I tried sending ETH to buy from an online shop but the transaction didn't go through. The transaction is still on pending and can't use my ETH because of this!!

What exactly is wronge with this trustee wallet, i dont really know what is happening, i bought new phone, download trustee wallet, restore using my recovery phrases, yet am still seeing 0 as my funds, what is happening, i know i have 568usdt, please you should do something about it to avoid bad review from from playstore I haved already compared it, yet its stil not showing what am having

Application does not show Etheneum balance after receiving. However the bal is there as can be seen in Etherscan i.e when we click the diamond symbol. Since Trustee Wallet shows zero bal. Am unble to do anything. Any suggestion. Tq for your reply....Its All Good Now.

This app is good, the person complaining that he is finding difficulty in creating the wallet should be patient , after creating the wallet with the phrase , while it's loading give it at least 3-5 minutes it will finish loading successful.

Surely one of the worst app for sending and receiving crypto. There is no support from developers in case of emergency. Their response time is worse than pathetic. I'm never using their service again.

I deposited monero in my wallet. I have been unable to move or swap it for days. I tried reaching out customer support I've yet to get help. Only the same bot response over and over. Very disappointed.

I have had a very positive experience with the use of the Trustee Wallet; very easy to register, utalise and navigate. Transfer fee in and out are reasonably priced and easily to apply. I tried moving a small amount of LTC from DCent to Trustee Wallet, then from Trustee Wallet to the LTC native app and guess what? The transfer from DCent to Trustee finalized within 1-2 minutes but the transfer from Trustee to LTC native app is still NOT finished as of this writing. I initiated the transfer from Trustee to the LTC native app 9 minutes ago and I'm still waiting right now for the transfer to finalize. Very disappointed.

This app is good at first. But why is it needed to have a maintaining balance for the activation? I can't even see my last xrp transaction to the blockchain. The customer support is not even reachable this moment. Im almost thinking about this app steals money from their users.

One of the single worst apps I've used before. I tried depositing bitcoin into the wallet, it never showed in my wallet balance. I've asked for help multiple times and I still have yet to get help. I lost $100 dollars. Don't waste your time or money.

I am having issue trying to open this apps after downloading it, it always saying, unfortunately apps have stop, my mode is galaxy note 2, can you people help to work on this, thank you, this is another complain after installing this app on my phone, trying to open it, all what I am seening infront of my phone screen is, unfornately, trustee has stopped.why is not working on my phone.

Have been using this app for sometime now and so far it has been great, it reflects transaction made quickly, it is a very good app, but my swap section has'nt been working, once i put it there it just loads and later turn to a blank white page and i am unable to make my transaction, please i need help fast. I don't personally use this wallet. I have a friend new to crypto that uses it, and after depositing some coins into it, cannot move the coins out. They're stuck. They've sent emails to the devs, joined the telegram, and their coins are still stuck. I don't recommend this wallet to anybody. *UPDATE* The wallet needed to be updated by the devs, and was. I would give the app 5* but I don't use it myself, so I don't know how good it is or isn't. However, my friend seems to be happy with it now.

I have been working with this wallet for more than a year and I have not had any problems during my work. Everything is intuitive and understandable even for a begginer. There is no commission for input, which is very pleasing, and for withdrawal it is quite small. I didn't check it myself, but my friends say that the support service is also good.

I used this app since 2021, and everything was ok. But now I changed my phone to Samsung Galaxy S24+ (Android 14) and app has stopped working ((( It crashes every run from the start. What happens??? March 3 - one month later the app is not ready yet... (((
