Unfortunately, I've had an awful experience. The ring was a gift from a friend of mine and I loved it initially. After 2 months it started getting bugs, then I lost access to my data. I reached out multiple times over 3-4 weeks asking for help and it was never resolved. I asked for a replacement/ refund and they kept trying to push to fix it. then, they agreed to replace it but recinded their offer. insane! I'm sad since this was a gift. I guess, I'll have to pursue a refund for my friend now.

Update: they're the type of company to respond to every message acting like they care but the reality is they just want your money obviously. Note to them, nobody's fooled. Literally just another buggy app. I've messaged the team how many times over the past year or so and they never provide any updates, solutions or fixes that I request. It also always reports my sleep incorrectly. It's basically a wasted product. Don't buy one of these unless you have money to waste.

Poor technology I've had the ring for less than a year and had it replaced twice due to battery issues and the 3rd one does not have the right tracking for sleep, walking or anything. My walking numbers compared to my wife's were off by 3000 steps and I sent a message and it was told that it would be 10% difference even though I sent them screenshots, not for sure where the math came from but 9567(wife's) & mine were 6476, that's not 10% so basic math doesn't need a degree in math. Redesign!!!!!!

No issues with the ring and how well it works, but I got it for one feature, the cycle monitoring, and it is an absolute joke. I can still use my ring to monitor my cycle myself, since it accurately records my temp every few minutes, but the power plug itself is so wrong it's laughable. It insists I ovulate sometimes as late as 5 days before my period, which I know for a fact from my own monitoring is WAY off. The option to add symptoms and ovulation test strip results would probably fix a lot.

I haven't been able to find detailed documentation of what the app is showing me. It includes a variety of fairly arbitrary values ("Sleep Index", "Movement Index", "Dynamic Recovery", "Stress Rhythm", "Temp deviation", "HRV", "Cardio Fitness", etc., etc. What do each of these mean? What's the scale? How are they calculated? What's a user supposed to do with the information? Maybe there's detailed documentation somewhere...but I haven't found it yet.

Love this ring!! It's light and easy to get your information. Update: Not even 3 weeks of owning it and it won't charge and the app doesn't recognize the ring!!! I'm furious 😠I've contact customer service and still waiting. I've tried ALL the trouble shooting on the app and nothing works. Soon it will go back to Amazon where it came from. The charging wire was also faulty out of the box,it worked for a while then nothing. I used another wire and seemed to do the trick for a week. 😡

I've had it less than a month, and it dies every day... I've done the troubleshooting provides with no improvement... now it suddenly won't even connect to the app anymore. Update: I received a replacement ring, and it worked great for a while but now struggles to connect again. The app only shows some data, though I wear it nonstop. I have to open the app and do a manual data sync, or my data doesn't update and appear... IE it is 7pm and my stress levels only show up until 6am or so.

Warning DON'T buy this ring!!! Out of the box the ring only has 5-6 days of power. Within 6 months it won't hold a charge beyond 2-3 days, 3-4 if using the power saver mode. Customer service will never respond or return your messages/chats. App itself is very sluggish, takes 5 or more minutes to pull data from the ring. Doesn't keep realtime readings while app is open, must be re-synced.

I've owned the original ring and the air. While the app has proven itself to get more reliable over time in regards to sleep metrics, I can't recommend this app or the Air ring for anything other than that. If you just want to track your sleep metrics and step counts, it's pretty good for that. Anything else and it's utterly inaccurate and inconsistent with software updates over time. If you want reliable metrics and are serious about it, don't get a ring.

The app itself has a good design, friendly interface, nice design, and works well. However, we have very little control over which notifications we get without turning them off completely. I don't want to be forced to get 14 notifications throughout the day just to use the app. It's 9am, and I've already had 5 notifications from it this morning.

What a waste... this thing worked for a day, then I discovered it wasn't syncing. After an hour of soft reset, disconnect/reconnect, multiple sync attempts, it finally displayed the error message that it cannot connect. It flashed between connected and disconnected... the fact that you have all those troubleshooting options is telling me this happens frequently. I don't need another unreliable piece of junk. Returning ASAP.

Edit: The ring will not sync!!! The app has been displaying data from the last sync, which was before 10 AM!! This ring and the app are a waste 🫤 The timings for sleep are completely off. Wish there was a way to edit them in the app. So lame. If I could give less than 0 stars, I would.

Constant charging issues, went through 4 chargers & 2 rings. Always used provided cable & charger & plugged in to PC, tablet & phone to charge & will still overheat after about 2 minutes on the charger (app sends notifications). Per customer service, ring firmware is only updated when you have ring issues & they push the update to you, it will not automatically update like the app will. Love the features in the app & no subscription but very frustrating when you can't maintain a charge.

There are syncing issues often encountered. The movement score feature is not helpful, often inconsistent, and can be confusing to use. It needs a lot of work for it to be usable. The sleep and recovery score features, on the other hand, are well executed. Customization is desperately lacking.

3 bricked rings in less than 10 months. Customer service was inconsistent, at best, hopefully you get a good one. I had one good customer service experience, the others felt worse than filing taxes. Finally gave up and they agreed to give me a refund and now after checking in with customer service 3 times on the "return shipping label" keep repeatedly being told "you'll get it in 24 hours." here's hoping they will actually honor their agreement.

When y'all changed your ring into turbo, chill, and critical battery mode. You broke your app and ring. This app gives me a constant reminder to switch to chill mode to save my battery, I don't wanna do that, I wanna see my stress level. When I switch to chill mode, it NEVER tracks my stress level, it'll track my steps sure and I can turn my workout mode on, sure, but I need my stress level most of all. Sometimes it ain't even tracking me recently. updating more often..do better

This ring and the app were completely awesome for 4 months. very accurate insights and incredibly useful until the last update. now it won't track my sleep/recovery/stress scores and I'm being bombarded with messages to switch my ring to chill mode. I DON'T WANT TO DO THAT!! it also won't let me add my correct age, weight and height. I change it and it won't save it. I'm angry that I spent $300 on a ring that only worked 4 months. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Having this ring has been the most frustrating experience. I bought a ring in 2024, and it worked great for maybe the first 4/5 months. Since then, I've had consistent battery issues, to the point it's lucky if I get a charge on the ring to last even a day. Chill mode is a joke. Support has been no help, only pushing firmware updates that do not solve the issue. It's crazy this ring is advertised as having a 4-6 day charge. I NEVER had that, even when it was working right. Total waste of money.

I only use it for one reason, and that is to port my CGM data from my Libre to Health Connect. Outside of that ONE useful function, this app is a waste of space on my phone. I can't put my correct age into my profile (I'm too old), I can't adjust the target zones for my blood glucose (I'm diabetic), and I'm CONSTANTLY baraged with notifications and ads. If I could figure it out, it would be nice, but it's not very user friendly. In the end, I uninstalled the app mainly because it was too slow.

The most recent updates totally broke this app and the ring. I'm no longer getting data logged. I've been getting the run around from chat support providing me the same steps over and over again. AI keeps interfering and restarting the conversation. I'm so disappointed because this was working just fine until September. I'm stuck and cannot get it replaced again.
