I am very impressed with Vacasa's communication. They sent timely emails to inform me of my upcoming trip and what to expect. They checked on the condition of the unit once we checked in. I received a phone call asking how things were going and offering help if needed. Email reminding me of check out procedures. Very reassuring that they had my back. I also like the chance for a private review to let them know of minor concerns . Smart. Next Vacasa vacation in two months. Thanks!

Horrible experience with the app features not working (call, contact email, etc) & how everything was handled. I paid over $3000 for a 4 night vacation. Wifi didn't work (no TV, too), we desperately needed it to work. Couldn't get anyone to help for the most part. No hot water for 2 days (ski vacation) & spend more time on the phone to navigate through that nightmare. Never got an answer through email, and I received a $200 check( insult for a ruined vacation) after numerous phone calls. 🤮

Vacasa showed us one room with specific amenities then after a non-refundable payment they changed the reservation to a lesser accommodation without the amenities we paid for. Help features in app get you canned responses from people who don't care or can't help. The app is glitchy. Closes as soon as you open it. Ok for browsing trips but otherwise totally useless app for using ON a trip or preparing for a trip. I don't believe they are honest with anything -even what their app is doing. Delete

I highly recommend easy to use app. Beautiful & safe luxurious stays every time! Bravo I only wish they expand more Geographically.

Be very very very careful and read every single bit of info. They will screw you over with $1000s in fines and fees.

place had everything you need for, well located, but here are some of the things that we obeserved: the beds need new spring boxes, we felt like water beds, i had the worst backache, the noice coming from upstairs was so bad, you can literally hear every steps and at 1 point we felt that the people above us were gonna fall through the ceiling. The building is pretty runned down, need more TLC , the carpet in the hallway is bad. lights in hallway stay always on, and shine in the bedroom

Was a great vacation rental for me and my family. The amenities in the community were great, and the shopping and food around the area were close, which was a plus for us. We will be back for sure.

very nice place nice an easy walk to the beach an food an drink. pools are nice. The indoor pool is heated, which is nice if it rains. We still have somewhere to take the kids

I'm a first time user. Great customer service and response. I booked another vacation a few days later. It's so easy. They respond immediately if there are any questions and have a kind and friendly staff

This Condo is breathtakingly beautiful. I overlooks Hanalei Bay and has a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset. The decor is beautiful. Also it is right next to the 1 Hotel, so if location is everything, this place is the*One"!!(

Absolutely terrible app. Made me sign up for an account despite being booked via Airbnb. Then the confirmation numbers don't match. Then it says it can't find my reservation with any of the numbers provided, even though I used my own last name, then "User" then "Airbnb" and a few others that I thought might work. Nothing. Don't waste your time with this sh!&$+/* app. Not the good way to start a vacation.

Very frustrated. Our vacation was canceled last yr due to CoVid. We were given an extension, which is great. But, I've emailed to inquire about my credit not showing and I have yet to hear back. I try logging into the app. and it crashes and closes. Kinda need some help. Not wanting to lose $1100 because of no communication. Will consider changing comment and rating once I speak to someone!!

Terrible app. Always crashes. constantly logs me off (even sometimes when I just leave the app to Google something and reopen it). filters do not work (i.e. filtering by prices does not work 99.99% of the time). overall a much poorer UX compared to other vacation booking apps. On top of that too, I have been unimpressed with Vacasa's selection and service when we have stayed.

Ease of the app makes check in/check out easy. However, when trying to search for specific dates, the app does not save them. I put in the requested date, a property comes up and it is actually not available for those dates. Not very helpful for shopping by date range. It doesn't make sense that I put the date range in but it still will show properties that aren't available.
