if you think you need this gratuitous ad-ware [cr]app in 2023, you're either limping along on ancient (no longer patched) Android &/OR your USB settings are screwed up. the former can't be fixed, but USB settings can be fixed w/o this [cr]app. ad-ware = spyware + security risk frm mal-vertising hijack...

Only just opened the app and it is asking me to rate it. Can't do anything with it till I rate it. At least it opened, so top marks for that, as other apps I tried did not work. Will need to test further before being able to rate further... Not impressed with being forced into rating app as soon as you start to use it. Should ask you after a month or so to get a genuine feel for the app.

Waste of time. It asks you to rate the app as soon as you open it. Doesn't do what it says it can do. Tells me to connect my phone to PC and open media storage. How can I do that when the PC won't detect my phone? That's the problem you are supposed to solve!

This app Pointed me in the right direction to samsung smart switch after Google results didn't help at all. USB transfers should be easy, Samsung makes them difficult to push their cloud service. Thanks

Didn't do a damn thing. The screens play out a script of what is supposed to happen with an ad every other screen, but it never registered; so it never noticed external drive plugged in. Android 9, Assurance Wireless UMX 693 CL phone.

It worked for me! I was struggling with phone connection to my windows 8.1 pro and now the problem is solved! I have checked on Google before to download the adb driver but the files didn't have an executable file but this app has fixed my issue. Thanks to the app developers!

Unfortunately this app didn't work for me on Samsung J4 core Android version 8, i think the issue is with Samsung as even the adb universal driver didn't resolve the issue and the device is not appearing on the windows 10 PC, mtp option defunct.

I was trying to download from USB drive on to my andriod phone. After downloading this app, I have no idea what it does. Doesn't make any sense. It doesn't seem to do anything. Hope it's not spam. I've no idea why it's talking about Windows operating system. Just looking for a USB driver for my Android phone.

Asking For Credit Card Info Unnecessarily...The app is free yet they want my credit card number to charge me $0.00. It feels scammy to me and I don't know why people insist on making technology asking for so much information when no one really wants to put their credit card info everywhere online. It's nkt necessary and it puts your account at risk. Each app that *requires* any credit card info or any interaction with your account, should come with a warning.

Nothing work. I am sure the issue is fron something installed on my phone and prevent the connection. Alrady test on pc laptop where already connected well. The problem is that in my work they prevent usb to connect to pc. Even if I am charging...something autoinstalled in my phone adter that ... stopped

After I downloaded this app I opened it to be able to start using it. For the permissions a large pop-up box wanting our consent for them to be able to track our cookies. They want to so call improve our experience. Run!!! Big Tech and software makers are getting away with criminal privacy invasion don't let them do this to you.You are giving your permission for them to have access to everything on your phone including your camera and audio recorder and access to all of your personal files. Run!

i cannot go any further into the app, without appeasing the developer's prompting for a rating of the app, before being able to even experience the app or it's compatibility with my devices. so, being that this is a very discouraging scenario, i must give the app a single star, until I can adequately experience the app and it's functionality. a consumer should simply never be asked, let alone forced, to provide a review of any product, before being allotted appropriate usage of said product.

I have a TCL 10 phone. I have tried anything and everything I possibly could to get it to hook up by USB to my Windows 10 computer. It simply will not do it...... I have no idea what else to do...... Really disgusted with this..... If someone can get it to work for me, I will be glad to up my rating. And when I open up the app, I go to the part where it says manufacturer and try to click on the TCL link and it's a dead link on both links to download the drivers.......

Message is for Daz Boomer. It sounds to me like you're using a CHARGE ONLY cable to hookup on PC. Make sure it's a SYNC and charge cable. PC will usually connect without any additional app. This app is helpful for technical issues with PC, but not necessary to connect with PC. Good luck. Peace.

What does this do? I thought this might enable more reliable file transfer, bypassing MTP and utilizing a more native USB implementation. But this just points you to generic drivers. Funny thing is, it tells you to use the MTP connection before you can even install them. I'm confused, but I think I'm in the wrong place for what I want

THANKS FOR CREATING THIS APP. I JUST LUV IT. I'm wondering what the heck happened, I updated my app. but it doesn't want to work. I connect my UBS cord from my phone to my pc, but it doesn't want to open. please fix this problem. I still can't connect my phone, to my PC.. And this all happened when I updated my app. I wanted to uninstall my app from my laptop, to reinstall it again, to see if that would help, but I can't uninstall it to reinstall it again. I may have to download something else. please look into this.

Actually fixed my note 10 bot connecting to Windows properly after trying every app Samsung had to offer "for file transferring". Tried everything on the windows end too, nothing there either. This app does have annoying ads, but at the end of the day it did its job. Dont waste time looking for an alternative app on here without annoying ads (lol an app on the play store without annoying ads in 2020, good luck)
