makes it way too difficult to connect to my bank and the fee for transferring to my debit card is utterly preposterous. the emergency backup balance would be useful if automatic payment was less than 100% of my UberEATS earnings--hell, even 80-90% would be great--but as it is, it basically creates its own emergency once used. DO NOT use it unless you have another source of income or if you don't really need it that badly.

Overall it's a good functional app. All the features work as they should. The only issue I have is becoming more frequent. Im changing my rating from a 5 to a 3. Was going to 4 but the frequency of the issue is getting worse. At times the app won't open. Gives a white screen and nothing. I check my app several times a day and it's to where 1 to 3 times I have to either clear the cache or Uninstall then reinstall the app.

Great staff willing to help, should you require it. they are limited in their capabilities, and some processes are a bit outdated. The app itself needs improvements, and it's not very user friendly. The 3 stars I've given is for the kind staff, positive interactions, and the fact that they have a phone number where you can call and speak with a real person, 24/7!!! Granted your wait time may sometimes exceed 30 minutes, they always pick up!

Every time I open the app, I have a different available balance. Last night I went to sleep with $40 something available and woke up with $30 something available. I was asleep, and I didn't purchase anything. I'm so confused by this bc it has happened multiple times now. Also the way they label each deposit is trash. There is no way to tie a payment to a trip except by amount but even then you'd have to go into the Uber app to comb through to see which trip it was. It's such a mess...

The process for getting set up with Uber eats and the Uber card has been a nightmare. I'm dumbfounded that such an established service has such a clunky and cumbersome system and somehow manages to stay in business. After making 3 attempts over 5 months, I still have yet to receive a debit card in the mail. Now I can't log in to the card app. I try to log in, they send a confirmation text, the text doesn't arrive until several minutes later, after the code expires. Just a mess.

One issue that I can't resolve is when you're being prompted to learn something further (on the homepage) I tap it to learn more only to get an error message that says "oops, you need to have a browser app to use this feature."What's up? I have three browser apps on my phone. I like the idea of instant pay for each ride. After reading the reviews though, there's two things I won't do. First I won't forget my passcode & two, I'll stay away from using the back up balance feature.

App is easy to navigate. I'm not really liking the 6 digit code thing (4 would be better). Also not crazy about the auto deposit... I'd rather have a choice if I need it. Luckily I found out a kinda loophole to bypass that $3 transfer fee. All of these delivery services need to get on the same page with adding banks so we don't have to juggle different cards. It's time consuming, costly & sometimes confusing when you're trying to combine it all from each service to make an ATM withdrawal.

Just got my card in the mail. Tried signing up on the app, takes me to an error page every time! Tried re-downloading app, but makes no difference! I tried signing up online through a browser, and logging in the app with my phone number, but it never sends me the authorization code to my phone. Called support, they cant even help me. Very frustrating.

The app itself is basic and works for what it was intended to do. Technical issues are starting to come up and support is absolutely no help at all. They don't seem well trained and communication between departments is very lacking. Having issues with the Backup Balance feature. Went to pay it off and the system glitched and now the entire feature is frozen. I recommend NOT using this card or bank and if you do, don't use any of the features. Transfer the money into a REAL BANK.

I just updated the app because I thought that was the problem, I also just received my card in the mail and every time I agree to the disclosure it starts with the loading circle then it says oops unexpected error! I close out the app completely restarted my phone and still does the same sometimes it will say that there's no card for my account and really quick after it will change to the same oops unexpected error!

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Upon activation, automatically took my money. Not to big of a deal, if I wasn't immediately locked out of my account for no apparent reason. Called support and was told they can't handle it but they would escalate it and make it a priority. We'll it's been 2 days and I am still currently locked out of my account with no access to my money. UNACCEPTABLE! To be a financial institute and not have direct contact with customers about their money is crazy.

so far this app is great, really like that I was able to get $100 for gas when I needed it most, before heading out to work today. the only thing I don't like about this app is the $2.99 instant transfer fee that we are charged to move money into other checking or debit accounts. I have not found out if we are able to set up automatic payments for bills using this uber pro card, like credit card payments, ect.... I really hope we can. I have yet to find out. overall, so far, so good.

I generally despise this product and app in its entirety. I have been all over my state trying different locations to load cash onto my card, but it NEVER works (no less than eight or nine different locations; four different TYPES of locations). When I call "customer service," they put me on hold for as long as possible, then eventually come back, accusing the locations of having the problem and denying any issues on their end, and the FEES?! INSANE. THEY keep more of what WE earn. 😡 THE WORST.

If you rely on the daily instant transf be ready to pay 2.99$ fee to your actual debit card instead of the normal 0.85$. And on top of that it doesn't ask you if you want to transfer your $$ to the card, once you activate it - it moves them there right away. You can turn it off later, but a heads up would be nice and a disclaimer on the higher fee would be nice too. Overall the app is nice. P.s. I guess in a funny way this app costs $2.99 at least once because it does not give you a choice

I'm not sure what problems people seemingly are having, but people need to realize they're leaving a rating on the APP not the SERVICE. As far as I'm concerned, the app is very intuitive, streamlined, and pretty straight-forward. In comparison to the Chase app, which has a lot unnecessary components and clutter, the Uber Pro Card app has only the information you need and nothing else, leaving you with a comfortable experience. My only wish is that the app show balance info after each transaction

Updated reveiw: Took over a week to finally get my card unlocked after it locked when I tried adding my bank account to it to transfer the funds. Was very disappointed with how it was handled as I had never had issues with the card until this. So far so good since it's been unlocked. As long as I don't have an issue like this again I will continue to use it as my gig app transfer card.

Had an incident where I had to dispute a transaction. Hardest task ever done in a money app because my keyboard was glitching out the entire time. I did EVERYTHING to troubleshoot, I typed in other apps fine, the problem only happened while trying to dispute a transaction. I finally got it through by typing one letter every 20 seconds. Yes, my app is up to date. There is nothing else I can restart or reset on my phone, its still happening

Everything was fine. How you can connect another pay and transfer money instantly. The features and everything. Except one, the back up balance repayment does not make any sense. Once you get it, you instantly have to pay it back. So you get that money pay bills then you drive to pay that money back, taken automatically. So how do I get gas then? Or food? Or are you suppose to use that money for that purpose only. Once again it's just showing how Uber makes it sound really good but......

I ordered my Uber Pro card and finally received it in the mail. Of course I had to call to activate it. I can't use the app at all. When I click on get started it just takes me to an error page. If I click on have an account it has me enter my number yet I never receive a code. So essentially I can't even use the card because I can't use the app. I messaged support via email and have not heard anything back. I can't message on live chat because I CANT GET INTO THE APP! UGH.

High fees overall, because 299 to instantly withdraw from the pro car to your bank via debit card versus the 199 on the driver Uber app. Customer service by phone is slam. I've never been able to reach them. However, chat support is faster, but still await usually. There's been several glitches, with transactions that had reached to support to fix the up to 150 borrow for emergencies is a death trap. The card does offer perks. Just weigh your options before you decide. Chime and cash app best,
