I was so mad when I started making my account and a "free trial" screen popped up. This app is a subscription service.

Best app I've found so far for reducing screen time. I used to spend a lot of time on Reddit and YouTube, but this app has almost completely eliminated my reddit and YouTube usage with it's "walk" barrier where if I want to unlock YouTube or reddit, I have to walk 85 steps. I have yet to. E motivated enough to walk 85 steps to open these apps, which has actually allowed me to go us more on other activities off of my phone. I've already recommended to friends and family.

Pretty awesome app. It adds the right amount of friction to catch impulsive browsing and gives you a moment to reflect, but it's still possible to push through the captcha when you need to look something up or have a legitimate reason to navigate to the blocked app.

This feels like the biggest paywall as it's 60 dollars a year and it is truly not worth that much money a whole year. as other apps normally do 30 to 20 dollars a whole year it's a big whole scandal don't get it.

I am unable to open the app because wherever I open it show me get the premium trial page comes out and I am not able to remove that page. If there is any thing that can fix it, please let me know

You can't try the app without entering your credit card information and applying for the trial. It claims that there is a free plan but there's no way to opt out from the trial and just see how the app works.

I would love it if it was convenient. It's very nice because, unlike other productivity apps, I won't keep turning off the timer if I desperately need to access apps, and then forget to put the block back. However, it only works very inconsistently on my Redmi Note 11 pro so it doesn't really do its job.

really works, man. I keep the little fob downstairs and I'm too lazy to walk down there just to use social media, so I end up saving so much damn time. No more endless scrolling, what a relief.

Constant subscription? In your dreams 🤣. And free version is not significantly more useful than free app "7sec"

it stopped blocking my apps out of the blue after using it for a couple months but a quick uninstall and reinstall fixed that right up so overall a lovely app.

Like the app but it has been broken for a while. Thought the new update would fix the problems but it only introduced more issues. Shame, cause I like the app.

Is there a way to prevent schedules to be disabled after entering the password to use a blocked app?. For example, I want to use an app but I want the schedule to start again automatically after 5 minutes and not have the option to disable it during that time

I have Unpluq and the dongle thingy. The combo works pretty well to keep you from apps that waste time.

The free version is basically useless. Let's you limit 2 apps. Unfortunately the way it behaves around those two apps doesn't make me want to pay for anything. I get that there is a timer but I can't even begin to describe the level of rage that comes over me when I'm in the middle of writing a comment on Facebook and then mid-sentence this app just locks the program. How hard could it be to see that I am in the middle of something and just wait for me to finish to lock up?

Super deep feature set, does everything I need except web browsing, and for that I use LockMeOut In combination I get great blocking for much of the day and am a lot more productive I own 3x of these tags and stick them in various work environments as a backup It's a darn good product

It's unique in that it doesn't block you completely - it just makes you wait and think a second. Devs are really responsive and helpful. Unfortunately there seem to always be some bugs. When they are all fixed it will get 5 stars.

This app totally changed my life. I first downloaded it and I turned it off for a quick YouTube break. I got too lazy and hooked on videos to turn it back on. Fast forward to now, realizing this isn't the life I want. Just mindlessly scrolling through stuff that doesn't matter. My only gripe is that the free version is too limited, only letting you block two apps. Maybe the app could give a strong reminder after like 20 minutes of being turned off for a week straight. Strong 10/10

I've tested an uncountable number of these distraction blocking apps/methods and this app has been the best for me. It has all the features I want, great barriers, and usually just works. The team is super communicative as well and has helped me resolve issues quickly. On average, I save about 3-4 hours a day using this, so definitely worth the premium cost for me.

This app was almost perfect for my use case, which is to block apps. A feature I would like is a "cooldown" when the app is configured to end Full mode after a set amount of time. Once the time expires, it'll prevent you from switching to full mode for a set time. As other people stated, there should be more clarification about the free plan. I also feel that the 2 app limit is too restrictive and should be changed to around 5 apps

I'm rating this app only 3 stars because of three big things. 1. This is not a completely free app, although there is a very limited but free option if you don't want to pay. 2. The app is a little buggy. It doesn't turn on/off when scheduled all the time. It doesn't block an app or doesn't let you in after you bypass the lock sometimes. Also the statistic for how much time is saves isn't accurate either. 3. This app does collect and share your cookies and app usage with 3rd parties.
