It's a lot better than before the burning garbage it was. It is in no way perfect still however, trying to view call history does not show today's calls or data usage accurately. Subscribing to free bundles appears to occur successfully on the app but does not actually provide any MBs. The app processes things very slowly with the spinning animation lasting ages and often failing and asking to try again. And yet I look forward to it improving still.

What have you done to the app? Previously, it was running smoothly, but due to the recent update, it keeps loading again and again, then suddenly crashes. Moreover, the daily rewards and spin-the-wheel options are missing in the updated version. Please do something to bring at least these two options back:(

After the update, the app started to lag and I can't access it and a loader pops out with "couldn't connect to internet" and always say something went wrong. If you think it isy internet's problem, no it is not because all the apps are working accept UPTCL.

How can I get the previous version, however it was, it has an option of claiming free rewards. At first when I got this new version, there was spin the wheel and daily rewards but now after several days I am not getting any of these options😒. Like was it only for few days. I tried reinstalling the app but still the same. They removed the bar of rewards completely, like were you mocking us 😡😡 Edit; Thank you Ufone for updating the runs and rewards option

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been using the Ufone 4G app for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The app is user-friendly and makes managing my account so much easier. Before the newest update I will use this app which work quite easily but after the newest update 😕😔 its loading time really disappointed everyone i connect my phone with wifi but it still not working even the loading is still counting, so I will request to the UPTCL team to resolve this issue repadly. Morever the new features like daily rewards spin is such a fantastic step I really appreciate it. Thank you!

The overall experience is good 👍 but there are a few minor issues the need to be resolved. The app is a bit slow may be it's because of the refreshing every time you come back to previous or home page. It's really annoying. Plz do something about that. And I would like to give a suggestion too. Plz make the app available without data balance so user could activate packages or top-up the account even without data. What's the point of a self service app if you need to go to the retailer for pkg.

The previous version of the app "My Ufone" functioned offline(mean with out internet package), which was convenient when we had no data and upgraded to a new package. We encountered no issues. However, the current version requires internet connectivity. Please consider enabling offline functionality for this app to ensure seamless usage.

I'm glad to see that in 2024 ufone finally make major improvements in UI the new UI seems to be working much smoothly. But a little bit things should be improved when the internet bundle remaining usage is less than 1 GB, it should automatically display the remaining data in megabytes (MBs). It should also display the expiry date and time of subscribed packages and free data.

Amazing app to monitor the internet stats with interactive user interface. Ptcl is improving but our area have the old dsl technology not even vdsl. It should be taken care of ASAP. That's the reason even the high end speed packages don't give optimal output including the upload speed which merely comes to 20% of the package speed. For example : The 10 mb package delivers only 2mb upload speed.

The new version of app is not very user unfriendly. There is no option to buy Super card for any other number except the number logged in. Also, in order to subscribe, there should be a balance available otherwise not possible. No option to buy through credit/debit card or easy paisa account. This is a big challenge and discomfort. I request if this could be updated and fixed ASAP. Thank you.

I've been using the Ufone app for a while now, and while it has some useful features, there are significant issues that need to be addressed. The most frustrating problem is that the remaining usage data is not showing correctly. This makes it very difficult to keep track of my data usage and plan my usage accordingly. ★★★☆☆

Ufone's network has been a total disaster for the past year! The moment electricity goes out, so does the network. It's unbelievable that a major telecom provider can't figure out how to provide a reliable connection. We've been patient, but it's time for Ufone to step up their game! One year of frequent outages is unacceptable.

Thb guys after this update have changed a lot, It is very easy to operate it now without any kind of lag or error and now you get a free spin every day though which you can win upto 3GB of data for a week, I tried it two times in a row and got 3GB each, except that you can also claim daily data rewards from 25mb to 300mb. Trust me It's worth it and you won't regret downloading it and switching to ufone.

The UI is significantly better than what the previous application had, but the system is still as bad as ever. The app is constantly loading, refreshing, and everytime I have landed on a reward in the 'spin a wheel' section, I have always found the app 'crashed'. Easy to guess what I'll land on once I spin again when the app doesn't want you to win.

I'm shocked and impressed by the latest update of this app! Just a few weeksago, I was ready to delete it due to its constant crashing and buggy performance. It was incredibly frustrating and made me question the developers' ability to deliver a stable product. But, kudos to the team, the new update has addressed a significant number of issues, and the app now runs much smoother! The crashes are minimal, and I can finally use it without pulling my hair out. Version 11.0.4 is crashing (recently updated the application and when I open the app, it crashes after few seconds) I tried installing it again but the problem persists. I am waiting for the fixed update but it's been more than a week. New comment: You think cache wasn't cleared when I uninstalled the app? And installed it again 😒🙄 Anyway, I cleared the cache, still app is crashing. And how can I live chat from app when app is crashing when I open it?? 😒🙄

Although better than the previous version, still needs improvement. You should delete the 'spin a wheel' feature. I don't even spin it and it shows time till next spin whenever I open the app. Also the app is stuck whenever the wheel lands on a reward. Like it's okay if you don't want to give free rewards, it's just that you don't need to show off your 'spin a wheel'.
