The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ever. I will vent more when posting detailed reviews online. I didn't think it was possible to be so terrible but Uber did it. Do not waste your time.

No user friendly I'm trying to register as a driver but I keep going in circles filling in the form and putting in password. All to start over again

Could be a lot better. The biggest issue is I don't get any notifications (other than customer reviews). It's far more important to know if my store goes offline.

This app is pointless. It's basically a portal to log in to the manager website. All it does is display sales data and customer/driver feedback. You can't manage anything with this app.

$13 a hour is bs keep taking 65% of the fares. Once u subtract gas, vehicle loan, insurance, oil changes,repairs and cleaning fees I only make $9 a hour if that. I don't use any of ur perks so I don't know why I have to pay for them ??? And towing is a write off for us we really don't need AAA. None of the repair discounts actually save money smh.

Very annoying. The notification sound just does not stop. Sometimes it keeps going for 25 minutes. Have to turn off the volume

Non functional, hasn't been updated in a year. I'm in the process of trying to get off Uber Eats as there is zero customer service for restaurants, and they charge an arm and a leg just to be on their "app". I don't know what they are playing at, but the game isn't fun anymore.

Horrible Experience. The customer care representative dont help at all. Better to shut down the Call support on your app. The call center agents have no clue and just keep transferring the calls. Truly Horrible experience.. i wish there was a 0 to rate your call support team..

I've set up 10 different POS systems in my career and my god, this is one of the worst applications I've ever used. So illogical, badly designed, incredibly frustrating considering the fact these systems already exist, you're not exactly reinventing the wheel here.. I really can't understand why it's so user-unfriendly, things just don't make sense..

I give a lone star because Uber is a software company and must do good job on software of all areas. Elevators have better soft than this app. You have ALL the data, and you only need to present it correctly. But OMG what a terrible job this app is. Why 60% of orders are missing? Why only basic info is shown? Why no biometrics enabled? This is not even a beta, it must be a gamma version. You wanted to fly drones divering? They will fall from sky if detect a pegion- your soft is so bad

This is clearly designed by people who don't think about their users. Awful UI/UX. They haven't done anything for small biz during covid to make the transition easier. What is up with your menu editing? What were you smoking?

This app used to be good enough, but it stopped working about a week ago. Now as soon as the app opens it gives an error screen that says "error.title error.sub_title" with no option to get past this screen. It's been a month since it stopped working. Are you ever going to fix this?

Awful, when it was working there were elements of it that didn't work, and now it just doesn't work at all. Using the Web browser instead and the same thing with this, some parts of it doesn't work eg. It says that we had 2 orders tonight and only took £42, when this is not the case. For a tech company, the tech is horrific. Try harder uber!

After entering your login details the app boots you from the authentication page back into the sign in page. Broken and doesn't work.

I can't even be bothered to explain why because where would I even begin. One of the largest tech companies in the world, yet they can't make a functional app, or browser website. I access the manager from my laptop, desktop, and phone, both through the browser and app. Each on has different aspects of it broken, so I end up having to use all 4 to cover the features that the other versions lack and somehow make it all (barely) usable

We signed up for Uber, we hardly getting any orders and today for second time we had an order and Uber doesn't send drivers in. When I contacted them, they did pretended that we had only store delivery option, which is not true. Sadly we decided to remove all services as it is a pointless to use Uber eats because they do not send drivers.

No longer receiving notifications, offline/paused, etc.. I cannot stress how important it is to be the first to know when a location disconnects. This tells us business owners a ton of information. At the very least, knowing when a server pauses the tablet is crucial. The notifications are no longer occurring. Clear cache, clear data, uninstall and reinstall as till doesn't trigger app notifications when pausing. Please fix... , If this is on our end, please link us a document with solutions.
