The app can't scan QR codes to register passes for purchase of Timed Entry Tickets and it can't recognize QR codes when they are uploaded either. There are 2 options on the home screen for timed entry tickets and they both lead to the same thing

Paid full price for a ticket but only special privileged people get to enter Super Nintendo World. Avoid this scam.

Holy moly it was long ago ieas so frustrated with an app. 1. It takes super long time to register to buy a ticket, 2. There are so many tickets making it super hard to know what you need and how it works, Card does not work even though the apps tells you it does... 3. You can't load your ticket that is stored on your phone because of storage permissions, WHICH IT DOES NOT ASK FOR SO CANT GIVW IT THE COREWCT PERMISSONS!! How can this be allowed on such an important feature. Do they not test??

NO WIFI!!! NO ACCESS TO NINTENDO WORLD!! HUGE QUEUES IN THE SHOPS! There's still too much in Japanese only in the explanations and menus and everything, even when the app says it should be in English, it "forgets" to mention that you have to pay extra to access Super Nintendo area, gps works on some devices but others not, and does not say where can you get Wifi. The information on the attractions is limited to some background, but it misses anything related to how the attraction actually is.

I downloaded this app to get an e ticket for Super Nintendo world. Once I was in Universal I opened the app trying to register my ticket but I had a digital ticket, and it wouldn't let me upload my ticket to register it. It kept saying that it needed permissions but it already had all of the permissions enabled. Please fix this app so Noone else has to deal with the problem I dealt with. I'm just upset I wasn't able to go to super nintendo world 😞

Very poor, permissions are broken. To read in my Studio Pass, I need to allow the app access to storage, but that is not listed as an option under the apps permissions. Without this, I would need to scan the QR code from a screen or printed paper. This is impossible when you are using the device alone.

Not able to buy any ticket after many attemps. It simply gets you back to the beginning, where you need to find the checkout again to continue with the payment. For some reason you need to fill in you nationality and counrty 4 times.. The closest I managed to get was having the payment in and needing to aprove it, but for approval need to switch apps which on the return to this app gets you the beginning again and you need to start over. Maybe with two phones I can complete a single purchase...

I found a really weird problem when buying tickets (express ones). I already filled in my credit card info, received the online trading code from the message, and keyed in those code. HOWEVER, when I finish keying the code, the page just jumped back to the check out page. I didn't know of the buying was successful or not. So I waited for a bit. Then still nothing notification received. And the tickets was sold out... I can't find any help from the website or anyway to contact you except phone.

Unable to upload my QR into the app, tried multiple times but still unable to do so. Terribly inefficient yet nothing is been done to rectify ?

On Android 14 and this can now access photos saved, which means you can upload tickets to be saved in the app. It's also much nicer now

As others are saying, the storage permission is demanded to "Upload from photo library" to register the QR codes from e-tickets even though the app does not have any such permission. This is the case with our Android 13 phone. When we then installed this app to an old Android 8 phone, much to our surprise, the app was able to access the storage for photos. What it tells us is that this app is built on an obsolete Android OS version and is incompatible with updated phones. That's bad.

Can't buy tickets through the app because the field for the card holder name doesn't allow spaces. I ever tried pasting it in but even that doesn't work.

I registered my tickets and I also have an express pass but I can't view my tickets or work out how do look at my timed entry stuff. I'm not going until the 26th but this is still very confusing!

You need wifi to use the app, but there is free WiFi there, so it's not a problem. If you can't book any Timed Entry eTicket, it means that you don't need it to enter yet(in my case). It becomes available when it is too crowded. The map worked very well with live location. You can also tap on the attractions in the map, and there is a full description of what it's about, which I really liked. The app is really fast and has no lag. Thanks to the map, I found out about a demon slayer ride.

Didn't work for timed entry, despite reinstall, and a restart it would give a error. Had to have a local friend use their copy of the app in Japanese to accept and allow reservations. Garbage app, the only thing it's good for is seeing how many rides are broken.

The app is somewhat helpful but also somewhat confusing. After uploading my QR ticket code, I'm not able to find and review the ticket. It still has the same menu to upload a ticket. After scanning my Nintendo Land bracelet, I wasn't able to easily find my Nintendo profile. I had to search around in the app. I have an express ticket, and that also doesn't show in the App. Basically, the app should customize and simplify the menus so that the essentials can be found in a single click.

As others have said, this app does not list storage/photos as one of the permissions it wants (on Android). Thus, users lack the option to enable file uploads for the app. This means you can't directly upload a file/photo of your park pass on the app. Uploading a ticket to the app should be one of the most basic features. It is astounding that so many others have had this problem for so long, yet it is still not fixed.
