So I used it once when I first started now now I have to use it again for a neither dumb training video and I can't log in. Why can't we just use are email address and password to log in? Why when I try and reset my password I need to know my user name? Why do we need to make simple stuff complicated? I guess I won't get to work next week.

Condescending lessons even if you can get it to work. They literally train you like you have brain damage. The app itself barely functions, 5 of my coworkers and I sat around on it for an hour laughing at the dumb vids, and super common sense lessons. I can't think of a single reason why you'd need this, ever.

It freezes all the time and in the middle of a course. I have to close the app and open the course again every 20 minutes. Otherwise it's fine. Just cheesy training but that's expected.

The app logs you out, and then when you try to log back in, your username and password won't work, and it won't let you reset your password! Can't get anyone to help you either. I was able to sign in with my fingerprint. Now it won't let me. Ridiculous.

This app is just horrible. It randomly gets rid of progress I have done. As well doesn't record progress I just did. I just watched the same video 4 times over and it still refused to even acknowledge I watched it.

It's RIDICULOUSLY long and could easily be squished into one lesson. There are two main sections sandwich artistry 1 and 2 in those there's 5-8 sub sections, in those there's 8-12 bits of work in those there's 8-17 steps like long reads, long cringe videos with goofy music and npc poses, quizzes with dumb or joke answers minigames that take forever and have dumb answers that never happen when I go there. They expect so much for an entry level job it's insane I don't recommend they're pretentious

I was trying to get courses done at work and it only let me go through the introductory video which is part one and wont let me get through the rest of it! I'm not sure it's because I'm using my phone or what! Please help, I only have 2 weeks to get this done and its mandatory! Thanks

It barely works, plus the lessons are very condescending, and very cringy. You're trying to use memes to appeal to the young people who work here but it just annoys us. Everyone at my store hated taking these lessons, especially since most of us had worked there for 2-3 years before corporate mandated we do this "training" we don't need.

I'm required to complete training modules, however, I've been stuck for weeks because a video won't load and results in a "fatal error" pop up. The video refers to "love at first bread" and I cannot advance thru the course until I'm able to play the video. Please fix this!!!!

This is a very useful application. I would give a five star review but the app has some faulty lectures(like the bread making one) with bugs like failing to display a "continue button" upon successfully completing a module. The failure to generate the "continue button" prevents me from completing the course. Please fix. Thanks!

I like the app. It has been especialy useful in training new employees in my store ( myself having had no prior management experience ). I have only one gripe which could be due to my own ignorance. I would like to print certain PDFs from the sandwich artist manager course however the print button in the app does nothing. So I tried downloading them to print them from a different app but when I do so I can't locate the file on my phone. Can someone at least tell me where they are saved to?

Useless. Wanted to contact help so I've used mail which was given here in comments-got mail to use help icon or click 'menu' in corner. Problem is nothing like that exist! App is completely empty with only login space so do Web page, what's the point of giving us mail with outdated information. As I said I already did mailed them, and there's no 'help' button on Web page neither on app there's nothing to click.

Lots of bugs on mobile. Tried with a few phones and still had issues with courses not loading graphics correctly. Had to result to systematically pressing around the screen to continue to the next option on more than one occasion.

The videos just go black and I can't see anything in them and it only even plays for a few seconds before the audio (and I suppose the rest of the video I can't tell bc my entire screen is black) cuts off it's really annoying and I can't properly do many of my tasks because of it.

It is a very glitchy app, keeps logging me out, and the pace of the online course is a lot slower than the pace of the training in store. The app mentions food preparation and checking labels when I am already having to make BMTs in that time. I didn't even have to prepare any salad. Please prioritise what we actually need to learn. Also the videos are really cringe. I'm relatively young and the memes are still just bad. The lessons take twice as long because they aren't concise enough.

Not functional. This app keeps cutting off the lectures I need to do to proceed with my job. They only let me complete the videos and then the page goes blank white after it's over. There's no remaining assignments that I can work on when it won't load.

The app is slow and unresponsive. The app never seems to register when I have pressed something on screen. Many times I have shut my phone off because my coworkers needed help with some customers and when I tried to go back to the app...it froze. I had to close the app and reopen it just to resume the training. These are reoccuring problems and I am not the only one who experiences them.

The information and illustrations are good, and the language used is casual and novel enough to keep things from being overly boring, but the video playback in this app is atrocious. I tried watching the videos using both data and wifi, and they would get about 10 seconds in and just stop. Not only would the videos stop, but the app would become unresponsive for a few seconds. I'm sure it would be fine on desktop, but I'm trying to do this from my phone at work so I don't have to do it at home.
