I can't restore my account. The app will either crash or the option to restore doesn't highlight! Support isn't any help either because all they say is use your account key. I tried to get in my account on a different phone and I can't even get past the 'enter your name' part before it crashes.

So far so good, purchasing is simple, transferring from wallet to wallet is easy. But I'm still having issues knowing exactly what my key is, because if you transfer from an exchange wallet to Valora it was my account number I had to use. But my phone number is also tied to the wallet so I'm curious if that's just phone number to phone number, or can my phone number work as an address. Working to clarify this a bit more in the app would equal 5 stars. Other than that, brilliant job.

The confirmation process takes ages and i couldn't manually enter the numbers since the app did it for me. I ended up staring at 2 of the 3 codes with rotating loading icons for ages just for it to not work and have me restart the process. Not even going to bother with the app if the simple process of confirmation is unreasonably long.

Nice clean app. One major issue however is that it doesn't recognise BST in the UK and thinks that the clock is wrong. As such I cannot use the app at all. Devs - can you please try to fix this? UPDATE: emailed a bug report to the devs, issue I was having now fixed. Fantastic response from the dev team keeping me updated and informed. Excellent work!

As someone who's new to crytpo, and only invests a little every now and then, I really like this app. It's user interface isn't the most intuitive, and it's cashout options seem a little convoluted. But for me, it is an easy way to transfer money between my friends and family - even if they don't have a crytpo wallet yet. I'm in favour of decentralised digital currency, and so it's also a nice way to spread it to others who may be too nervous to make the first step.

It's a good app but I have to reinstall it regularly because it stops working well after a while. Please work on it, it's very tiring. I have edited my review because I have realized that the problem was not from valora but my phone whose android version was 8. I changed my phone, and the new phone android version is 11, valora works perfectly. Thanks.

Excellent app wallet! I use it to save up holiday spending money for the Philippines. Just hope many vendors accept cUSD and CELO eventually when able to get there. Very easy to use along with mega fast transactions whether it's sending, receiving or simply buying any of the two currencies from the platform. Interest payouts are great too, on time and I think you get it on both balances too without having to stake them anywhere.

Can connect to a lot if Dapps, but when you need to sign Valora has not been hearing the call. Has been like this for weeks. Before that it was mostly great, and the ability to earn 12 percent on a g of USD/EUR is great (assuming you are able to sign to move it!) UPDATE: After uninstalling and reinstalling, it is again signing like a champ ;)

I couldn't even get pass set up. I have several crypto wallets and this is the first time I've been stumped at the beginning. After validating a 6 number pin I went on to attempt to validate my phone number thru the text message procedure. Each attempt was a failure because they need to send you 3 separate text messages to confirm different pins and the app kept autofilling the first and third value but then asked for the third value in the second field. I couldn't take it seriously after that

Took a sec to figure out how to cash out, it's not the cash out button. You need everything in CELO, not cUSD, and then you can withdraw that to an exchange like Coinbase Pro from the CELO menu. It wasn't difficult but it's annoying the cash out button takes me to an exchange that doesn't even deal with the US and cUSD is basically useless since almost nobody takes it. Overall the experience with the app wasn't bad, it just isn't very useful for me.

It's an ok, if not unique, idea. However the very limited cash out options make it less user friendly than it needs to be. I can't comfortably send funds to someone not already in the crypto space. In which case, other crypto and erc-20 tokes are better positioned for this use case. I'll revisit this review when/if it changes. Edit: Thanks for the response. I understand how it works. I just think it's not yet at the point where it's a better proposition than what's available.

1. Transactions are not going through from the past 4 days - the wallet has an issue estimating the gas fee and there is no way to manually set the gas fee. Tried the same wallet in Metamask, it's working fine 2. Not able to view the recovery phrase

Good looking but that's about where the good ends. Painfully slow and glitchy. Literally THE FIRST TIME opening it crashed. Then, during the verification code process where you need to enter 3 separate codes from text, it would hang for 3-4 minutes. After that issue, I needed to go back and resend the codes for the last two. This I had to repeat 6 TIMES! When I finally got past that part I was basically done with it. I don't know how I'm expected to trust an app like this at all...

Haven't had an issue using it on the odd occasion. Like most crypto wallets and apps, you need to be paying attention to what's happening with the specific coin. Changes are made that you may not notice with infrequent use. This example is I stopped earning interest as my balance wasn't high enough. I only found out when i logged in and checked why.

This must be the easiest, most hassle free way of entering the world of Crypto. So simple to use you can quite literally stash your currency and forget all about it so long as you check in each week to claim your rewards. Great for all levels of experience although I would recommend it most for anyone who wants to save mid - long term and get a much better return than TradFi, without having to learn all the minutiae of Crypto & DeFi. Its beauty is its simplicity.

Had it working for almost a year. About 5 days ago it started acting like the app hasnt ever been connected before on my Samsung Galaxy S10E. It wants me to do everything over again and I can't get my old account back. Update- after another update the problem was resolved. I haven't had any problems since. Although there was a period of many months that I couldn't access it, since it has been fixed I will change my rating up two stars to four now.

The app is currently a little laggy, but this seems like a very straight forward way to transact on a blockchain. Very fast transaction speeds. Update: Definitely not as laggy as before and it's nice to see some sort of cash out options. I sent money to a friend overseas just to see the settlement time. We both agreed it took roughly 3 seconds to complete.
