Goated app. Tuner, metronome with multiple options including polyrhythms, practice timer, recording option, and access to a free sheet music library with a space to put in your own sheet music. Perfect to-go practice app or just for practicing in general. Love it, please don't add stupid features that ruin the app, it's so amazing as it is 🙏🙏🙏🙏 -a fellow double bassist in a chamber orchestra

Overall it's good, has so many functions bundled together. But I don't know why when I was using metronome, the beats automatically stopped after random periods of time. Which is very annoying. I didn't find any settings for that. Is that some kind of voice controlled command or Samsung phone has some functions interrupted the app. Can someone help me?

This is a great app, but the one thing I find mildly disappointing is that the tuning fork automatically plays the last selected pitch instead waiting for the user to choose a new desired pitch. To use it with my acapella chorus, I'd have to mute the phone, select the pitch and unmute the phone. It's kind of a weird design. I hope that the developers will improve this function in the future.

Soundcorset is by far the best tuner/metronome app I have ever used. Not only is it good at what it says it does (even imcluding customizable metronome beat patterns and multiple tuning analysis tools), but it includes many useful extra features. The recording in-app makes it easy to use the metronome while you record yourself, it will record practice time, and it even has sheet music for free! This app was clearly designed by musicians who know what the ideal practice toolset consists of!

Best one I've found, love the tracking features and sheer features + different beat options & the analyzer. Seems to analyze with good accuracy (at least how badly out of tune my piano is :D) vibration /haptic feedback strength (stronger) feature would make it perfect. Can't feel through pocket. But one of the only apps I've found that vibrate with screen off. Still worth 5 stars, but very much hope you add this feature. At times it feels like the vibration is off too, could just be me.

This is by far the best app to accompany your musical practice. I tried some of the more popular tuners, and they all have features like chromatic tuning or non-standard tuning behind a paywall. This not only includes chromatic tuning, but also brings a boatload of other options that I never knew I needed. The metronome is fantastic. You can tap out a beat, have it slowly increase over time, custom beat patterns, etc. You can also do recordings, track your practice time, there's a ton here.

Wow 😍 this is one of the best tuners and metronomes that ive ever experienced. This app includes rumbles and flashes in the metronome, and it really, really works well on the tuners. It also has a feature on which you can record music and see how long you practice at night. I play trumpet in a highschool band, and this works well to count, tune, and practice. Thank you so much for this amazing app that really helps!

This app is awesome when it comes to band. I'm able to tune myself and help my friends tune, keep tempo, look at sheet music, record so that I can judge myself afterwards and I do it all in this one app.It also includes different composers music to play from. There's different styles to choose from to keep tempo. It also include a battery saving mode. It works so well for Androids. You get 4 apps in one for FREE! Plus no adds! it's the best of both worlds. Definitely the best app for young band students or anyone who plays a instrument.

Way more than just a tuner/metronome. Huge, helpful features, only one I think missing but pretty crucial for a metronome: Needs a "tap-in" option to set the tempo. Only thing, but a huge oversight. Tuner is super-precise (not good for stage use, but I'd definitely want my tech to have one). Metronome has every feature you could ever want (minus tap-in) There is even an analyzer that can listen to your playing and provide real-time feedback on how tight your rhythm is. It can store sheet music and record your musical ideas. I just mounted one of those phone grips to the side of my guitar for constant use. Tuner is also so precise and tracks so fast you can use it to test your pitch and intonation while singing (a cappella) huge, helpful features. You can use it to monitor the beat using auditory, visual, or the vibrate feature on your phone. And, you can set it to ignore your phone security screen so it can stay in the background waiting for your attention. I was super-stoked to actually pay for this app (which I never do, apart from apps this good) I was really disappointed that the only payment plan was subscription based. I wanted to buy it, not rent it. But, if there is a feature this thing has that is limited in the freeware version, I can't find it. I've been playing, tecording, & mixing music for 30 years: this app has stuff I've waited my whole career to see. Wished I had it starting out. Epic. Shoot, now that I've edited my review, I'm going to add the fifth star, hoping the developer will add a tap in (or, even cooler- a count-in or play-in option-which both seem well-within the scope of this app.

it's an absolutely great app with everything required on a practice session! Recording, tuner, and metronome are some of the features. Something worth mentioning is that ads, (at least in my version and device) appear on the bottom and don't even interrupt the experience like other apps where they just pop up! I'd recommend it for beginners and professionals.

