I'll save you some time... because it really does sound like a good gig. 20min survey for $4 doesn't sound too bad. Not as great as the 20min survey for $10+ but of course you may not qualify to participate in those. So you go to this survey 20mins $4 and that 20mins turns in to 45mins of your time with never ending questions for yep $4 if it ends up getting to you. You could test out the websites, but conveniently your video won't upload and you get no credit for the 20mins of testing.

App is very good but its one thing i don't like When you're making a voice over about a website its kinda hard because you don't know either what to expect My opinion or suggestions is to preview a website before you make an voice over because that would be easier to describe a website you'll have like a text what you'll say on that video

Sketchy. Test uploaded, then rejected for unknown reason, yet they have the data. Untrustworthy. I'd say, Avoid! Stick to professional sites like Usertesting or Playbook (5* reviewer for years now), which are legitimate and actually pay, not just collect tests and then not pay...or mark you rating down for no verifiable or legitimate reason. Probably so they don't have to pay.

Requires 3 GB of space on the ROM in the phone. No matter that I have a huge SD card inserted. The only user testing app with this fatal flaw. Oh, and you'll be lucky to get invited to a test every 3 months if that.

I've done a few tests for these great guys & it's been a lot of fun. It's a great way to earn a few extra bucks (of course, I wish I got them more frequently). They have excellent customer service too. I had a problem with the mobile app, reported it & they got it fixed quickly.

try to do the qualifying app and it did not work for me when I try to redo it it gave me the runaround would really like to try this app you'rei heard good things about it. however it is lacking in the ability to repeat the qualifying process.

Can't even become a tester because it won't accept the URL for my LinkedIn. This makes it very frustrating when I tried several times.

I've completed an improvement test and there isn't any new tests after that. Please give me survey or tests! Waited for almost a year but no test/survey at all. Deleting the app. Wast my time

Tried to upload the second video for the improvement test and it simply froze up on upload. Couldn't get out of it. Had to delete the app after wasting 20 minutes doing the test.

It's not at all opening. I am registered for a new project and its not working. I tried in various mobile platforms. Every where. Same response. The app crashes every single time I click start recording.

I tried to do the initial test and on two occasions it failed after I had spent 20 minutes each session. An error appeared that the video could not be created. I've sent in an email to support but there has been no response for over a week.

The browser in the app doesn't correctly load the site to be reviewed. I exited and restarted the task 4 times and finally I had to Google the site and used the Chrome browser to complete the review. However after completing the review, my video has been stuck on 90% uploading the past 2 hours.

So far I haven't had an issue with taking the tests on my laptop and receiving my pay. My issue is with the phone app. I have an android phone and when ever I receive an email for a test on the app it doesn't show up. It would be great if it could be fixed as soon as possible.

Love the feel of it, the touch/respond rate is perfecto, soft & smooth. 3 stars for login page interface colours. The red black white colours are members of old school. Add some more graphic decors to give an impression of how much time, effort and intellect has been put to it. Yep, try different colors tho 🤭🤔

The app design has not much, only 1 page for "available test" + 1 button to log out. - I would like to be able to see the status of the studies I completed (pending, rejected, paid). I have no way to contact you after my test is done, I can't even give a the reference # of the study. - The app also shall have a "help" button to contact customer service. - I sent an email to the customer service, didn't get any answer. - Only 1 test available in 2 weeks: too few. Is it legit app or what?

This app functioned well when I took an unpaid test. To see a task, you need to scroll upward. I prefer to have a button where I can click on the task to view or hide it. This would help with quicker navigation through the test. I had no problem logging into the app.

At first I did have trouble uploading a video needed to complete test. I'm giving this app 5 ⭐ because customer service was quick to reply, and helped me resolve issues. While I've not been able to qualify for all userfeels screeners I was able to qualify/complete one test. Customer service guided me how to cash out my rewarded payment in userfeels wallet to my PayPal wallet. The transfer went very smoothly and I was paid actually instantly. that's why I'm giving app five stars.
