UKG is a terrible app. It doesnt always give me the punch button or it will time out. I have to reboot my phone almost every single time I punch in or out; sometimes, a couple of times before it lets me punch in or out. There is no option to punch offline in this new version, so I have no choice but to reboot almost every time.

It does not qualify for a rating as it never works. This is the most infurating application I have ever used. I have been kicked out numerous times, then when I try to sign back in, it says authentication failed. I have had to change my password multiple times due to this. It' a hard thing trying to figure out a password that's 18 letters. I have decided it's pointless to change the password as I have been trying for the past 30 minutes to change it. After i reset, it won't let me sign me.

ZERO stars if possible. I cannot access my schedule, that is the ONLY feature that isn't available by desk/laptop. Excruciatingly slow (my wifi is 120mbps), size: 89mb, no utility except to put your personal info out there. After I show my boss how useless it is, I will delete it and hope it didn't scar my phone permanently. HOW could it get even 2 stars is surprising! I rarely rate apps unless they are super excellent or worst of the lot.

Sometimes this app works sometimes you have to log in multiple times and can't use your fingerprint scanner to get into your portal most times it makes me clock in and out late after several attempts and many messages saying that it is not working. It's such a sometimey app. I've had it for a good year now and no updates have helped

I have been repeatedly getting "Internet connection error"and no matter what I do that error won't go away. I have been in touch with my help desk. As well as my HR. I am so frustrated with this app. It has given me nothing but issues. With it's slowness and fickleness to work. I was directed to write a review so it would get resolved. I have a android and it's fully functional. My Internet is perfect. Running things with ease much larger than this app. If I could give this a zero I would.

Worst app I've ever put on any phone. It won't load, then when it does it kicks you to a website outside the app, then the app claims you have no Internet when all your other apps are fine, then it crashes and completely closes over and over again. Have reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Absolute dumpster fire of an app. Basics of an app: actually work. F-, 0 stars, just horrible. Can't believe my work left ADP for this. Had zero issues with their app for over a decade on multiple phones.

Update 03/11/2024: App is more reliable now and I do not have many issues with it anymore. Probably the worst app I have used in recent memory. Everything is slow. Logins fail frequently due to "no Internet connection", which is not the case. I frequently have to hard close the app and reopen it to get the dang thing to let me clock in. I work on the help desk at our company and I can confirm first hand that we have received an influx of calls since switching to UKG solely due to this app.

Was forced to "upgrade" to this new version by the parent company, the older version had a cleaner UI, I could ACTUALLY see my accruals, and my entire weeks schedule could be screenshot in one screen. This looks horribly underprepared for consumer launch. There's even a white space at the top with an X on it that I don't think should be there. You get 2 stars instead of one because I was able to navigate the maze of a UI to see my attendance credits, even if the info wouldn't display.

The company I work for recently transitioned to this version, the UI is much less navigable compared to UKG classic and majority of coworkers(myself included) have to close app and reload several times before the app will actually launch. I've resorted to clocking in and out via the desktop version and printing my schedule off

Update: I emailed them like they said, never got a reply. They can't say "that doesn't seem right" because all my employees have to do the 2 step verification every time. Super irritating. If I didn't have to use this for work, I'd delete it. Bad horrible, bad customer service Is there a way to turn off the authentication every time I log in? It's annoying and unnecessary

Doesn't seem to have options to stay logged on so you dont have to keep inputting log-in info or even save calendar schedule preferences like deactivating holiday/free shift days to unclutter the schedule which is annoying for either to be repeatedly done. Other than that, it is better than having to pay attention to paper schedules, so an easy plus side that gets ya 3 stars. Full marks if previous concerns are changed, though I doubt it, lol.

Garbage. Actual trash. They took one look at their app and said "How can we make this less convenient in every way?" Nothing fits on the screen, even after I got a new, larger screen phone. It all stretches wayyy off. I can't access my pay history because of this. It signs you out every time you close the app. Everything is insanely cluttered, crashes always, I don't even know how this is considered "functional" by whoever unleashed this onto the app store. The positive reviews look fake tbh.

Undoubtedly the worst time keeping app on the market. Hardly works. You'll have to log in 4 or 5 times before it actually logs in and take you to the main page. Then half the time your shortcuts don't load so you can't just quickly log in you'll have to go through all the sub menus to load things. Pretty sure it's just web based shortcuts and not actual app, which might be part of the issues. But real talk I ask prior to employment if they use ukg if the answer is yes I keep looking. Notworth it

It constantly says I'm out of range to clock in and out while standing in the building so i constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it saved my temporary password and never allowed it to save the new one so I have to delete temp password and retype the long password every day. And it makes me change my password far too often. It's not that serious... I literally just need to clock in and out of work without typing 40 characters. This app is dumb

This has to be the worst UI I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sure, you will eventually find what you need, but it will be by the least intuitive, least logical, and most circuitous route you might imagine. I only wish that this weren't the only way I have available to request pto. I'd rather submit a form written in my own blood. I did give it two stars, because you CAN eventually find the info you need, but it's mostly through sheer bloody-mindedness. Hate it.

Painstakingly slow, and that's if you're lucky enough to get passed the log in point. I have logged in, only to constantly be redirected to the same log in page. And no, this was not a password/user error. The same thing happens if you actually are successfully logged in and you click to view your "pay" information. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work nor has closing and reopening the app, as suggested.

Not great. Ever since the update of the last app, this app has seriously struggled with signing in. Most times I try to get into it, I am asked to sign in multiple times before it finally lets me in. The two step verification also really holds me back from picking up shifts as fast as I would like. If you leave the app for as little as five seconds, it will sign you out again. Very agitating, to the point I have began writing down my shifts to not have to look at it again.

Unusable. I've tried every combination of username and password I can think of between the 2 different log-in screens. I can log on from the internet but not here. OS doesn't matter either. I don't know anyone that can log in, Android or iPhone. Flyer HR put out is useless as well. No real detail on what screen to log in and if we use our new numbers or not.

Horrible. Every time you use the app it takes forever just to load. Often times the loading will be complete but you will have a white screen and no amount of refreshing will change the white screen until you close the app then start it again. Another problem is how the app does not automatically update. You can be stuck on a white screen and not know that the app is slow because there is an update, but there is no automatic update. Horrible app.

I do like this work app vs the other one I was using but two negatives about it are that it's a very slow loading app and when you want to put in for a day off, you can't type in specifically why you want it off. It only mentions about sick days. When we did paper, you could easily fill it out for the reason(s) why. Seriously fix this app!! I don't care for this app at all! It sucks!
