Just missed due date one day (I've no problem with the fund just missed the day only/accidentally neglected payment.. might be need intens reminder to cover in this case) and immediately paid the day after in the early morning,still can apply and approved,Great and thank you

very disappointed! I'm a old customers and early repayment but the next loan has no response but in the notification application it is being disbursed!! disappointed!!!!

stress mode on.. get covid so late payment only 2 days already get late interest and already talk to the collector wait i will finish payment this evening after finish final check covid negatif.. but 30 debt collector chat with bad comment and so crazy to get me pay that.. if i late so long and no replay chat you can do it guys... think before do that to me..

My Review on UKU, Its terrible and annoying experience. Their BOT reminder cant EVEN catch what im saying. and they kept SPAMMING calls for EVERY 30 mins. We get you guys offered us cashback or points for early payment but not like this. what you guys did are forcing people to pay. Not very recommended.

So so bad. I really hate this one , just because late one day for short tenor, they started chat with negative comment to your contact list . I'll never use this app again. So disappointed with their TEROR ! At the point it's so BAD , Trust me everyone !

its not a very good loan apps as the comment below said. system has rejected the id card photos meanwhile the photos focus is great and every alphabet has shown correctly and can be read by. useless apps 🧐👎

this application so annoying, they reject my application but they asking me to pay the credit,i even didnt received any money,and suddenly they call my contact,its very annoying.do not use this application!

agree with other user comment, this is one of best loan apps, professional customer service and you never find badmouth services from this app, like mostly loan apps. UKU is easy to apply, fast disbursement and great service. keep up the good work!! definitely will recommend to others :)

Already applied 3 times and approved. Very helpful in an urgent situation, minus only a very short time for installment payments. Hopefully in the future the time given for installment payments can be extended or changed in no more 7 days but maybe 15 days or per month...anyway thanks for approved my loan again 🙏

Easy to use, fast respond, money transfer in a minute, and the most important is they are not like other apps that pushing you, rushing you to pay before the due date. This one is good they remind you by notification. Recommended UKU. Thanks

I do strongly NOT recommend this option for loans. The debt collector is NOT polite at all and very harassing. Very inconvenient experience with this app. Anyway, the interest is not as low as they advertise. If you guys in a need for urgent loans, i could recommend others, namely ADAPUNDI, ADAKAMI fintech, in which they are better in term of being reasonable with collection as well as the term loan. DO NOT USE THIS UKU Apps!!!!

Relatively small fintech with so little equity to enhance their apps. Customer services and debt collectors are sucks. It sends sms using program up to 100 times per day if you late even only 1 day. I do not recommend UKU at all unless you don't want to.pay this small fintech at all.
