A recent update truly borked the app. I can't even log into the app anymore and tapping the login button shows a web page start to load but the progress bar can't even reach the 20% mark. I'm glad I can access Informed Delivery form my laptop, but not being able to use the app to check for mail is more than a serious UX issue.

Half the time Click and Ship doesn't work and you get doubled charged and the refund link sends you to India where they tell you they cannot see purchases and won't/Can't refund you. Then you go to the post office and they can't help you either. FIX IT!!!!! It's been this way all year. FIX IT!!!! Then to add on top of it, your last update just yesterday makes it unusable with Microsoft Word, incompatible to print with printer. Had to download a different Word program to get it to connect.

Could use some good updates. An account associated with your online account would be great. I have had a few new phones in the past and seems like everything I download the app on a new device I loose all my prior data. All other features seem to be great. Although I had sent put several signature confirmation return green cards I have not received a digital copy posted at the time of delivery would be great. Although I do pay for the more expensive service and need to go through such a hassel.

I like this app but in the past few months the app keeps locking up I have tried everything to fix it but it locks up every time I click the sign on button and it will not let me sign in. This has happened 3 times in 6 months. It stays like that for weeks at a time. USPS please fix this problem. I don't like not being able to see my mail or packages that I'm getting each day.

Edited review to lower to 1 star. It will stay this way until they decide to fix the problem with logging into the Informed Delivery! Enjoy knowing what I'm expecting to be delivered, but in the last month the app won't let me log in to see what's happening. I still get the emails, but I can't get to the tracking for a subscription package I get each month.

Was working and stopped. I have emailed them, and I got nothing and no answer. Looks like I'll be calling them. Every time clicked on informed delivery, the sign-in wasn't working. Now, when checking it, the website of the app doesn't even load up. If I go to the browser alone, then it works fine. The app has an issue and needs to be fixed!! I will change my rating after it works. Right now, I'm sticking to my ONE STAR!

I like that I am able to see what is coming to my mailbox. My mailbox does not have a lock, so I can see if something is missing. I haven't had any trouble with mail theft, but never say never. I also appreciate the package tracking and delivery alerts. Porch pirating is up this year! USPS mobile app delivers so many other offers, making it so convenient.

Frankly, the app isnt exactly great, but I can answer some questions. Some of what you see, like tracking information, is "sanitized" to make it understandable to the "average" person, as do UPS and FedEx. Oddly, 17track does a better job of tracking for all couriers. App is here. Other things can only be handled at the post office like updating COA's. Resubmitting a new one can go badly wrong. Going to the PO, email via website, then app. Best order. Never...ever...the 800 number. Ever.

It works sometimes, just wish USPS scanning worked better as well as the workers in Michigan and East Coast. It doesn't get updated, very well, as packages move through the system, very slowly. For example, a shipper said my package was picked up, but the app says it's still in pre-shipment, two days later. Also another package was delayed almost a week or more in Michigan.

Its pretty simple app-- pretty cut and dried. Not hard to maneuver around, easy to find what you need whether it be sending OR receiving mail/pkgs. I personally love Informed Delivery. Only problem I have is updting my personal profile info so I can log in. Can't seem to get a response from 2 different "Help" requests I've submitted, so that's a bit frustrating🙁 Otherwise, the USPS mail app is very useful for all your needs.

This is an incredibly convenient and easy-to-navigate app with multi-function options and services within the postal system. I've personally utilized this app for the past 3 plus years and it offers everything you could possibly want or ask for in an app such as this and what it is intended for. To say that it offers conviency would be nothing shy of an understatement. In fact, it is so convenient and efficient that I am still rather surprised and greatful to have this USPS mobile app!

Horrible app! It used to work and now you can't add tracking numbers. When you do it says "Sorry we are having technical difficulties. Try again at a later time." The app is basically a waste of phone space. I Uninstall and reinstall so many times just to have it continuously have the same issues. As a business women I find this app very inconvenient and a waste of time and space.

This used to work well. I primarily use this to quickly schedule pick ups. I would already be signed in and I could duplicate a pick up and just change the packages and weight. Now I have to sign in every time I open the app and manually put in all of the information. It's super annoying and pointless so not even a useful app anymore.

Great app, works and functions nearly perfect. Though, I think adding a tracking number could be easier and sometimes takes a few tries for whatever reason and I think the amount of tracking numbers that can be added should be increased. Maybe include an update for notifications on delivery status. Ex: notification updates on the status of delivery and include a notification just for delivery. Thank you.

When it works it's great. But I keep having an issue where I scan items and it doesn't show up, it tells me it's a duplicate scan yet doesn't show up in the tracking section like it should. When it does that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it and it would work, but I lose all data which is inconvenient. I have had to delete and reinstall the app 3 times and currently the app selects what it wants to scan and store under tracking. I made a help ticked with USPS a few weeks ago.

Next day pickup system has changed and I can no longer sign into my account through the app. I get redirected to a browser, sign in, but I don't get redirected back to the app and it doesn't show I am signed in. I did a fresh install, cleared cache and data. Still nothing. Before you could just duplicate a pickup. Not anymore. My orders vary from day to day. Sometimes I get none. So the recurring pickup feature doesn't help. have to create a new one every time! Please fix it!

I have had to Uninstall and reinstall the app 3 different times just to get the tracking for my packages to show up. Then once I view one packages details, I go back to view another and everything is gone, like the screen is still loading. Try to scan tracking again and am told that it's already been done, but nothing is showing up on the screen. Not worth the headache.

Love being able to track packages in expecting! I'd give it 5 stars if it hadn't developed a glitch that I must enter a tracking # at the opening screen & not my personalized tracking page anymore. So many times I enter the tracking # from my personal tracking page & it can't find it. Then I back out 1 screen, & it finds it fine. Doesn't make sense to me, & that it still hasn't been fixed makes even less sense. But the fact that I CAN track packages & label them so I can continue to follow them

Junk. Tasks aren't even handled in the app itself. For example, clicking informed delivery just opens a browser page. It's that way with everything in the app. Logging in also requires a browser page being opened and many tasks require you to log back in EVERY time you use them, and with no option for biometric/finger print login. Basically, its an app that just links to web pages. Worthless. Can just use a browser and save space on your phone. Please fire your dev team for this dumpster fire.

USPS Mobile provides convenient access to postal services on the go. The app offers useful features such as tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and locating nearby post offices. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. However, occasional glitches and slow loading times can be frustrating. Overall, a valuable tool for managing postal needs, but could benefit from improvements in performance.
