I have been unable to access this app, can't update my transfer limit. It's upsetting and frustrating, it's affecting one's business as well, please take this process out of the transfer limit update and for any other purpose it was created. Thank you.

This app doesn't deserve star. Despite inputing the correct internet banking or mobile app login details and the corresponding country, it keeps popping that the user isn't eligible for a one-time password (OTP) login. There's no way you can activate the app. So it's useless.

I'm struggling with the secure pass login for a while now. The customer service is not also helping. They keep sending the same mail over and over again. What is the point of the secure pass when UBA should allow their customers to increase the transaction limit once they login to their mobile or internet banking. Is it that they are implying that mobile and internet banking platforms are not secure?
