I have been going to AC for 40 years and for the past 10 years, every time I visit AC, I stay at HardRock because they have the best venue, people are friendly, food is great, the gambling floor is open and light well. There is always something fun to do and finally the rooms are nice and clean, especially the suites.

Great app. Keep track of ur Unity points, tier credits, and offers. You will never have to wonder again how much free play you will have or when you can claim it. Keep track of events that you've reserved. And, do it all in one place - on the Unity app.

Has all my offers and promos listed half way across the country, where it is apparently done differently. Won't let me correct my location. Glitches and gets stuck buffering. Terrible app replacement for the old system that worked great. Making an experience that no one would ever willing repete. Get it together Seminoles

Trash! Keeps kicking me out. Doesn't accumulate or show my points. Says I have a hotel stay offer but when I click it... nothing! Doesn't even have hard rock ac on the app. Even tried on my laptop on a regular browser. Extremely disappointing. Developers need to fix this. I'll be at caesars and mgm. ✌️

We drive from Gainesville, 2 hours away to go to the Hard Rock. Its a wonderful place. We usually bring two car loadloads of guests to play. Never a bad time at Hard Rock. i did sign up for the Unity card and was told if we lost $200 we would get that back on the card. i spent over $200, and didnt receive the credited amount, I recieved $10 free play. That was the only disappointment ive had there. Great place to go! I recommend this place for good food, music, entertainment and a good time out.

The teir credits are okay, they make you use x2 at restaurants and food. We usually will go where the their credits are not doubled. But this is a nice casino. Example, 36000 their credits at our other Casino can be spent as 360.00 dollars. At this one it would 180.00 dollars, plus we don't earn their credits as fast here. It's clean and close though. Fun slots, wish they had more of the old quarter reels and dollars reels.

My favorite parts of the program are: it wasn't ready and all of the points aren't in it yet but they are still expiring. The scan screen shows a different member number than the account screen. The servers don't know you can't scan the receipts for missing purchases so they tell you too when they can't get it to work and then online support doesn't have a way to add missing purchases yet. But remember the points still expire because they made it better for us.

Well, for the first time, I didn't receive a "Rock Star" treatment. I have been waiting for over 48 hours for Unity to fix my name in the app. I did the process, they gave me the card with my new last name at the hotel months ago. It looks like when I check in this Sunday, I'll have to spend time in line to fix this instead of being betting and having fun! Still hoping you fix this. Please, let me know what you can do. The app is nice but the rewards from the mirage just for being a member are unbeatable. They know how to take care of their rewards members! The only weird thing is my hotel offer is for 3 comped nights but it's for Florida when I've never even stepped foot in Florida. It's a great offer with free play dining credit and comped nights that I'll never be able to use. if I play at mirage in Vegas it would make sense to comp me there where I go and play every week...other than that...love it all!

The rewards program from Hard Rock was once an amazing program. The perks, rewards, tier system, and all it entails was a great asset in earning returning loyalty. Today's program is a far different one entirely and is a pale comparison. The rewards tier structure has changed, as has the cumulative nature of it. In addition, the Promotions and the FreePlay rewards are all vastly inferior to it's predecessor. The mobile app well is now more encumber some to use.

I'd give 0 if i could. I can't even use the app. Everytime I've tried to complete the online sign up it says Oops we're experiencing technical difficulties and to call or visit. I've contacted them countless times since October trying to get an update on when it will be fixed because I can't access my account. I had no problems with the wild card. Changing to this unity garbage was a huge mistake Hard Rock :(

This by far is the worst app I've ever experienced. The comps are horrible the tier status is almost impossible to reach certain ones. Tampa Hard Rock should have stayed with Seminole wild card instead of Unity. The app crashes all the time and you can hardly ever access the small amount of free play you even get. Unity need to take notes from Caesars Rewards. They have an amazing program.

Software terrible, very confusing, problems logging in and it's constantly down for maintenance. Staff needs training on it most have never used it. They don't understand promotions at all for the unity app. You would think with all the money Seminoles profit that site would be great. Unity doesn't exist between locations. Seems like each site has different Marketing staff. Coconut does the best advertising and promo's and hats off to Brighton who has improved. Guitar gift line very long

We miss you. I had a dream that I make lots of money. I had a dream that I used that money to create an employee-owned hotel spa and casino that rotates with the seasons that is on The cutting edge of gaming and styles of games. For example player versus player. Bringing the games we play at home to a greater stage with spectators. But a much more intimate setting. People might not even know that they're watching a Superstar. Thank you 👍🙏👍.

The app never works. It's constantly failing to login, remember credentials, and I always have to send emails to get codes that work for two or three clicks then I'm logged out again to start the horrible process over and over and over. The benefits are stripped down and useless unless you spend $$$$$ - hate the entire experience, miss the old membership card with birthday benefits, priority seating, etc.

I enjoy using this app as it makes going through all of my offers so much easier and I can check back frequently without having to call customer service. plus I can check while I'm patiently waiting for an incredible hotel offer. 🥰 love to use the opportunity of having a great hotel offer like I used to get in order to check out new locations..
