Great product! I don't like to fly anymore because airlines and passengers have drastically changed since covid. I needed to attend a family event from one coast to the other and didn't want to fly. Uplift allowed me to upgrade to 1st class so now I'm going! Thank you so much Uplift!

I made a walmart order using uplift and for whatever reason walmart flagged the transaction as unusual activity so the order was canceled. So I called walmart cleared everything up and they told me to reorder. Then I went to the uplift to check my balance and it wasn't updated so I called uplift and they then told me that the funds won't be available for 30 days. I would be careful using an app like this. This happened today so I'll update my review if uplift gets back to me and fixes everything

The app doesn't work 😕. I continue to receive an error message saying something went wrong. Try again 🙃. I have removed the app and put it back and received the same issues. Thank goodness the online website works, or I would not be able to review my account and payments.

Has most of my favorite stores on it leaving me with a range of shopping choices! Its easy navigating through the app and just nice to have split payments. That way don't need to shell out money all at once - most helpful when I have to make bigger purchases. Definitely recommend! 👍🤩💫

You app doesn't even work, I have an open account and I can't even pay on the app, it keeps saying something went wrong please try again everytime I try to go into the app to make a payment that pops up, and yes I have Uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and still the same thing!!

I have used uplift in the past for several airline purchases. Just recently, I tried using them and was denied. They wouldn't give me a clear understanding of my denial and there denial letter also does not help you determine why you where denied. I have no idea what changed. Mind you, I'm still in the process of paying off 1 loan. So it's not like they can't see my good payment history with them, since it's automatically withdrawn from your account.

Pretty bad when the online website has my information and a current loan with a a payment plan in place. but the app fails and then tells me it can't give me a loan or something. I uninstalled the app. Hopefully this isn't how you run your business to, or I'm in a world of scare. **Edit to your response** because you don't listen. I was approved for a loan from you all. . I have a payment plan in place. I can access the account via a web page.. but the app fails.

It's a great app for opportunity to pay low. However, they back you into a corner with auto pay and tell you that the tech support number is 24/7. Then, when you call the Tech Support number. It is not 24/7 so it's already false. There's a reason why people have the opportunity to make setting changes. I do not understand why you have taken that away from your consumers.

I downloaded the app and created an account. Every time I try to check my purchase power it says "Oops! Something went wrong, please check your information and try again!" I emailed customer support and they were no help. I was advised to apply again at a later time but when I sign into my account from the web version it shows every application and they all say approved. It makes no sense!

DON'T USW UPLIFT FOR HOTELS TWICE I'VE HAD ISSUES GETTING HOTELS THROUGH THEM !!!! I at least gave them 2 stars because when I booked my cruises with them I had no issues ! BUT MY HOTELS IS A DIFFERENT STORY MY LAST TRIP I WAS LITERALLY PUT DAMN $300 BECAUSE OF THEM, THEM OR THE HOTEL REFUNDED ME MY MONEY I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY!!!!! I WILL NO LONGWR BW USING THEM AFTWR I GET THIS STUFF SITUATED IN MY CURRENT TRIP !!!! CANT WAIT TO DELE MY ACCOUNT AND THIS APP !!!!!

I really liked this app. But I'm not able to use it anymore because it keeps wanting to send a text message to my old phone whenever I try to log in but I no longer have access to that phone because it got busted and I had to get a new one. So I'm not able to log into my account.

Awful waste of time! Personal Info theives! They created an account with my personal information, they even linked my bank account. When I try to use the app, it asks me to complete my account but getting my "purchase power" after providing them with the informationore than 5xs I get an error message saying that something went wrong. I get on the support website and it has all of the applications as approved but still won't let me make a purchase or use the service.

I am having major issues with this app. Which is not good seeing as the only way you can do extensions or enable and disable autopay is through it. I have tried several times to Uninstall and reinstall this only to be met with the same error message.

There is NO SUPPORT. Everything is automated and very scarce with options for issues. Had an application re entered and denied because I adjusted the pickup time. It couldn't just update the already approved application. Now I have no application to rent with. No way to access the approved account. No one to talk to. NON EXISTENT SUPPORT.

I was double charged for the cruise that I only have one reservation for. I sent a message to Uplift both from my app and email, but I'm not getting any responses. The response is too slow for the money that they charged me double by error, and I need to have this corrected immediately.

Really like the concept of uplift, I use it to pay for my vacations. But the app won't show you the details of your purchases. Just says error and takes you back to your list of debts.

Used uplift 2 years ago with minimal income and bad credit, got approved for southwest plane tickets. Had a perfect payment history. Should be considered a loyal trustworthy customer now. Download the app, says I have $1000 buying power and approved, try to buy southwest tickets now and they won't approve me. Have good income and good credit now, plus a perfect payment history with them, and can't get approved this time. "Approved" and "buying power" are a total lie. Don't waste your time!

Can't verify me with my personal information which is definitely correct. Seems like it's not a very reliable system if it can't even use my social to verify me. Also if you email them they just send you back an auto response and of course my issue isn't listed. Customer service contacted me but they were also unable to fix the problem. They take personal information and don't provide a service. It's sketchy.
