bought 6 of these to set up, wasn't the easiest. The cameras seem to be stuck on intense zoom as there is no adjustment to the magnification and it's frustrating to fine tune them. No matter how far I set them up the image is always zoomed in.......... Absolutely frustrating to set up, software and app does not offer much to offer in the settings menu........waste of my time and money!

App has three major issues 1. No way to delete alarm "thumbnails". 2. Even though the correct time zone is set up and the time/date stamps displayed on the videos are correct, the time stamps on the video files on the SD card are wrong. They are off by like 5 hours. 3. When using loop mode, the last video segment is always corrupt even if you do a proper shutdown of the camera.

Camera works alright... The model I have has 2 infrared lights on it but they are so overpowering that if there is anything even close to the camera it washes out the image. Newest version of the app however has added full screen unskippable ads on launch and this is completely unacceptable for a program like this. Remove the ads. No one can use your app without buying a product.

I like the video quality and the playback quality is good just a little slow to load. My biggest issue is the time zone is way off and when I reset the time it just goes back to the wrong time. The device should not have to rely on the internet to set the time that's a defect that needs to be improved. The device still automatically changes back to the wrong time after manually setting it.

Cannot get the video feed after i renewed my account. Everything is online ready to go but when i go to see it....it just keeps saying connecting....money not well spent. My loss...first 2 weeks were great though. Night vision didnt work at first at all. Then it did. Then it said i never purchased storage. Now its all renewed, did everything , says its connected....but no feed.

Worked Great for a couple of month's, but it got slower over time. It shows today that its online and trying to connect, but never connects. Have reset all cameras, still no video. Have 6 of them on different routers, android and iphones, still not connecting. Sometimes when programmers fixes one bug, they create 5 more bugs. It was not as bad before the last fix it seems. Any other apps that can work on these camera's?

Absolute garbage. It took me over a week to get it to connect to the WiFi without timing out. 4 days later & I still can't view the feed or anything else. Despite the fact it says "internet online" on the screen, it says connection failure & tells me to check the network/refresh. However, 99% of the time it won't even let me open the settings to check bc it gives me the same failure msg. When it does open, it shows the network IS connected but still won't work so I have no way to use the camera!

Camera wouldn't connect to my wifi despite numerous attempts. I decided to create an account in hopes that it would allow me to connect it. Now before it attempts to connect, it asks for device name or password. You can enter whatever you want, but pressing confirm only resets the prompt. That's it, the entire setup is dead in the water. I'll be returning this camera and deleting this app.

Works great on my tablet, but not so great on my S9+. It just sits with the spinning circle on a black screen and no live video. I will say that I was able to get live video from the other versions of this app, V380 and V380S, without any issues so I'm hoping it's something very simple to resolve. I submitted a bug report and now we wait to see.

Doesn't work with Google Assistant, not even through ittf(unless I'm just not finding it) and I can't change the camera angle so that it's not all lopsided. But it serves its purpose, resolution is good enough to see who's doing what, they want more money to use cloud storage, but that's okay, it's really not that expensive. Custom alarms, microphone (although it is muted by app by default), speaker(but microphone in app doesn't always work properly), and able to view from anywhere. I recommend

Garbage. Throwing these away. The cameras were great. Now, terrible. They restart all the time to update and flash, blink, and yell when they do. Please stop logging users out constantly! If I want to log out then I will do it. Otherwise keep me logged in. Also, please add a feature to select IR mode on, off, or auto. I have a dozen of these and they constantly keep switching between IR on / off all day despite a high amount of sunlight, regardless of the light sensitivity selection.

The app is better than the non pro version, that's for sure, a lot of options from previous version just changed place in the UI, all options and more (finally can turn off that stupid voice) are there and connection went flawless. My only problem with the app is the permissions, phone access is NOT necessary for push notifications, I have lots of apps with push notifications and alarms and none of them require phone access. Please remove this requirement and will give 5 stars.

So far the app can't find the wi-fi device & there is no QR code on the device to scan, nor an 8 digit device ID that I can find to enter to add the device. This is a Charge X spy camera adapter from alltrends. I did not even want to use the remote viewing option, because I don't want it connected to wi-fi. But it seems you have to use this app to set it up.

Edit from January to September. Still the worst camera app I've ever used. The camera is still mediocre doesn't connect half the time, the app doesn't load half the time or constantly tells you to log in a bunch. And the files corrupted my memory card it's not usually have to reformat tried with multiple cards. Overall I wish I wouldn't have went with this. Should've bit the bullet and got a better camera. Edit: 1 year later and it's even worse now, keeps resetting when I look at the replay

Not a very good app. I can't sign in my account. Keep changing password still can't. Un-installed the app reinstalled still won't work. Not sure what there wanting on log in page. The first line I can't even read it all. It shows on first line it says enter your and there's a letter a with 3 dots. So not sure what you have to do to sign in. And camera will not connect to my wifi. Probably going to send it back. No use to me right now

Ok picture for the job it is supposed to do. However no night vision as it was advertised. The battery won't last 8 hours even at just motion recording. The app is a little clunky and takes some time to figure it out. After a few days of having the app... Surprise! Adds everywhere! What is this? I know it's not a premium camera but at least have the decency of providing the costumers who purchased your product a clean add free experience!

Absolute garbage. This app is apparently for entertainment purposes only. Don't get this camera for security purposes or if you need to pull it up urgently. When you try to playback footage, it tells you that there was no recordings that day, when it's been sending notifications for alarms. I'm getting rid of it. It's going to end up causing a big problem one day because of failure. Just more Chinese sabotage.
