This app is really unreliable. Most times I'm unable to login even though the credentials are correct. Sometimes when I manage to login it does not display my account balance. Try to send money, Problem. I will be debited for unsuccessful transactions. To even recharge airtime with the app is still a problem. This is the worst bank app I've ever used, Sincerely.

Really terrible app, there's always one problem or the other. Last time it was bad network the other time it was outdated app that would never open even if you update it, now Even with my correct details I've always used to access the app I keep getting "incorrect password and username combination" error, when I try to reset the password there's another error there too. Your service is the worst in Nigeria. Do something about it or you lose a customer!

I don't think unity bank employees are using this app because this is becoming too much The app is soo annoying... have been unable to login since yesterday and my network is quite good over here. The app is telling to update, i came to play store no available update, the last update was even in October last year.. This is so bad and annoying, i don't even think you guys can improve again this is too much

Just to slow and annoying . It's showing out of date and I can't update it from play store. I uninstalled it and install back,it's still saying same thing. This is not okay at all. Pls work on your app. I thank God I have 🏧 card it would have been more frustrating

This app is the worst and the annoying thing it had been like this for several years and nothing had been done to upgrade the app and one can't even login or signup you will just keeo on getting error messages, I had to stop using unity bank as a results.

This app was okay until it started telling me it's outdated and it need updating. It referred me to play store. Getting to play store, there is no option for update. It's really frustrating especially at moments one needed to make transactions.

This your app is frustrating and not helpful. Unity Bank you are killing people. Worst Bank ever. I have money cant access my app. Your bank is not everywhere. Always outdated. Showing me someone's account with different amount. Refusing to boot up. Network is always bad. What a mess.. Limits also should be increased. So we can take money knowing fully that we may not be able to collect the next minute because of poor Unity Bank App... How do i Update.Playstore is not showing update. Please help

It's very poor. You can't download a receipt of any transaction and you can't get a statement of account from the app. When I ask for it, they say "Permission denied, pls allow to proceed" yet there is no where to allow permission. I have allowed all available permissions attached to the app on my phone but nothing has changed

There's always one problem or another when using the app. Right now I'm trying to log in and it's telling me to update and when I got to the Google Play store it's telling me to either open or uninstall. I believe I have an updated app. So there's always one problem or another. I have never experienced this particular one I'm referring to

The experience is often quite frustrating! The service is poor most times with series of failed, hanging, unsuccessful transactions. Interestingly, there's been a slight improvement in the service in recent times.

You guys are the worse. just imagine a upgrade that has no difference from the problem it was having before, like the fear of mfking a transfer from this app is always there, you'll just get debited and the other party won't get the alert.. to recharge airtime is another problem. 2hours ago I sent some money to my unity bank app. Which was successful on my own ends. But I waited for over 1hour before it reflected in the unifi app... Please you guys should just close down.. services are too bad.

This is the worst app l have ever seen. There's no point banking with a bank that can't develop a simple app for mobile transfer. Ur unify is a total mess. Cant transfer money in the past two months now. Keep saying otp sending failed. Can't even update app. I have to urgently send money now but it cant go. The same issue l had last month. I will move out my fund from my accounts and close it. In this modern era, unity bank is still backward. Just look at all the negative reviews on play store

Unity Bank is so terrible and unreliable. The app is almost useless for any transaction. It can shut you out anytime and keeps demanding you to update. Meanwhile, playstore will not give you the option of updating the app. The CBN needs to incorporate the efficiency of electronic and online services as part of criteria of rating Banks and any erring Bank of financial institution must be sanctioned. As it is, I believe my money in Unity Bank is in jeopardy because the app keeps frustrating me

Your app is the worst bank app have ever use,anytime I try logging into the app,it is always saying it is outdated then I will try to update it,there is no provision for updating. I also transfered money from the acct to another acct,the person hasn't received the money and my account has been debited. This is third time am uninstalling this app and installing it again. Pls do some very fast about it It is very difficult to transfer money from app to another acct.

Terrible app! Has a decent UI but it's completely unreliable! The worst bank app I've used! Has constant connection issues, You can't do simple tasks like view your account balance or recharge airtime. It repeatedly debits me without recharging or doing the transfer(it reverses after 3-5 days but You can imagine the inconvenience). You can be in an emergency and this will let You down. If Unity Bank are serious they need to work on these numerous issues. It's unacceptable in this age and time!

...Unifi can be better. The experience so far is frustrating. One is not able to login to the app & will keep rolling and giving different error reports. I intentionally withdraw all funds and stayed away from this bank for over a year, and now I decided to return. Still same experience with your mobile app. Presently, app prompt for updates but when you check, no new updates are pending and yet, it's blocking one's way from using the app. This is bad!

Too many issues You can't download statement of account Network issues (a lot of times your balance won't show on the app even after several refreshes, alerts don't come in time or may never come at all) You can't upgrade your limit (if we are not allowed to upgrade our limit via the app, then why put the option on the app?) That's misinformation and it's very misleading! Don't just make an app, monitor it and make it better. It is supposed to ease the stress of customers but right now it's not!

This is really frustrating not being able to access the app. Each time i try logging in, the account is always deactivated even when trying to reset password, a code sent never really sends. I am so pissed with this frustrating process since last year. If not for some reasons, i will close my account and if the service doesn't improve, i will have no choice but to close the account.

Yo Unity Bank!!!! I've been having series of issues with your mobile App for a while now, it's not just reliable for transaction as it crashes from time to time!!! Sometimes it doesn't show my account number and I can't make transfer without that and other times it just logs me out indefinitely! Like I'm just so sick of the App! I'm sure other customers have similar experience often times! You guys should talk the developer of the App and get all this bugs fixed! E dey vex person!!!!!!!!

This is the most frustrating app to setup after downloading. Every input is rejected or declined as invalid and advised to try again. I had all the time and tried all available options I can't remember how many times but I finally set it up. I tried to login about five minutes later it has been mission impossible. I'm an active account holder with a valid debit card. Fortunately I have other bank accounts whose apps are easier to navigate. I wonder if employees of Unity Bank are happy using it.
