The app itself is 50% webviews of poorly optimized web pages. TIP: If you're looking for current account balance, it's hidden in "Portrait icon" > "Bills & Usage"

Very Difficult to use, UI & menus illogical and navigation goes totally blank when using menus bcus it's so bloated👎 App lags and buffers not only when streaming live sports but also during vdo on demand😳 Illegal streams are much better and 1000 times quicker😂 I have mega fast internet and other apps have zero issues when streaming live sports!But true app never lags when adverts come.. And there are lots af adds haha. Suggest you find an alternative app if possible 👍
