• Blocks adult content sites, phishing sites, and optionally mixed content sites (using adult + mixed filter)
• Works across entire phone, including browsers, apps, etc.*
• Filters incognito mode / private browser modes
• Runs on startup
• Safe search enforced on most search engines (using adult + mixed filter)
• (Premium) App blocker
• (Premium) Send an email alert to a friend when filter is locked/unlocked***, or when the filter is forcibly shutdown
• (Premium) Use a Pin to lock the filter. Locking makes it difficult for the filter to be shutdown.
• (Premium) Set a delay (5 mins - 72 hours) before unlocking the filter.
* Certain apps with proxies built in may not be filtered. For these apps use the app blocker to prevent access to them.
**** Filter locking is designed for stock android OS. If your device uses a highly modified android OS, it may not work properly.

Premium features require a subscription of $5 / month ($4.17 / month if paid annually).
Some internet service providers (ISP) may block the DNS filtering service. Unfortunately the only people who can "fix" this are your network administrators and/or your ISP.

This app uses Accessibility services. It uses the BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE permission in order to lock the filter and provide blocking functionality.
This app uses the Device Administrator permission. The Device Administrator permission is used to prevent "force stop" and "uninstall" attempts when the filter is locked.

It does what it says but to an extent if you get a different app like brave or oprera it can affect it plus if it's as simple as you turning it off manually unless some setbitbup where you cant then its useless what makes everything worse and sadder us thst you people his sorru exuse to a fix that you compare to a crack addiction 💀

Not only is this is best porn filter i have tried, it also contains the only app locker i have found that will lock the accessibility settings, allowing me to permanently put my phone in Grayscale. Highly recommend grayscale. Even if i do stumble upon something arousing, if its in black and white its far less stimulating and far less likely to dig its claws into me. Also great for general phone addiction.

Edited for response. Had worked for awhile, started running into the same "DNS connection" issues others have recently talked about. Got a new phone, tried to use it, and now it doesn't even show the DNS name in my clipboard, so I cannot turn the filter on. Used to be an amazing tool. I still cannot copy and paste the servers host name (and it is not provided anywhere) to try it again. That is an issue with the app itself, regardless of the issues with the internet provider.

There doesn't seem to be anything built in to Android operating systems like this but this does the job perfectly. Update: Some days I get a notification that my dns or whatever it is can't connect to the servers so I check my wi-fi setting on my phone and it says "connected without internet" but then it reconnects. Now today that's been repeating and annoying me immensely. I tried uninstalling the app & removing the dns because there seems to be no other way to make it stop. Please fix!

I've used about 5 apps from various providers and there's either been a loophole that you can get around or you're forced to use a browser that is terrible and disabled chrome. This app does neither. You can use chrome easily and there's no loopholes to get around to view dodgy sites. It's pretty water tight so far. I highly recommend this app, I never understood why it always was so complicated but these guys have made it seem so simple. Get premium no other way. You won't regret it.

App works really well. Have tried many diff blocking and monitoring apps and am usually left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as support is usually slow/ineffective and design is usually flawed or just.....flaky. Cam is very fast to reply to questions and knows what the hell he is talking about. I would strongly recommend this app to anyone.....especially the full strength Web filtering service. Just unfortunate there isn't a Truple web filtering service for Windows 10. Thanks

Excellent filter. Was a bit dubious about the perms it requires to stop you from easily being able to pause/uninstall the app, but I understand they are necessary. Never used a pornblocking app with the same level of functionality as this one. Well worth the subscription fee. This app stands out as being heads and shoulders above its competition in terms of the scope of the sites it blocks and its elegant, functional design. Impressed.

Well worth the $5. Filters results from search engines, images, direct weblinks, you try search it any way you want. It is blocked! Also once you lock the filter, you cannot unlock it without a time delay or a pin u gave to a friend, you also cannot uninstall the app. Any attempts to uninstall take you straight back to uninstall screen. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to filter out this kind of stuff

Was there a free trial to this app? I wasn't alerted of anything like that because I downloaded the app and the filter locked but now today it says there's a subscription to lock? There's a screenshot on the play store that says there are premium and free filters how do I get the free ones again?

Its crazy to me that one of the solutions for reducing easy access was just here on this app. You will have issues tho if you don't have an accountability partner or just the strong desire not to deactivate the filter but all in all, really good app

Works really well filtering. However, of you block an app with the app blocker feature it doesn't stay blocked. I can also easily uninstall.I hope they can fix this issues because it's a good app outside of that. It's better than any others I have tried, user friendly and the support is good.

Good overall experience. Blocks most stuff. No filter is perfect, and there are holes, but they make a fairly intuitive ui, which is nice. I wish there was a way to blacklist certain cites that are normally innocent, but have some explicit content occasionally. But it works as advertised

I downloaded this app a year ago, and it worked, until it didn't. I actually had pretty high regard for it, but they give you the adult option, adult + mixed etc, and to activate either of these options, you have to choose the private DNS hostname "Truple" which is pre-filled. Maybe this is a problem on my end, but everytime I choose the the private DNS hostname, and select "Save" it always returns saying "Couldn't connect." Maybe this is something wrong with my phone, but I kinda doubt it.

This app is probably the best blocker I've used so far, it has everything that I would expect a blocker to have and more. So far using other blockers I've had to compromise a lot, from having to stop using my favorite browser, to having to deal with incomplete coverage, to even having to deal with blocked content that shouldn't be blocked. This app feels too good to be true but I have to say to get the best experience you have to get premium. I'll keep y'all posted of I change my mind.

I think this is a good free app, for what it's designed to do. It does a excellent job of blocking out porn and sexual content, based on the words you type in your search. A downside for many people might be that disabling the app is so easy. I personally don't have an a problem with that. Excellent free app, for blocking out the most inappropriate content!

Works very well. I especially like the "unlock filter" delay that the paid version offers. Set it and forget it. Nothing I pay for receives 5 stars unless it can vacuum my living room or do my grocery shopping. So 4 stars it is. Works great and does what it gets paid to do. The free version works as well and that gets 5 stars, hands down.

This app works great. But at least once a month the dns provided has issues connecting. When this happens and the app is locked my phone can only be used to make calls or txt. This usually happens 7-8am on my way to work and its inconvenient because i cant email truple about the issue. Google maps, email, even weather cannot be accessed. I love the app and its functions but this issue can be a problem if you need phone for work/travel.

This app does exactly what it claims to do. Here's what I think: 1. Doesn't affect battery life. 2. Premium Membership offered but isn't slammed into your face so no annoying nonstop notifications of premium membership. 3. The filter works very good & doesn't slow internet connection at all. 4. I'd highly recommend this to anyone because this does what it says it does and the free porn filter works great.

Just switched from iPhone to Andriod and was surprised that content restriction was not built in Android already. After searching and testing around lots of different Android apps, I finally found Truple apps. It gets the job done and I'm glad to see that it's free, and I am willing to pay the premium so it's not so easy to uninstall and to also support the developer's work. I was also able to communicate with Cam (the developer) when I had issues with setting things up and he was super responsive. It was a nice feeling to know that there was a human behind the email and that he really cared about what he was making. Cheers up, Cam!

Great app. It does exactly what it says it does and I've been using it for weeks with no issues. Unfortunately I had to drop a star due to the new update that forces you to give it your email address for no worthwhile reason. Edit: minor issue fixed, this is literally the best app available for keeping you away from the darker aspects of tech. It's also one of the few block apps that closes the app instantly which is very important. If I could give this ten stars I would.
