everything works great for me besides the "buy option." app completley shuts down and my phone tells me that the app has some bug. i know i can always buy my tickets online, bit felt it was pretty convenient to look at the prices and such through the app. other than that, wait times are accurate, virtual line works pretty good, though i havent tried it out for the mario world yet

I tried to create an account. they say my email is already registered. ( has not been..ever) so I tried to "reset" my password to this allegedly existing account. they send an email saying; This is "awkward... but there is no record of an account associated with the email address you provided. I tried this with my other 2 email addresses. and the app says they all have been previously registered. I am close to disputing the tickets I purchased.

The purpose of this app seems to be just collecting your personal info and scanning tickets because nothing else works! No way to unlink if you scan multiple tickets and can't add to other family member account! Can't find showtimes or wait times. Can't route to any point of interest! What's the point of the map!? Reminders don't work! Adding stuff to itinerary does nothing! What an absolute waste of space and battery!

This is handy especially if you make your itinerary ahead of time using that tool. You can include your restaurant for meals and things like that. I like the wait times. The annoying thing about it is that the showtimes were not included during our visit. It's also a little hard to navigate to the map.

The new Super Nintendo World portion has some bugs. I tried adding a second band and it broke the first account so bad it won't even load the Mario world portion. So I created a new account and I can't re-add the band because it says that name is taken but I changed the name to something no one would have and still says name is taken. I also noticed it now shows 2 bands connected, some how, with no names. I understand it's fairly new feature but not a great first experience.

This app is a must for your trip! You can link your tickets. Check real time wait times. Sign up early for fast pass and skip the lines. Access to a map so planning rides, shows and eats a snap. It even has a place to enter where you parked!!! Awesome app !!

The Amusement park application is an outstanding device for Universal Studios Hollywood followers! It has all the details a fan can desire, consisting of wait times for preferred attractions, map areas, as well as much more. The app is very easy to use as well as extremely insightful. It's a must-have for Universal Studios Hollywood fans!

Would be nice if character times would be posted instead of having to guess, who and where and what time

Helpful for very basic planning before getting to the park, making reservations, and ordering food. Incredibly frustrating login experience -- have to sign into the app every time I open it, and the "remember me" feature doesn't work. Very poor user experience compared to the Disneyland app.

Using Android 10 I can not access the Super Nintendo World section of the app. Initially everything was fine, soon after I could not enter the SNW part of the app, a reinstall did not resolve. The Universal Studios Park section is wonderful, accurate, no complaints, but when playing in SNW knowing your score and what stickers you collected is pretty important. This issue has continued for over 48 hours, different Wifi/data options, spoke with SNW management, and basic troubleshooting attempted.

Most of the app works perfectly fine, everything was easy to use, but the Super Nintendo World part has a few bugs. Some of the blocks in the map swapped places compared to the blocks that are actually in the land. When I punched every block, and I know that because none of the block locations on the map are grayed out, and it never gave me the stamp for punching every block. The app also updates my coins and other stats with a huge delay. The app would be a lot better if these bugs were fixed.

Definitely download this!!! This app made our experience so much more enjoyable. We were able to see the real time wait for each ride. We were able to have an interactive map that showed each ride and every shop as well as restrooms and restaurants. It also lets you sign up for virtual sign in on select rides to skip the line. 100% recommend this app to anyone going to Universal!

If your app is going to be effective, ESPECIALLY when it will play a big part when the park fully opens after Covid19, you need to accommodate Android users better. We have microSD cards we can use to help us manage the space needs that apps take up but your app does NOT allow itself to be moved to an SD card. Your app is WAY too much of a space hog to not be able to be moved. As an annual passholder I depend on this app and would appreciate your recognition and resolution of this problem.

Terrible to navigate. Attempted to use virtual line for Mario cart and when we approached line attendant thinking we were just in time for our scheduled "appointment ", he just looked at us with a confused look as if we were the only ones who misunderstood that what we signed up for was to experience the Mario world. The app does not let you mark off rides you finished nor does it deliver accurate line waiting times. Lastly, you need to enroll for app (another marketing scheme in my opinion)

Tried multiple times to add my family's park passes to the app but always returns an "invalid entry" message regardless if I scan the tickets or enter the info manually. This app is useless. Why can't it be seamless like Disney's app or any other theme park app to have the basic functions work? Ridiculous.

Can't see pass benefits. Keeps telling me to sign in after signing in to see benefits.

This is confusing. The ability to add a pass was added but it's only visible in the "Used/Expired tickets" section - which is odd for a recurring annual pass. Also the QR code it gives in that section is light gray and not black, so is this thing even going to scan at all to begin with? When going to look at "purchasing tickets", you get an "oops!" page. It seems this was rushed out with VERY little thought to any user experience whatsoever. Why is Universal so incapable of making a park app???

Each time I try to do something on it, it asks me to sign in even though I checked REMEMBER. Also, every time I would sign in, the system seems to "FORGET" my password somehow. It doesn't matter if I'm home or actual place. It just seems to not work properly continuously. It's unreliable & inconsistent. I just had to change my PASSWORD coz it says that it doesn't recognize my acct. I've renewed it and changed the password then, too. I've probably changed my password 10x if not more within the yr

Tried to add existing tickets, the 1st worked, the rest of my family's just produced an error that the guest can't be added at this time, try again later. I did, always same issue. Eventually it just says I've exceeded too many linking attempts, which of course only happened because it told me to keep trying again later. Seems like a useless waste of time, but let's hope the super Nintendo world stuff isn't just as broken.
