Not sure if your servers are down but app refuses to allow me to login. Reset my password but yet still can't login. Also cleared the app data and cache as well as uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still won't allow me to login. When I was logged in the upcoming list was empty when it definitely should not be lol. When the app works its great but when it fails it just doesn't work at all

This app is very helpful to keep track of all the shows you watch on all platforms! My only dislike is the fact that the Notifications will suddenly just stop working for months, despite clearing cache and reinstalling..then they sometimes start working again for a short time, then stop again. Otherwise, great app!

Decent but faulty. I have tried loading several different pictures for my profile picture and none have taken. It stays blank. I can't change my banner picture either. There is no 'Save' button when I try to change my Username and it just reverts back to the assigned profile number as my Username. I was able to change my password but only by copy/pasting the reset password link into the browser as the app kept freezing up. These are very basic functions which are malfunctioning.

I used to love this app as it was extremely helpful, sending me notifications when my favorite shows would be on. However, since I got my new phone I can't find a way to change or tell it what provider I have. It keeps telling me I can watch my shows at times when they're not even on through my satellite provider. It only shows live streaming options which I don't have.

great for helping me keep track of when shows are airing again, or when shows I am looking forward to after seeing them announced, but then forget about start up. However, lately I've noticed for most shows I've been looking forward to, once released, the where to watch section says unavailable, meaning I still need to google which service has the streaming rights, which was a primary I initially got the app.

I live for this app. I'm a very OCD person and had been searching for a way to see all my favorite movies/TV shows in one place. This app tracks everything you've ever seen and totals it both in hours watched and how many watched. You can also rate movies and characters as well as see where to watch them and when new ones will be released.

The app is extremely buggy filled with misnumbered and missing episodes. Wrote to the devs to make them aware of some items in the database that needed fixing/adding and they didn't care, blamed it on my device and the up to date app (as if either of those things have anything to do with the information in their database). Will be looking for an alternative to use. Edited for the response: I did reach out by email and the above comment is the result of reaching out, smh.

The app keeps crashing when trying to start a conversation with their Help Center even after updating. There is no way to sync with trakt. I appreciate how they have the watchlist screen set up as a user coming from seriesfad, especially the grid view and the different sections it splits the shows up into. Unfortunately the now shutdown seriesfad seems to be the only TV tracking app that let you customized the order shows are listed in.

Great app but I wish the re-watching feature worked a bit differently. When I decide to re-watch a show, I'd like the behavior to work somewhat similarly to when I watched it for the first time... Especially if it's been years since I've seen the show. I still want it to keep track of my old watch times.. But when I set a show to be *rewatched*...it should be easier to keep track of where I am. Something should show up in the "Watch Next" area..

The information is mostly accurate. The information comes from an user-edited database, so not 100%. The app has a lot of bugs that needs solving, but it still can track movies and TV episodes. Wish that there were more sorting options with the watchlist and personal list. A drawback for me with the tv watchlist section is the the recent episodes show a bigger checklist bar thing than other episodes. It seem inconsistent, and sometimes it makes the banner image look off on the watchlist.

Hey how many times will I be asked to rate, I've already done this, see below: Would like to see the ability to make a few personal notes next to shows and movies that would be stored locally. The app is truly a useful tool to keep track of everything! Appreciate the clean and concise layout, usability is excellent. Original review: Working out pretty well, looking forward to new developments. Trying to see how this works for me.

I love being able to track everything that I watch no matter where I watched it. I can get notifications for upcoming eoisides. There are even links for "where to watch" to help me find places to see a show added to my watch list (free through my library on Hoopla for example) and it will open it right up when possible. Sometimes something seems familiar and I check my watchlist to see it marked as watched so I don't waste time rewatching and can move on to something new!

This app is so lacking. Quit trying to expand the app and improve what you have hereThe problem is is it seems pretty slow. If I click on something it takes a long time to respond. I tried to work with somebody on this and they just kept asking for pictures and then wanted videos of screen grabs. Email does not support how long it takes for this to work. Stay clear. Nobody at the TV time is hopeful either. So extremely slow.

I'd give it 5 stars, until the last update. Now it's added a "feature" that pops up and asks who your favorite character, every single time you check an episode as watched - even if you mark multiple episodes of the same series in a row - it pops up every single time. It's quite annoying and I haven't found a way to turn it off. You've just made an easy to use app quite annoying.

Seems to have everything. When the odd show drops, it may lack streaming information or accurate episode lists but that is usually fixed quickly. Doesn't adjust for country of viewing so it defaults to the seasons and episodes of the originating country rather than those available in the viewer's country.

Really great for tracking what you are watching and want to watch. The 1 thing that would be nice, is if they could separate shows that air in the UK or Canada vs when they air in the USA. Example, Canada will air a series, then later they air on the CW Network, and they don't have that info. It's a Minor problem that just would improve the app. Thanks for making it!

This is a full-featured app that does a great job tracking your shows, so you can tell what's airing next as well as looking ahead. You can mark shows or episodes as watched. There's also a Comment section for each show and episode. Now includes Movies as well as TV shows! However, errors are somewhat frequent, & there seems not to be enough bandwidth for their servers. So the app is slow to load and navigate, and loading graphics/photos lags, if they load at all. Thus 3 instead of 5 stars.
