Excellant app with very useful options that show not only the princlpal and interest, but all the related expenses of a mortgage. Must have for the first time home buyers!

Very simple and clear to use. It's so easy to understand and provides quick mortgage calculation while searching for your dream home. Hope there a way to turn off ads.

This is a great App, really easy to use and straight forward. The one draw back are the Ads that popup at the bottom. However, overall excellent app.

I had some issues with adding extra payments and taxes, etc. I sent a comment about the problem to the creator from within the app. The next day the app was updated in the app store & the problem was fixed. Great response.

I been using the app for few years for the mortgages pre-calculations for my clients. It comes very close to the final numbers. I really like it and recommend for a quick calculator

Love this app! I have told many people about this app to figure out what they can afford on their budget. That makes us go back and check and re-check, until we cannot forget how much we will save instead of renting and paying someone else's loan. Thank for the neurotic new habit.

Lots of control over lots of variables. Let's me project how much extra I might want to pay per month to hit a shorter payoff date, or how much equity I will have as home values rise during my mortgage period. Allows for easy adjustments just to see the differences. Wish I had this app when I was in the market as a buyer.

Multiple extra payment options. Taxes and insurance can be entered as percentage or dollars. Outputs are represented in bar chart, pie chart and a text out list. Easy to use and understand

This is a great mortgage calculator. It calculates your mortgage including your taxes, insurance Etc. It also calculates auto loans as well. Excellent app that I use often. Highly recommended. Have a blessed day!!!

Very impressive, except for the ads. If I'm using this in front of someone and an ad pops up, I have no interest in clicking it, especially considering you have loud music on an ad that's embarrassing and unprofessional.

A great app to analyze and see what your loan can look like using different scenarios; extra monthly payments and or lump sum annual payments. If only I could save a few different calculations, that would be wonderful. Thank you!

REVISED REVIEW- Upon further review the interface was simplified but with a new learning curve the best features are still there. It will take some getting used to but I can't imagine a more complete Calc. Thanks dev team for helping me see the light (tho personally I prefer the former layout)....

The calculations are good, but there is no ability to share the visual results (not even a downloaded image). Ideally, a short link to the calculated results that appear the same as in the app would be produced. It only allows you to share the text breakdown, which is less than ideal.

Awesome app!!! It has everything you need to plan your payments with different scenarios. One feature request would be the ability to save different mortgages and all the inputs. This would help to compare multiple mortgages by being able to flip between instead of having to re-enter the data. Thanks!

■ I wanted an app to figure out how much a mortgage loan could be shortened by making extra monthly principal payments -- and to play what-if scenarios using different amounts. ■ I had to manipulate some entries as though my existing loan was starting that month, and stating that the mortgage and property value both were the same amount as that month's actual principal balance, but it gave me the answer(s) I was seeking. ■ It was hard to find an app to do this. This was the only one.

Don't like the new version. "Simple" vs. "PITI" didn't need them broken up. Just zero out the %s for tax, insurance, etc. and you have PI only. Then in "simple" there is no ability to add extra payments as those would be independent of taxes and insurance. Also don't like the back feature as it seems to kick me back to past calcs vs. letting me alter what I want. Nice to have the history ones to go back to, but both features together would be much better. Like old version more than new.
