Did a transaction, I used my debit card that's supposed to take 30 minutes to 1hr for the money to go through. Paid the $3.99 for the express. When I got the receipt it shows 4 days to be able to pick up the money. Right now I'm chatting with Cristina one of the customer service. Everytime I send a message it takes 5 minutes or more to get reply.

At first the transactions were all fine. Right now I am very disappointed. 2 times I made a transaction for new recipients but they canceled. They sent me an email and I responded to them immediately but they never got back to me. Call the customer service nobody is picking up the phone. I recently recommended this app but I have to tell those people now to stop using this one. They are not convenient anymore!

Terrible experience. Can't even get a hold of customer service when I need them the most. Was on the phone for 1 hour + and nothing. All you hear is the background music. Terrible app. Can't even request a refund or cancel a transaction. Will not be using this service.

12/1/20 Fast reliable transaction. 4/8/21 UPDATE ON THE SERVICE: This company is tripping. Two years ago they are reliable on every remittances I had with them. But now, for almost every transaction I made, they ask me to submit pay stubs and BSA form that has sensitive personal information. Too much inconveniences. Slow service. Cancellation and refund takes 8 days. Look elsewhere unless you have the luxury of time to call and wait around 20 minutes for their customer support to answer.

I thought your app was a great alternative to the others I had used before because I was successfully able to send money to my family. But when I tried to log back in a few days later to send again- it did not recongnize the password I used for the first transaction. This is not how business should work. Youre supposed to make your customer happy to keep them coming back and not add to the aggravation.

The application needs to be more friendly, when I put my user name and Password tells me it's incorrect even though it's the right one. I have to tried several times is a little frustrating , my husband downloaded the App and same thing happened after several attempts we were able to sent the money with the help from the customer service lady, my family received and it's a safe way to send money to mexico. I will use it again.

Been 4 days now, a process that says takes anywhere between 30min to 2 hours n still the money hasn't been delivered. Sent all the information and they just keep saying in a couple of hours. Hours turned into days n now about to turn into a week. They are not responsible n do not care to process transaction their customer service just hung up on me and didn't even care what I had to say. I chat with them n they say we have reviewed your information please wait 2 hours, but that's an inside joke.

Ulink was the best service when I begin transferring money. For a few months this year other services like Remitly were consistently beating uLink's rate, but in the past month no other service has beat their rate, and by large margins. The $0.99 fee is simple and straightforward, and if I use a debit card the money gets to me in 50 mknutes or fewer. I am eligible to transfer at their next metal level, and I might go through their verification process. Keep up the rate-locked weekends! Thanks.

This app is a joke they asked me for alot information I sent it over and after 2 days of them asking for more and more I had to cancel the transaction please don't waste your time trying to send money thru this app if could I would rate it as NO STARS

To many steps to verify your first transaction, you need to call them and send them a lot of personal information like bank statements and paystubs, the worst part is that even after doing that my transfer was still cancel, other options like Wise are straight forward with zero hassle.

The service is excellent and user-friendly. Additionally, there are no fees associated with sending amounts exceeding 500 dollars.

I had originally given a 5 star but I had never encountered any issues and lately I have for my past transactions either they have to hold it or are asking for too much info. It is supposed to be a fast and easy process to send money to your loved ones but not anymore!!!! I am going back with REMILTY to send money.To top it off I had to cancel my transaction and they said it would be 7 days to see my money back and I still have 1 that has not been released very disappointing! DON'T USE THIS APP!

Worst money transfer app I have seen so far. No process to check the status of transfer. It will always show in progress until final day. They have sent an email to verify my identity and it went to spam folder. So they cancelled the transaction on final day after taking the money from source account. Now they are saying it will take 7 business day to get my money back. No way to track all these in the app. It will just show cancelled.
