Some of the products are not available but get displayed on the site. The probable delivery date is shifted every time the date arrives, some times by upto a month. Even after that the products are not delivered and date is shifted further. While all this time money paid in advance lies with you. If the delivery is getting delayed least you should do is communicate by phone call/ sms/ WhatsApp message.

Delivery was fine but after sales service is very bad. Service personnel will call and a set a schedule but nothing happens after that. No call or messages, no re-scheduling calls if that date not feasible for any reason for many days. Unless you don't reach out, no one in the company care about. Even after so much delays, the standard responses are that we will get back to you in 24 hours making it even further delayed by few more days.

Worst app ever. Worst customer experience. Worst purchase experience. Wosrt everything. Made a purchase on sale 2 months . Queen size bed. Delivery date was give 1 month time period. Made payment and everything. After given delivery date, I waited 10days more . But I have no updates regarding the order, and on November 14, I got a call from some of their person... Saying that due to some UNREASONABLE ISSUES, THEY CAN'T DELIVER MY ORDER. AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CANCEL IT.Such cheap service.

Placed an order on 9 December 2021 & made full payment at the time. Was informed on 21 December that the order had been cancelled & I will get a refund after 5-6 days. If they are not capable of executing orders why do they accept them & take our money in the 1st place? They used it interest free for almost 21 days & also prevented me from going in for some other options leaving me neither here nor there. Think twice before you place an order with them.

I have had one of my worst shopping experience with urban ladder. After 4 months of follow up on a confirmed order, i had to finally cancel the order itself. They have pathetic after sales service. Even after all this the refund of an emi based transaction took another 20 days to reach me and after so many mistakes from their side a coupon was confirmed to me as an apology which till date i haven't received. I am pretty sure they are not here to stay with such bad dealings with their customers.

Absolutely pathetic service. Delivered the wrong product, took a week to cancel the order, been waiting a week for them to pick it up and everyday they call and postpone the pickup. They have not processed my refund because of the pickup not happening, and their team is the one delaying it. I genuinely regret the day I considered purchasing from this app. I downloaded the app again just so I could leave a one star review and warn everyone to stay away from this terribly managed business.

Avoid this company. Used to be good few years ago now has a Reliance mark on it, They were unable to ship some items & no proper return/replacement & payment options. Mostly will receive call asking to cancel some items after few weeks or months. After full payment to them you will be forced to cancel as they will call and say items unable to procure from vendors & if lucky they will return the paid amount in few weeks or months interest free. Enjoy have a good time with Urban Ladder.

Had a terrible experience with urban ladder. All I can say guys do not order more then 1 stuff from Urban Ladder. I ordered 3 item. All 3 of them were faulty. They asked to replace it. The replacement item was also faulty. Have put the request again to replace. You invest like more then 1 lakh of rupees to buy the product, and they least care about the quality of products that they deliver.

I had a bad experience with Urban Ladder. You people don't have cancellation uption in your app. For cancellation we have to send email. I have ordered one product but they automatically cancelled my order without my request. They are doing simple time pass. One product rate suddenly will decrease by 50 percentage but if you order that they will cancel ur order.

DO NOT BUY FROM URBAN LADDER!!! All their products are defective. My order had been replaced thrice and still it was defective. It took an entire month for all this process. They make a seperate delivery and installation so it takes at least a week for a single replacement. And the cancellation is going on for more than 3 weeks. Total waste of time and money

Traditional Reliance Low Quality Brand. Particle Board Almirah that top SUPERBAD QUALITY. After sales is equally worse. Tired for the First Time. It's better to consider Ikea or Local shops, some reliabile after sales.

very bitter experience with the quality of work and timelines - 6 months and project yet to be completed though paid in full in advance... would advise not to get blindly missed by online product display or sweet salestalk into interior designing.

Bought Baltoro engineered queen size bed which had wooden sticker attached on the borders to give a wooden cot look(which we surprisingly came to know when it started peeling off).This wooden sticker is peeling off within few days of installation and they are not ready to provide any solution They just blame it on customer saying that something might have been spilled on sticker so it is peeling off.So now they started imagining things to avoid responsibility.Unethical behavior by Urban Ladder.

Don't order products from them as they deliver faulty products n no replacement or repair. There is no customer service team who can help, only have email and once you send the email you will be hanging there without any reply other than the automatic one!!! Even at the time of installation if something goes bad like the glass corner is broken or something they will ask you to keep it as it's minor fault. Wow!!!!!

App okay. But integrity issues with company. Ordered 2 chairs. Delivered just one. No customer care support, despite several complaints. Only fraudulent promises. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!! They don't deliver ontime and just keep promising future dates.

I am not rating the app but the company urban ladder itself. I placed order for 2 dining swivel chairs worth 18,000 approx. Still not delivered and they say it will take 40 to 50 more days. it's absolutely ridiculous. don't know why the company is in business of they take 75 days to deliver 2 chairs.

Very much unprofessional behaviour. They literally don't give any delivery updates about the products bought. The store keeper doesn't answer the calls. They don't know about the updates of the product themselves. They keep on lingering the product delivery. Customer care service is also really pathetic. They themselves don't have any solution to the customers problems. Pathetic service.

I ordered an office-cum-study table, but it's extremely uncomfortable to use. I have to arch my back just to reach it properly, which is causing discomfort. Despite raising multiple concerns, the customer care team has refused to process an exchange. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Think twice before ordering.

I have been a loyal customer of Urban Ladder before Reliance took over. However, ever since Reliance has taken over this company not only are products substandard plus the extra delivery fee is charged plus no same day installation is available No proper customer care They promise installation will be done in two days but it does not seem to happen. In an earlier order, I had to wait for a very long time as the product was defective.

This is a classic example of why providing a good customer service experience matter more than mediocre quality of products. Worst customer service, had issues with everyone of their products, sometimes assembly parts are missing, sometimes rakes 2 months for an order to be delivered and even then parts are missing rest of the times product itself is not good and customer support is pathetic. Made my worst mistake ever by ordering from here.
