This app is great and made going through the parks much easier. Storing the tickets for multiple people was nice so I didn't have to keep paper tickets for everyone. We were there for the Halloween event and it helped in deciding which house to go for to maximize our time. It is easy to use with useful filtering options. The only thing I would add to this would be a deeper zoom on the maps.

Almost frustrating with how it could be more useful. Would love an option for filtering "open now" and also would be amazing if you could share location with your family. Would also love a freestyle locator. Also VERY frustrating that the app tells you to load your extra options like breakfast passes into the app but then the park won't accept them that way.

Update: I love the app! Bugs fixed and so much more. It makes the parks so much more fun! The only reason I got this app was to tell the wait times on the rides. It was wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. NOT even ONCE was it right. Not fun when you're carting around a family of 6, expecting a 5 minute wait, and rolling up to a 60 minute wait.

This app is amazing. Being able to see wait times on rides, show times, and your location in relation to everything was great. Also the fact that you could set notifications for when wait times dropped to a certain time and for when shows are starting was really helpful. It helped us plan a really good trip and use our time effectively. I recommend this app to everyone.

Why can't I see my resort reservations and my park passes!? This app is called Universal Orlando RESORT! Where is the resort part of it? I can only see tickets for the Halloween Horror nights. This app is not user friendly. When you look at the map there are little icons all over and they are all clumped together. There needs to be individual park maps. It would be easier to see where everything is. Also restrooms should be highlighted. Needs a search bar too. So disappointed in the app.

It's okay. I was expecting more since the park/hotel staff are trained to direct people to the app. I liked having access to menus for food venues. The map feature never worked for us which was disappointing. The park can be difficult to navigate as the big "you are here" type kiosks are no longer around. I would love for the app to offer a green check to use for "did it/visited venue" in addition to just the red heart for favorite, so you have a working "To do list."

Not bad, but it's crazy how I had to uninstall the app just to purchase an AP. The site redirected me here to buy a pass, yet it's not an option for some reason on said pass. It could also be easier to use during events (HHN), but it otherwise serves it's purpose well enough. I like the extras they sometimes include too, it's a very nice touch that brings me back to the park with a new purpose.

There's room for improvement with this app. There should be a way to view photos taken at the park in the app. I'd prefer if the wait times were shown without clicking on the ride, just show the wait time not the icon. Also, it's hard to select the ride or restaurant I want because of how small and close together the icons are. Lastly, I wish it would just open up to the map instead of a home page and having to select the map.

The parks are great! This app needs significant improvements. The map constantly zooms all of the way out, requiring you to manually zoom back in to where you are all of the time. Restaurants require ordering through the app, which is a great idea. But I couldnt figure out how to change an order before placing it. So I cancelled the order and the app said I wouldn't be charged, but the email I got said I was charged. Order tracking was also glitchy. Ride wait times are also clunky to view

The wait times are accurate, but ordering food is rough. The app will freeze or crash while trying to order food. It would be great to have a option to have a digital pass that you can use through the app. You can have a digital ticket on your phone, so why not your actual pass? I miss out on so much time because we swap vehicles and we don't always have both passes together. Multiple times I've had to go to customer service and get a replacement. Please add this feature!

The app is a must but it can get annoying at times. The user interface could be better and I feel they could add features that could greatly enhance the park visit ESPECIALLY when your waiting on a line for 60 minutes. Trivia, mini games and a point to prize system of some kind. Imagine, rack up points from walking or waiting on line and get free buttons, stickers, merch or whatever. I would visit TWICE AS MUCH! Hell, they could even go the route of pokemon go or something. Wait times are bad!!!

The app is great for monitoring wait times and I loved the older version of the app, but for some reason this new version of the app doesn't allow you to change ticket dates without calling. Being able to change ticket dates on the fly was very useful for last minute changes in vacation planning, so I have no idea why I can't do that in the app anymore. Please update to include changing ticket dates again.

I think it would be nice if you could add family members, like let's say you're traveling in a group of 4-6 people. The app should be able to connect people together that are visiting the park together. Also, I can't add my hotel stay to the app and that would be convenient as well. Since I'm staying on property, and the tickets are on the app so having the hotel there too would allow for early entrance and fast pass to be connected. Those things shouldn't be hard to add. Thx

I'm updating my rating as the app has been updated. It is much cleaner and easier to use. I love being able to easily sort by dining and a specific park. Posting because it looks like universal response which is nice. I thought I remember your saved favorites being on the main page, but now you have to go into your profile to hit the favorites tab. Kinda annoying change I'd like to see go back to the way it was Editing to change rating. the app constantly signs me out, super annoying

The app is a great improvement. It's cleaner and easier to use and navigate. I do have one minor complaint though ..... the VillainCon section, inside the play area where you can create profiles. The actual profile name cannot be changed. When trying to modify a player's profile name, an error message is shown; "Partner did not respond successfully to playfab's requests" Please can this be fixed? Thank you. But again, great improvement otherwise. I really like it.

Made dining reservations and then downloaded the app. Was told I could not add my existing reservations to the app. Soooo, I canceled all the reservations and rebooked them, and they showed up on the app for one day, never to be seen again. I also think it's weird that you can't see Universal resort booking information through the Universal app. This whole app is a hot mess and support is zero help. Definitely not the convenience and help that I expected.

February 28th update removed barcode from wallet, now I need to go to guest services to enter the park and cant get my free parking, Very Disappointed! Filters don't work. Rides are double tagged so trying to filter out water rides still shows them because of a double tag with thrill. Why do i need to clear filters when i go from rides to dining just to reapply when i switch back? Hopefully mobile order is fixed because it has always been a hit or miss and you shouldn't need to scan your pass.

Latest update is great. It fixed an issue I was having where I couldn't log in. Now I'm able to use all functions of the app. Suggestions for changes. When clicking on a pin to check the ride time the old zoom in level was better. Take Hagrid's, when clicking on the pin I could, in the past, still see and click on Forbidden Journey. This allowed me to click around most of the map by going from one pin to the next. Simply, a decreased the zoom level so we don't have to zoom in and out so much.

When you add items to your order for a whole family at 3 Broomsticks without being signed in (because it wouldn't let us do it earlier), then it asks you to sign in, it should NOT navigate away from the page of the restaurant - so you know that it did not clear the cart. We ended up thinking it cleared the cart and reordering and had doubles of everything and just wishing it was like a regular restaurant and not app based

It's just about useless. I can't believe a major entertainment venue has such a unintuitive and mostly useless website. Example 1: The map shows where you are, but it has no names of buildings shown, for one to orient one's self. Example 2: try to locate a particular resturant on site.....good luck! Sometimes, nothing is better than something.
