Ty for your quick responses great app, gives you 7 day premium free trial and allows you to keep free plan. I'm not a business or I'd use this app w premium features. HIGHLY recommended for their support team assistance and immensely useful app features. I suggest this to anyone that has a small business as they have incredibly useful features. I will keep their free version and see how it goes but my rating stands either way bc of fast CS replies. Only app that doesn't charge when trial ends.

For personal use. I'd like to get the people I work with on board with this! I'd like to see what's being done so that I don't do it twice. My last job with micromanagers who don't ever believe you're doing what you said you are, this is a great app. You can see time started, paused, location. People I work with now hate this app! I like freedom too but I work better with schedul, order and knowing what needs to be done. Love it!

Great app for facilities maintenance management! Great interace! Would love to see a longer free trial. By the time you log all information and begin to get a full experience, the free trial reverts back to a limited version (without all the input information.)

I am the facilities manager for a small non profit and have been using upkeep for over a year. After trying several other apps I found upkeep easy to set up and use. I would recommend this app to anyone that needs an easy way to submit and track maintenance requests/ work orders. And they offer special pricing for 501 3c.

Great system for doing work orders, but there's a free thing i wish it had. Location tracking to track employees on the job needs to be added. Also, if there was a way for customers to create work requests without seeing other properties, that would make it so much better!

Great tool for a small team! We currently use the free tools to help our team manage odd jobs on site, its great for the team to report issuea when they see them. Once a problem has been reported its super easy to create a work order and assign it to individuals or teams who get a message when jobs have been assigned to them. Its really made our team more effective and efficient.

Excellent app with a great support team! You can input your locations, assets, asset spare parts and it tracks inventories and you can include images for each. Tells you when you're low on items and you can set threshold #s on those as you please so very customizable too. Overall very useful for employees and easily trackable for managers.

I work for a smaller municipality in a ski resort town. We manage a town hall, transportation facility, public works facility, a rec center, and multiple other locations. While i am still in the learning phase and still trying UpKeep, so far everything seems promising. I have had coworkers trying out this software and other software as well and the feedback i am receiving is very positive about UpKeep in comparison. Upkeep is very intuitive which easily meets the objective of utilizing it.

It takes so lo g to do anything in this app. Here are the issues with just typing. Randomly skipping to the beginning of the work order. Randomly deleting everything you have typed in. Randomly disconnecting while typing and booting me out when I am connected to a wifi and standing still. Randomly deciding to not add photos until the app is uninstalled and reinstalled. Randomly clearing the signature pad. And trust me when I say "randomly".

Worst maintenance app I've used in six years. Constantly crashes, "something" seems to go wrong on 1 out of every 3 attempts to open or close a work order. properties have been disappearing from my "locations". I spend more time trying to get the app to work than using the app for what it was made for.

App is working well for our company. 2 things I'd like to see done tho 1- the back button doesn't automatically close the app, instead it should go back to what ever screen you were previously on 2- there should be a widget added, a short cut to the camera for quick access, and also another widget for upcoming work due today.

Clunky and not user friendly. Needs an option to upload multiple photos from gallery at once, instead of one at a time. Needs ability to remove photos from tasks in case of accidental upload. Applying filters can reset other filters. User interface is not well laid out or intuitive. If my company didn't use this application, i would never use it. Update: this app has gotten even worse. I want to go back to using a paper filing system, it sucks so much.

The only change I would like to see at this time is the ability to link parts to assets through the app when looking at the part itself.

Effective and clean app when it works correctly. App is simply too expensive to justify regular failures and inability to access our sensitive information saved on it

Not the most user friendly or quick App. I use this app daily for work reports. For me the App is so inflexible and clunky. Only uploading one photo at a time on the phone, a real time consuming effort. In locations with poor signal reports have failed to upload after saving and closing. I always take the picture separately then upload because you can't rely on it to save your pictures. So in the event of this happening I still have the evidence! I would chose I-Auditor over this everytime. 👎

Upkeep has made managing work orders and locating parts so much easier than when we were using spreadsheets. I love this app. I looked at other work order apps like Maintainx and they just didn't have the capabilities I needed to be able to grow with my team.

Unfortunately I have to use this app for my job. It's extremely buggy and almost never works when searching for work orders. I can't filter results or directly search for work orders as it just freezes up every single time and has been doing this for the past 6 months. Sad part is the app worked extremely well 6 months or so ago, now it's absolutely garbage and I'm working on finding something else for my team to use as upkeep is completely unusable for me now. I waste several hours a day on thi

Barely made it past the sign up process.. After entering my info and making my password, I clicked on the "General maintenance / other" option, and was met with "Error, Please use at least Something went wrong.." and no, that's not a typo. It then sent me back to the sign up tab. Apparently it did create my acct, though I never would have known from what happened, I just went on a whim and tried signing in after the error msg and it worked. I may raise the rating if the app is good enough.

I used to have nothing but great things to say about upkeep! However, after waiting weeks for simple glitches to be fixed, and always being blamed for the problem, I have grown tired of their lack of customer service/support. I will not recommend this service any more. Medium sized company (over 100 employees) Using the upkeep system for almost 2 years Paid subscription Reply- I have contacted upkeep but to no avail. This issue still has not been resolved.
