This app does what it needs to do on its base level. However when it come to communicating with our shop and other company computers hands down Qualcomm is a better product. Our company has had Peoplenet for going on 2 years and still we can not do our pre and post trip reports on this platform we are back to using paper the trucks we have that still have Qualcomm their pre/post communicates with the shop just fine. It also can not handle hot or cold at all and we are in MD not Alaska.

Very simple and effective what more do you need. The only problem i have is that if you forget to select a category and go back to add it anything you've already captured is erased and has to be recaptured.

Drivers perspective Worst app ever imagined. Constantly freezing, have to upload multiple times. If you need your drivers out in a timely manner. Find something else. Their web page even lies about who is using it. I highly revommend not using vector.

Need to be able to store info that never changes, driver ID, Truck number, home domicile. Update 4/23... Still entering info that never changes.. Not a fan.. No option to delete old info. Even my pilot app stores info so i dont enter it everyday. Think ill go back to walking inside... Updatr 7/01 - had to take away another star, This app is complete garbage now, pics that are clear as day are not good enough I have to put them in manually. Still cant save info that doesnt change.

The app works well for our job but, the only issue is how can you delete files no longer needed. I've tried without success and it's taking up storage space on my phone. Can someone help with this issue. Thanks

There is no routing. No indication of paid miles. When I get trailers assigned for hook up, I'd like to know where they can be located on a large lot. An address and a small map don't show truck routes. Please fix these things. Thank you.

No Star this app is confusing and the driver is held at the mercy of the dispatcher at every interaction. Arrival must wait for a response, new trip have to wait for a response, depart must wait for a response. And then it goes to your email with no notice. Waiting and waiting. Very poor performance. And then I have to use my personal device for company, corporate business ! No star, this is one more way to hold drivers hostage and slow us from rolling.

New user for FXG. Giving 4 ☆ as of now for still being unsure about the app. A note for devs: look at the dev of this from a "For dummies" standpoint. It needs ease of use. App needs a built in barcode scanner. It took searching online to find out how to check in with a scanner. But I shouldn't have to go from this app, to another to be brought back here. The app should access my camera and flash for low light. I will edit after use with FXG.

I am so tired of this app not working. I wish we would just get rid of it!! It fails to upload on dispatcher side, but shows on my side as delivered. A big waste of time, wasting time waiting for dispatcher to tell me everything's good!! 2-8-22 down again!

Just bad experience all round but in right direction. At least Fedex is coming in to 2018 finally unfortunately it's 2021. This app is just a horror show of an office person trying to tell an actual field employee what they should do. Camera controls are atrocious, does not upload around 40% of the time, way to few actual locations use it and it freezes more than chicago in the winter.

I love it! When my company first launched this I was just relieved that they finally found an option that helped us get dispatched without paperwork and face to face dispatch. I like the people I work with, don't get me wrong. This had cut my turn around time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes, eliminated potential Covid exposure, and has kept me safe throughout the pandemic. I wish we had this available to me sooner. I have a wish list for the developers, but excited about the results this far!

My earlier review was sparked by a completely inadequate introduction from the fleet. No pointing to the quick start page or the videos (I prefer the pdf, but that's me), just "download the app and start using it." The Vector crew is doing a stellar job trying to make it work for the drivers. Once the hitches are out, I think this will be a good thing: persistent truck, driver and domicile numbers would be nice Hats off to Brian for the response to the earlier review.

Yes we have intermittent issues even with the web site access itself, however Brian is always on top of it and great at communicating issues / fixing them. I use this app throughout more than half my work day and overall going with paperless billing/BOLS has been a God send great idea. My biggest issue is the upload time it takes for digital deliveries to load from indexed to publish tab being click able or to published. Overall so far so good.

When I check in, FedEx linehaul puts me in standby and constantly forgets I'm waiting. Does your app put you in a computer Oort cloud or in the land of the misfit drivers when your in standby? When new drivers check in, are you scrolled off the screen and forgotten? Dispatch shift changes causes the same issue. There should be a list on the dispatcher screens when drivers are waiting for a long time. Apparently there isn't because I have to constantly remind them I'm there.

It would be nice if the system could share when you sent out your checkin time and not allow that to change. I notice it changes sometimes the time is replaced by the day. Need to keep the time and date on it to be able to prove when checking in and out times were put in. Thank u. Also I don't see a section for times for the runs to leave out or for mileage section listed. It would be An improvement if it could show it.

App works. But has delay issues when/if dispatch sends info. You are also at the mercy of dispatch actually using it. 99 percent of the time, we have to go into dispatch because they don't want to use it. From what I hear from dispatch, they hate using it. When everyone uses it, it works well for the most part.

Like other, Lauren called me to try to help me get my app working correct. While she was unsuccessful being able to fix my main issue, she did let me know that it seems to be an issue on my company server, not vector. She was able to clear pending trips and trips I personally never completed, but as the main issue is company side, she wasn't able to remedy that. That being said, she went above and beyond in deep diving and working behind the scenes. Thanks Lauren!

Absolute Garbage App. Clunky design doesn't work half the time, honestly it's never worked properly for me or others I know who are forced to use it. If your a Driver forced to use this App be warned it will frustrate you and waste precious time, The past 2 times I've used it has cost me an extra 45min per trip due to it's inability to inform the facilities that I've arrived. As a driver I can say from experience it is also a App. designed to distract you from the job at hand. Very Frustrating
