It's okay to roughly see what's at the park, but most of it is not accurate. Wait times are completely wrong.

Bad apps..rides timing are not updated according to actual site timing.. totally waste of our effort when apps owner doesn't want to update them

It keeps on poping a message " No Internet connection" Well, i checked internet twice. Faulty app for android!

Can't open the app even with fast Wi-Fi (or data), very strange. Very very strange. Ruined my day at USS.

It is ok except for 1 thing... The app is kinda glitchy. Sometimes when I click on things it will become unresponsive. Please fix this. Thank you.

This app is very helpful when travelling to universal studios... it guide you with the waiting time for ride so that you can manage your time properly for rest of the rides...this app will guide you with proper maps and food court

Internet connection error. Using the Android 13 on a Pixel 5, 6, and 7. Keep on getting "turn on your internet connection:". of course the internet is on. Tried wifi and data connection. Same problem

App keeps saying I don't have an internet connection. Well, if this review gets submitted, it means my internet is working fine and it's the app that don't work.

Universal Studios Singapore, is a fun place to be. I did the transformer adventure ride as a new recruiter a beautiful story line. I also enjoy the Mummy rolacoster ride was mind blowing. And the Universal Studios environment is very clean. Can't wait to go there again. So am giving them 5 ⭐ .

This app is bull$#!†. Completely inaccurate. It claimed that a ride had a 15 minute wait but when we got to the entrance of the ride the sign said "30 minute wait". Also when a ride was broken down and temporarily closed, the App did not say so and claimed the ride was still open. A terrible and useless app.

This was the most pointless app possible, it continually came up with a connection error, asking me to connect the Internet, I was both on my mobile data and the parks free WiFi and would not work!

Very useful! Tells you exactly what time the shows are and the waiting times for each ride. It would be great if there was a timeline view of the shows so we could have easily planned the order of which we can watch them. Nonetheless, it was a much better experience than having to navigate the physical map.

A lot of intermittent problems. A lot information sometimes display than often don't. Location of happenings varied from map. Too often cut off connections. Very unreliable timings and accuracy. Lack too much required information for visitors.

No customer feedback in the app on the individual rides/show. We spent 2 hrs in line at the Transformer ride. No personnel on site to advise on the severity of the influx of visitors. Also, no sitting area in all ride/show line on the whole park. It is very hot today and with no medical/security personnel around, it's just an accident waiting to happen..

Pathetic app. The map features is worse. My kids wanted to see the 4D movie. I was near the mummy ride and it kept showing me that it is on the other side of the water body. I walked my kids 3 times around the water body, which is a lot of walking and it kept showing my position at wrong locations. The kids got tired to the point they said they don't want movie and they just want to sit down. We lost previous 1.5 hours and energy which we could have used to do other rides.

Too simple and doesn't really help with the visitation experience. For example, it doesn't show all the rides unless they are open. So it doesn't help in planning the itinerary. This app is just a digital map that looks nice at best. In 2021, at the time when digitization means everything, this app behind those of other theme park. The park feels outdated, and under whelming. I am really sad that we can't get a better operator on our small island.

Good informative app. Helped in planning the day efficiently with info on timings, wait time etc. Reduced a star because GPS location was stuck once.. May be because I used wifi there.. Not sure though
