so I am standing out in front of the grocery store trying to unlock my card so I can go grocery shopping. so for 10 minutes I'm trying to access my own money which it would not allow me to. first thing tomorrow morning I will be moving all of my money back to my previous bank and closing this account. relatively a new account and haven't closed previous bank account. regret opening United community account. recommend not using United community bank

Could have the "discription" section easier to read/see. Face ID stopped working with android phones. No one can help solve the issue.

Frequent trouble using different functions in the app. Sometimes cant even log in. Often end up having to call the call center.

No forgiveness or grace period on overdraft. I was less than 24 hrs on accidentally overdrafting, for the first time, and I was slapped with a $72 fee on $22 and $28. I thought my type of account covered me for 24-48 hours as long as I got the money in during that time frame. But apparently, it was a different bank that did that. I will be switching banks now because of this and the way that they handled it. Goodbye United...

It's a solid banking app. It changed my way of managing my bank account. Instead if me getting up and out my house and going to the bal for whatever reason, bow all I do is get on my phone and check my accounts and money money around. Also it has high security, if someone even you fails to login it immediately alerts your phone with noticable vibrations.

This app is just okay. The daily limit for deposits is much too low for a business account, and this is super annoying. It can also be quite difficult to get the picture just the way the app wants it, I can stand in the exact same place and do the exact same thing and it will work for three checks and not another for example. However I am still grateful to have it.

Nothing ever syncs correctly with my Trust Bank accounts so it is difficult to manage my accounts seamlessly. Some sign ins have to be done on a desktop, but it shows that it is an option on the app. You have to go in the bank to talk to employees that haven't been trained on the app. They only know anything it seems because others have had that same problem.

App doesn't work. Requires access code that needs to be emailed to you, but doesn't allow you to enter your email, it emails the default email that shown as an example when you select email, and it doesn't allow you to receive a text code. Waste of time until they fix it. They bought out my bank, and I am forced to use their app that won't let me access anything or even setup anything.

I haven't been able to check my account for a while but I called their customer service number and they advised me to go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the app. Finally got my app back up and running so I won't go broke at Christmas. 😂 wish they would have emailed to advise of issues with the andriod app but either way I'm glad it's working.

Enjoyed this app until just recently. For over a week I have not been able to check my balance. Just like others, the app only gives me access once, and that is after uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. At that point the app just continues to load, with no access. I check my balance frequently, especially during this time of year. Please fix asap.

I do service work and this app makes it easy for me to see when credit card sales are deposited into my account and all my credits and debits it's just like having the bank in my back pocket. And the only line chat makes it quick and easy to get problems resolved. And it's also very easy to make money transfers to my wife and sons account. It's a great app for people who do service work.

Nothing compared to Bank of America's app! I don't know whether it's the bank, itself or the app. However, my elderly mother has an account with this bank and has to have my help with doing her finances. In order to do so, I downloaded the app on my phone. I absolutely hate it! The only thing its good for is viewing transactions and the chat feature when its available. It offers other features but they don't work. It's slow in posting debit transactions where my banking app shows immediately when one takes place PLUS it alerts me whether it's through email, text or phone call unlike this one. It offers an app that supposedly has settings and features for your debit card yet when you try to download it, it will only put you right back to signing into your online banking account. Even tried downloading it by going to google play myself only to find that its already installed and back to online banking sign in page when I opened it. It will, however alert you via text when you sign in but you can forget it if you need anything else..If mother lived in an area that had a bank of america branch, she would be switching to them. This app needs to step up and get with today's newest programs!

The app is intuitive, and useful. I've had it installed for about 1 year now and use it several times per month. HOWEVER, recently Google Play Protect has decided that the UCBI mobile app is harmful and keeps telling me to uninstall it. This happens 3 to 6 times per day. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but that didn't help, I searched on the web for a solution, but found none. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING. Don't know whether this is a Google issue or a UCBI issue, but it needs to be solved.

I was absolutely loving this app, until a couple of weeks ago. I would try to log in, and it would say loading and never pull up. I would have to restart my phone, or uninstall the app, amd then reinstall it. but then it would only work once, and start doing it again. Now I can't even download the app. it keeps saying download pending. I really need this app. ugh! If this wasn't happening I would give it a 5 star rating.

I LOVE United Community Bank and the wonderful staff there. The app has some glitches though. Sometimes I have to log in several times before it opens. All the categories for transactions have disappeared so I can't use my budget feature. Certain checks with designs are difficult to deposit. I have to keep retaking the photos before the app will accept it. Overall my info is all correct and transactions show immediately though they will be pending for quite some time.

Downloaded the app to be able to lock my card when I wasn't using it. And it just keeps redirecting me back to the sign-in page. Tried to use other utilities on the app and keeps redirecting me back to the signing page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still doesn't work. Thus far the only thing good with this app is to be able to view your balance

Most of my experiences are spot on. My biggest issue at the moment that drives me nuts is I can save my password in my phone, at least five different times and my saved password is never saved The one that is saved in my phone does not work every time like It used to. I have tried it all different ways to get it to work and that has annoyed me to know end. Not like I didn't work on computer systems & programs. So there is something in this programming that internally is saving the wrong one.

Went through the enrollment process and set my user login and password. Upon attempting to log in for the first time, the app told me that my password was incorrect. I'm sure that it was not incorrect is because I copied and pasted it. While attempting to reset the password I received a validation error despite the fact that my information was entered correctly. Obviously this app still has some Kinks that need to be worked out. I suppose I'll go back to my last bank. At least their app works.

Still not quite up to speed compared to the laptop version. I would like to add or edit info in bill pay. Especially companies I pay and the other thing that really is irritating is not being able to edit upcoming pay outs.we have to delete what's there and then key it in all over again. The app does keep improving and (with that 1 exception), I really love the app.
