Claiming rewards seems to be a joke. I had chosen a product in September. Later I started getting messages from delhivery saying I'll receive the parcel in couple of days. After repeating the same message for two weeks, they sent a message giving a lame excuse saying the executive couldn't reach me. After several complaints the Delhivery app shows the shipment is returned to the sender. There's no option for complaints in this union rewardz app .

Why have you kept mobile recharge option in the app everytime I try to recharge it give error msg. Why the hell you created this option if you cannot properly maintain this app. I'm facing this problem since last 5-6 months or even more than that. Update the app so that same issue doesn't happens again.

Pathetic app.... Reward Points are updated so belatedly... Further if u order 2 items...on each item there is delivery charges... Which is ridiculous... And that too so high 120 and above delivery charges is too much... So if u order more than 1 item.. For every item they will charge 120 each

it's the worst ever app... dear union bank please shut down this division of union bank... I had ordered an earbuds from my points available in union rewards as well as balance amount I will pay through my card, your app deducted whole my points as well as total billing amount from my card only.. if it will be happen like this only why would I not order through the websites likes Amazon, Flipkart etc... also there is no option where I can raise complain about the issue or cancel the order.

Am not even able to register my card. On the site it shows wrong captcha every time even though you enter correct each time. And on app the loading goes on forever. The worst product from Union Bank and this has been for long time. And no updates or anything as if you have decided its a sinking ship.

Unstable, includes Unnecessary Steps, Very Few Options to spend my reward points. Not sure how this app is rated 4.5. I guess fake rating system is working for this app. Not recommended. But wait, there are no other options for us (union bank credit card users) to spend our Reward points. I guess not opting union bank credit card is a better option.

Used to be a good reward points app but now points are not getting updated even after enquiring time and again, even after 3/4 months, no resolution whatsoever every time the cce escalates the problem and will say to wait for 26 working days and after 26 working days re-escalate the same with no resolution. Also reward points only for small transaction and no points for heavy amount couldn't understand the point system. Hope they improve it.

My product was not delivered even after calling multiple times on the manager number which has been provided through SMS. There is no way we can check the status of our order whether it has been delivered or it's under the process. It's really frustrating for the customer to keep on following up regarding their rewarded or purchased products. Moreover, the the support or the help provided has no idea regarding the issues faced by the customer

The app is a waste of time and tries to attract the customer by giving cheap rewards showing them expansive. They don't know what to say when you do complaint, they just keep repeating the same lines over and over again. The program provides you 1 rupee when you do shopping or withdrawal of 400 ruppee that is way too absurd, even when you reach the specific points its just not get awarded. they found a way to force the customer using their bank and stall them by keep extending the time period.

We can not change user ID (which is also cell number) through App. and Admn also can not change as per their inf. Very Peculiar situation. Escalation, re-escalation,re-escalation to the concerned,working on it,working on it, working on it : is the stalk reply of the app.admn without doing redressal of even simple updating of cell number. Actually,it is just type and click function. This is the way they work. Mails to Even customer care did not yield any effect on their functioning.

It used to be a good app. But now it has become very problematic and dysfunctional. No points are been added now for like a year or half. And on top of that no action has been taken no matter how many e-mails u write to their team. They just keep asking for few working days to solve your problem and never solve them. Ridiculous customer service.

Third class app. I am registering with right credentials, but every times it says, your details captured and nothing happens thereafter. If there is any mybaap of this app then pl fix it and make provision to report the problems in app itself, so that nobody has to look for it in play store.

after 30th March the points are not shown whe complained they said that the transactions are not been send by the bank when complained to bank they say that the app is getting upgraded...how long does it take to upgrade an app??????

The app was working fine until now with its limited features, but it shows a security warning ER1 now that the device is altered, while nothing of that sort has been done.

Very slow app and points are getting credited after 2-3 months. Other banks give credit same day or next day but this app is giving after 2 months of the transaction. transaction done in April and points are credited now in June.
