Awful. You will always get an error message or if you're lucky enough to get in, it will crash.

Already an error (eeid) and I just installed it. Support option gives me a support code and tells me to contact my UltiPro administrator, as if I know who that is. Good grief.

It's awful. It states to enable cookies and still can't log on. It's horrible. I'm going to report to my administrator find another

Sometimes it's effective. Sometimes it isn't. It is suppose to show the client. It doesn't. It doesn't accurately add work hours.

Says I haven't completed all courses, but when I check the course it says I haven't completed it's shows 100%. Fix your app.

One of the worst apps. Unable to open required documents to finish a test. I don't understand how this company is still in business when they develop apps like this. Has to be nepotism or something of the nature.

Constantly having to restart classes. Also have to retake a class constantly cause it doesn't recognize that you have already taken it and past.

Keeps crashing CONSTANTLY. I ha e repeatedly tried to complete modules, only for it to crash...EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've tried everything. Uninstalling & reinstalling... terrible.

Videos will not load, I changed the app settings and permissions but still cannot get the training videos to load. And cannot find help under the online support.

No way to filter results when searching for a course. Can't see when courses are offered unless you enroll first. Can't see how many hours. No CEU listed. Hard to navigate.

Most of the quizzes and comprehensive exams could have a bit more detailed questions. Also some material is outdated and doesn't support current answers.

Terrible and useless, no awareness to specific skills or necessity of skill. Overall bullcrap. This does not help a company. This delays productivity, and for a business to implement such an "across the board" type attitude is a terrible waste of time and resources. And is a weakness that should be addressed. This is a shame and a complete waste of money and time, both of which should be awarded to the employee in the field having to deal with you, the job, and all of life's dilemmas. Shame!

This is the worst time keeping, the least user friendly, ap I've ever had the displeasure of having to use. Ultipro had so many useful items. This doesn't even come close. Why a company would choose to morph into this system, that completely limits your capabilities, makes your processes 3 times harder than they should be; for everyone who uses it! As a manager who has to stay on the go and work in my car, and from my phone. This ap is useless, the system is not much better from a computer

It always has an internal error message displayed and doesn't work! If if wouldn't be required by work I wouldn't be bothered to uninstall and reinstalling it so many times! And it's still never works. Frustrating....

It's obnoxiously frustrating and not helpful. Pretty useless app and unnecessary for my job, but for some reason, I have to have it. Excuse me, I meant all 3 apps!! Ridiculous! Especially when it forces me to change my password and security questions every few months. NO ONE is trying to log into my account, I assure you. I don't even want to log in to my account. I'm seriously thinking about quitting my job just so I don't have to use this stupid app.

Always having issues. If anyone calls you when using the app it then generates errors and one has to exit the app and log back in. Very poor learning app. More frustration that what it is worth. There IT support say it may have to do with providers and different chips in phones. If picking this product because of the mobile app, I would carefully reconsider.

Absolutely horrible experience, the best part is when u call customer service they hang up on you. Constantly resetting passwords, these developers need assistance in getting these VERY serious bugs out of the system. If i am honest, the problems are so abundant i don't think "fixing it" will ever actually happen.

ALOT of issues with this program. It won't load, it shows nothing available on days your supposed to be working, it's very frustrating... When it does work, it's great, but its down more then when it's up!!!!!
