They want way too many permissions, and if you hit Do Not Allow a pop up is displaying saying they require all of your information. Twitch doesn't even have that access, why would they need it? No way I'm letting you see my contacts or whether I'm on a phone call. NOPE.

Please make sure the entire user interface is consistent with the user's language. I am NOT insisting that the stream titles should be English. But some pop-ups or subheadings will appear in Korean and it's confusing. For example, there is a bit of writing beside "Weekly Schedule" that's appearing in Korean on my end. And there was an all Korean pop-up when I went to the esports section. Korean is a beautiful language but I would love to understand the app please. Thank you

I changed devices and had to log out, and I can't seem to be able to login. 4 emails asking to help me recover my account have gone unanswered. It won't allow me to recover my password because it doesn't recognize my username. If I try to sign up using my old username, it says it's unavailable. Username TaiwanLiveTV is still active. The truth is, no matter what I try to use for a username, it absolutely will not let me sign up with a new account.

You guys need to fix the "Sign Up" option I have tried multiple times to sign up an account in "AfreecaTV" but it won't let me. Now the site and the app has blocked me from signing up an account because it said "I have tried multiple times." Please help! I want to follow and be updated to watch my favorite streamer!

This is potentially the worst app I've ever tried to use, the amount of permissions it needs is insane, why on earth do you need permission to call someone? Streams barely load half the time(I have excellent internet) regularly get a chat load error which stops the whole thing working, save yourself the hassle and avoid this monstrosity.

It buffers frequently, and the controls are terrible. You can never touch the screen without it thinking you are changing the volume or seeking on the video. It is also very hard to control what time you want to seek your video to accurately. The mobile app is just bad.

Both phone and computer versions say I can't use sns(google) to login in korea. Also, computer version only shows login options like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc, but I signed up with naver. I have to click "sign up" every single time just so I can see the kakaotalk and naver sign in options. On phone I had to change my whole phone language to korean to get those options. Guys, people who speak English also have kakaotalk and naver accounts. Show those options in the English versions too.

app demands a bunch of unnecessary permissions such as being able to make phone calls, access files and display itself over other apps. Absolute madness for a streaming app. To top it off the user interface is slow to respond, very unintuitive and poorly translated

Mandatory access to files and phone is shady as f***. Haven't seen an app that just refuses to launch if you don't give it the permissions it wants 🤔 . Typically, some functions will not work, or the app will ask you again for access permission if, for example, you want to save or upload something through the app. In here? Give us all we want or get lost 🤪

App developer already said that this app will no longer have english or other language. If u want english please download soopglobal for english. This app is only for koreans.

Please fix the loading bug, 7.15 update is not working well with Vods. I tried 7.14 but vods are still not loading well. Thank you

This app and it's website are both garbage. Neither can handle serving more than 1 stream at medium (sub 720p) quality at a time, even with gigabit internet and nothing else running. Don't waste your money on the Quickview feature to watch 2 streams at a time, even at lower qualities. At least 1 of the streams will freeze after about 10 - 20 seconds. Usually both do. This app, it's website, and it's servers are all trash. It's all a scam. No surprises really.
