It is mostly aswome card, but as I wanted to do a loan 😞 they never ACCEPTED THIS UP CARD 😭😭😭.. GOOD FOR SAVE UP YES BUT NOT GOOD 💯 UNHAPPY WITH IT TO NOT CAN BE ACCEPTED BY ANY OTHER LOAN COMPANES.

Almost perfect.. The only thing I've (really) missed after moving from the big bank app to this app is having running/historical balances on spending and saving accounts (seeing the balance after each transaction). Just makes it a little hard to keep track of savings/spendings

I live this app and way of doing banking. It is so easy, rewarding and definitely different with a twist! Happy hour, free coffee, slice the bills with friends and loads more, how awesome and absolutely entertaining, to say the least!! 😄 I am so happy I gave UP a go, I doubt I will leave anytime soon 😆 Now... where was I in getting help saving for my first Mil? 🤗😁💰

Missing money?? This has happened a few times. I received a refund yet my balance is reflecting an amount LESS than the the refund I received. Where has the money gone?? Very odd that this keeps on happening.

Really love the app and what Up Bank is all about! I keep telling CommBank (my other bank) to watch out, I have now transferred my salary to this bank, and as I can I am refinancing my home loan too. Best customer service ever. Lowest interest rate.

Would have given five stars however I am extremely disappointed that they are now offering a paid subscription based service to access advanced features. The whole appeal of Up is that the app is at the cutting edge and they are constantly adding new features. The introduction of a paid subscription model means that people who do not pay will miss out on cool new features. Not impressed.

love the app, works well, messaging for transfers is cool and easy to use, supports Osko and PayID, lots of useful features, saving pools, recurring transfers, excellent saving account rates, friendly support team

Easy, accessible and quick. It is done at the click of a button. I wish other Banks would be this easy. Try it 4 yourself. 👍

"Hook up a mate" does not function. The swipe to send is straight up broken on Android, I've tried many times over and have uninstalled, reinstalled and even tried on a different phone.

I've been a member with up basically since it started, it's so convenient to be able to use up for my second bank I transfer my pay over every week to up because I have alot of freedom with what I spend on...alot of opertunities to save with up they offer many ways to save, give U interest, they round up on transactions of Ur choice and provide a very secure and basically no cost banking app to utilise, no gimmicks they are part of the Bendigo and Adelaide bank, without the cost or hassle,5 ⭐S

Absolutely amazing app that combines multiple different sub-par apps for me (expense & subscription tracking). I've literally only been using it one day and I moved almost everything over already. Personally I have no issues with them adding a subscription service, because the base experience is just so good. But I'm someone who believes in paying for better products, even if you can get those services free elsewhere. The only thing missing is security key & OTP 2FA. Pls do away with SMS! 😭

The app works well and is easy to use it's never glitched. No problems whatsoever with functions. I like the userface and buttons, they are effective and accurate. Navigating is straight forward and simple! I've been using up banking for around 2 years now, almost 3. I do only use it as a back up option and as an alternative from another major banking institution. I will be creating accounts for my children and make up my only institution very soon. 30 years and I'm prepared to change banks!

Signed up because I got jack of my old bank and/or PayPal screwing me on cross-currency transactions, which was a great choice. HOWEVER, since I signed up they have changed to rejecting Photo Cards as ID, which is nonsensical and hugely discriminatory against people who can't drive. Now my partner can't join, preventing us from moving all our banking over. Deeply disappointing when Up is otherwise superb, but it's One Star from me until they return to treating non-drivers like real people.

The move to a subscription model for core banking features is disappointing. Charging customers to test those features for you is even more distasteful. I can only imagine finances must be looking rough for Up to make this move. Was not thinking I'd be switching away banks any time soon, but the reasons which existed to use Up (comparatively high interest rates ❌, unmatched feature set❓, no fees❓) are now being challenged by this pivot in strategy. Soon, all that will remain is a good theme.

The Up app definitely nails it with its sleek interface! But hey, when it comes to switching to a subscription model for banks, that might not be the smoothest move. 👎

It's new, it's exciting, it offers great incentives, sooooo glad it was recommended to me...so I would definitely pass this fantastic banking app forward.... EDIT.... The best thing I every did was change over to UPBank, they are absolutely fantastic! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and are always happy to help sort out any issues I may be having... They never make you feel like you're an inconvenience.
