Your service is very poor, that's why your services can never be close to that of DHL.... The acronym is suppose to mean "United poor service" and not "United parcel service".

I sent my personal belongings from Kharkiv, city that bombed every day. It was all the connects me to my peaceful memories. Ups just lost my 30 kg package and even not trying to find it. Even to excuses. No refund. They simply don't know. It's shame to have such client service like this.

How come pizza delivery guy can deliver to my address and global shipment and logistics service can not? Parcel is in status "address incorrect" and noone tries to contact me, noone answers my emails. This is incredible. Their site is absolute garbage so I went to try their app just to find that it's even worse because I cannot login. My user not found. Shame

The most unreliable service of delivery I ever met! Don't ever use it, if only you can. They didn't bring a parcel to my home address that I indicated for them, though they committed they would deliver it there. They just lied- there was not a car at my address that day. Then in a couple of days they replied to my mail and told me the parcel is at another address READY to be picked up. Imagine what?!... It wasn't there! They are most unprofessional, laid back and negligent. DON'T USE THEM.

Very slow to do anything. Barcode scanning is more miss than hit requiring manual entry. Real world barcodes are faded and creased. It does have possibilities. Maybe use local storage when working with occasional refreshes to base. That may speed it up. Maybe have a frame in the barcode scanning view so the operator knows where to get the barcode and the app has a smaller area to scan. It would be great if we had the ability to extract an address list to make routing up easier too.
