The app itself is awful. Stream constantly stops when casting because it thinks I'm logged in on another device. Video pauses then goes into hyper speed to catch up. The app isn't intelligent enough to recommend next video in the sequence. If using the app on the fire stick, I have to sign in every time I want to watch because the login is not saved. Basically, the content is horribly organized, the app is slow, and the stream keeps losing connection. Will discontinue the soon.

Fight pass is solid with practically every fight in the past 15+ years, a 'live TV' feature, and lots of non-UFC stuff like EBI, Submission Underground, etc. The functionality is terrible though. You can't search for full cards, like trying to watch all the fights from UFC 241. The app freezes or crashes several times in the span of an hour. It doesn't allow you to pick a fighter and watch their career which seems like the most applicable use case for it. It can be very frustrating

Good selection of content that I'll watch on Roku, but for the price the video player sucks on mobile. It completely restarts the video *if your screen cuts off at any time for any reason*. So for someone like me who was looking forward to using it at work by locking the phone when a client shows up then when they left keep watching a fight it's worthless.

Content is great, app is horrible. I log in, select a fight and then it tells me to "Join" instead of being able to watch the videos. Desktop site works fine, but I cannot load it on my phone - it brings me back to the app version. The "help" and "contact us" buttons are unresponsive as well. Garbage support here. If you're charging for an app, the thing should work.

This is quite possibly the absolute worst user interface I have ever had the misfortune of using. The search is abysmal. Nothing comes up in any sort of logical order. Choosing a promotion and looking at their events is just as bad if not worse. It's done in a side to side scrolling manner which resets back to the beginning if you go back after selecting one. Nothing is easy to find.. Whoever designed this and approved it should honestly be fired.

Absolutely abysmal. We pay $99 or more a year for fight pass and this is the app we get? You can't favorite or search for shows like The Ultimate Fighter, meaning everytime you open the app you need to do a lot of scrolling to find the seasons and episodes you want. Sometimes fights will just not play, for no reason, no error or anything, just endlessly clicking play and nothing at all happening. No subtitles for most programs, not enough playback speed options, just a failure of an app.

Buffers constantly, sometimes doesn't load videos at all. At times, you can't click drop-down menus or other functions. Forced to turn off my phone in order to exit the app because it won't allow me to close it. Essentially freezes my phone. If you expect me to pay for UFC Fight Pass, design an app that actually works. Cancelling my subscription. Using the app on Galaxy S10+

I love using the app because it has all the ufc fights plus more. However, the actual app sucks. They haven't updated the app for a year. If you try to chromecast it it will have any error and kick you off 10+ times in 15 minutes. If you try to watch it on your phone it will give you content not available errors all the time and skip forward 10-30 seconds constantly and sometimes almost an entire round.

The new update is atrocious. I have been a subscriber to UFC Fight Pass for at least three years and have never missed a payment. I tried logging in today and the app didn't recognize my subscription at all. I contacted support and am awaiting a response. The new interface is not easy to navigate. Though the old setup wasn't that great either, this one is worse. I cannot view the card of a past event without seeing the results first. I would write more, but I have reached the word limit.

I am paying money for this and I can barely watch fights. The amount of content is astounding. You can watch just about any fight, fighter, or event in most of MMA. But that means nothing when the app fails to function most of the time. I have this app running almost constantly and it crashes more than any other program I've ever seen. It is constant. It's very frustrating and never seems to be fixed. Seems worse than usual lately. Great content, terrible app.

Great library of content. Terribly optimized app. Anytime I am watching on my phone and receive an MMS, the content stops playing and says that I have gone offline, so I have to exit the app, relaunch, and reload the video. And to even view my history or favorites, I have to have navigated to at least one other screen before the buttons do anything. Needs some serious optimizing and bug fixes to provide a better experience.

Horrible app interface. Way too hard to find the fight you want to watch. And they want $10/month for this? The old UI was better, and even then it was severely lacking. I'll keep it this month since I've already paid, but with how it's set-up now I may pay $0.99/month. FightPass needs a SERIOUS redesign. It needs an entirely new UI. If that ever happen, I'll check it out again.

Maybe good service, really bad app. Every screen opens to "this content is unavailable", if I do manage to get past that the layout and navigation of the site is horrendous. Actually getting to the fight you want to see, and past the 11 videos that look like the one you want is frustrating. For every fight that's on here there are 10 times that in non fighting content.

The interface is terrible. The ability to search for specific fights is such a pain in the ***. The old app was nice because you had the ability to select a particular fighter and then sort the fights in chronological order. If that feature is still here it isn't easy to find. It is bad enough I am considering canceling my subscription. Going to guage my annoyances with this update over the next couple weeks before I make my final decision.

App need major bug fixes. Tired of paying 9.99 a month for an app that never works. When it does its great! Was able to watch some fights yesterday and all was good, but as of today for some reason it thinks I don't have a subscription. Even when I restore the purchase in the settings, everything is still locked. This happens (at least) 80% of the time. If this isn't fixed will definitely be canceling my subscription when this month is over, and wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Waste of💸

UFC Fight Pass is great! The mobile app is the only problem. I enjoy the ability to watch fights in 1080p now. But after the update, it crashes consistently. Rebooted the phone, forced stop and restarted and reinstalled the app countless times. Also, there's not a lot of functionality on the app. You can't choose your favorite fighters anymore so that their fights are recommended to you, or adjust the prefered style match ups you would like to see. Hope this gets fixed.

Service is amazing. I love all the access to the older ufc and other mma events. The problem and it's a huge one is the app isn't great. Crashes, moving time on a video causes crashes. I use this app on my note 10 plus, I also have the iOS version of this app on a ipad pro, and I have it installed on my Amazon fire cube. All 3 have crashing problems. It doesn't seem like it would take much effort to make this app flawless. In my opinion it's still worth it. But I hope they work it.

App needs to be updated more frequently. It still lists former champions as champions and not the current ones. also, some of the upcoming events aren't always listed (i.e. some fight nights). In addition, I think it would be cool if they listed all the fights and their outcomes under each fighters stats. Makes it easier to reference. All these things make it difficult for ne to use the app.

Hangs too often. Still. I had this app about a year ago and it was completely unusable. You'd go to play the video and you get a black screen for many titles. I gave it another shot and paid $95 for a year. Lots of good content; easy to find for me if you just search. The app still hangs and freezes way too often. I stream everything. Hulu, Netflix Amazon Prime. Nothing else hangs. Sometimes you have to back all the way out of the app, then FF to where you were. Not user friendly at all!

I recently subscribed to UFC and I enjoy it so far. Its easy to navigate and I like the live fight pass. However, I noticed some gliches on the live stream. For some reason, its stuck on playback and it keeps repeating the same fights. Also, I keep seeing this 401 error code whenever I watch the replays and it causes the video to close. Other than that, its an okay app. Needs some work.
