Good bank. I like the free and fast transfer. But I have few things I would like your team to improve on. The Splash screen takes forever to load. Secondly, I don't like your credit or debit alert, it doesn't show if it is credit or debit. Also I don't like the idea of you removing fail transaction from the history on the app. Finally, generating bank statements shouldn't b conditional, I can't generate statement for my joint account. I was told it has to be upto 30 days before I can generate.

Had couple of issues in the past, but right now I can tell you for Free that VFD is first choice. Customer support is top notch, a lot better than their contemporaries. A lot of things I can't put into writing, but don't play. If Nigerian Banks don do you something, Oh my God!!! 😩😅 Overall, i don't regret joining the Family.

Please VFD, the splashscreen takes a lot of time to open, and the loading interface is really slow and uncreative. Also, balance can not be hidden Please look into this and solve this issue. The transfer speed is okay by me Please do well to upgrade your interface. I would love to continue using your app, and I'm sure others will if you improve.

Please look into this after updating your app this evening I can't login into my account the app can not also load, when I try to access the app it will just navigate back to my phone menu in form of minimizing. I'm using redmi 12C android phone

I use this bank however at times they take over 72hrs to deliver a single transfer especially wallet funding transfers. Very poor from this bank. Several complaints but no improvement. Update: it gets worse.

It's a cool app but for some reason I keep getting the an error occured when I'm trying to update my display picture. Fix that and I'll give you a 5 star rating.

The app is amazing but can I suggest making your Airtime a little cheaper, it basically the same as opay and Palmpay, some are a little bit more expensive. But otherwise the app is amazing. 👍

Very bad lately, 1. Stop asking for feedback every time and stop forcing me, there should be a later or x button 2. App is slow, even with good network 3. List of banks will not display, I have to exit and login several 4. Just generally bad ux for me

I would have given 4 to 5 stars but lately the vfd app have been terrible, having so many issues in making transfers. Lately I updated the app to the latest update released on playstore but find out that the vfd app shuts down once I click on it to make use of the app. Please fix this issue. I am using a Vivo Y03 smart phone...

The bank is good, but as I continued using the bank, when someone sends me money I receive the exact money and all of a sudden they have deducted me with no trace, they continue like that for a long time. That is not a right way to treat customer, by stealing their money but by bit with no trace. You need to look into the matter or someday have to settle in court..

After the latest update, the app now takes a whole lot of time to display account balance and picture profile etc. It just keeps loading. I can ignore and go straight to transfer and do my transctions but before this update it wasn't so. Please fix this because it's quite frustrating to say the least.

I had stopped using the app since 2023 because the interface was terrible and always showing error messages. Now you have changed the outer appearance but the interactive interface remained the same? Why? Still the same error messages. I hope this is a work in progress. I was excited when I saw the outer look, only to meet the same thing inside. Fix up, pls. I know you are capable ✅✅

Took me 4 days to finally open an account. The app will kick u out while on the pin confirmation page while signing up bcos there is a bug preventing the keyboard from showing up. Have to restart d proces after 24hrs. I had to attach a physical keyboard for a workaround. *Low acct limit on all tiers. *Unable to upload Int'l passport to upgrade. *Profile pic always display in random orientation. UPDATE: YOU REALLY DON'T NEED MY ACCOUNT INFO TO FIX ALL THESE ISSUES. FIX YOUR APP.