It does the job. There are no ads, thankfully. Also, I love that they include both of this in one app because I use them so much. The metronome includes the names of the tempo ranges, it also lets you choose the way it divides the beats and what time signature it is. The tuner is great. The app also has a place where you can record yourself playing and Keep it.

This is possibly the best free app I've ever used. It has everything a musician might need to establish a thorough practice regimen, from scheduling, programmable click, sheet music, recorder, and the tuner isn't too bad considering it uses the onboard mic. It has Ads, but they have never disrupted the UI and the app itself has never frozen or crashed. It uses it's fair share of battery, but that's what one should expect from an app with so much functionality. Keep it up, SoundCorset!

This is amazing! The tuner is perfect, and I like the tuning fork feature! I love the option to tap to get a certain tempo. And the metronome has a feature to get gradually faster and it's a great exercise for practice! I also like that you can change the different sounds and also listen to different rhythms on the metronome. You can also record yourself playing and it's just amazing!!!!

This app is the perfect tool for musicians! It is very easy to use, and has a large pause button for the metronome. You can create your own tempos, using different materials and placing them in certain patterns. There is a tuner included, and a "tuning fork" option. Be warned, it is loud. Overall, this is the definitely best metronome app I have ever used. It has helped me a lot with mastering tougher melodies, and timing things right. This app is the one for me!

I have had this app for several months, or maybe even a whole year by now, and I have had an extremely positive experience with it. The tuner is very precise for a phone tuner, and beats a lot of other apps in precision. The metronome is likely my favorite part. The metronome is extremely customizable with many different rhythms, beats, and features to play with. It also includes a in-app recorder for recording your practice and analyzing it. Overall, it's a great app and I highly recommend it.

This is an extremely versatile app, and one that I would recommend for any mid level musician. you can't go wrong with metronome and tuner in one, and with a slew of options at your fingertips (scaling tempi, adjustable A4 to 415 and beyond, odd time signature beat options to name a few), this app is by far one of the most versatile apps out there. For professional musicians, Tonal Energy cannot be beaten, but this is one of the best free metronome/tuners on the app store.

I've used this app for years, and I've loved it. Recently, however, the recording feature has been unreliable, perhaps due to an update? Sometimes recording is fine, other times it is gibberish random noise. Other recording apps on my device work fine, so I think it's an app problem. Other features in the app work well, and I don't mind watching the ads in exchange for an otherwise nice service

This was HANDS DOWN, the best Tuner out there. There was no equal to it. Unfortunately it stopped working and only displays "Listening". Doesn't hear any sound nor does it tune any instruments anymore, no matter what I do, permission are all granted even the useless ones and the app is undated. Very disappointed because this was thee best tuning app out there and has helped me a lot. If this app works for You, you won't need anything else in life.

I have been using this for my practice routines for over 7 years, both for guitar and piano. One standout feature is that it keeps track of the amount of time that I have played, which makes it easier to keep a standard regiment for my routine. I have not found any other apps that do this so well. l also like that it can be setup with different sounds. l do wish this was available on windows, but I have found ways to run it by using bluestacks and the soon to be unsupported android for windows.

Best all in one. I've used this app for many years mainly to tune my harps but all of the other features are great and will come in handy for any musician. Especially the metronome, practice log and recording function. You can also access sheet music to popular composers, Debussy, Vivaldi ect, and it already has the ideal beat attached to the music. I've rarely experienced glitches and when I do it's quickly resolved. 10/10 would recommend!
