Definitely rigged after a couple spins on any blackjack, roulette table and all slot machines after a certain amount of spins. The first few spins are great but ultimately ends up in a loss for you in the long run. Would be great if people that actually bought money for the game would gain an advantage compared to others that didn't spend any money, Otherwise there's no point in playing in my opinion.

I'll start by saying that I love the VR game. But..................... When I try to purchase chips using the mobile app, it's 50/50 as to whether I recieve them or not. When I'm going through the transaction, I switch apps to authorise the payment on banking app, I decided to take advantage of the 2x chis offer and yet again, the Pokerstars app decided to restart and I don't recieve my item. Google refusing to refund. I'm £100 out of pocket because the app doesn't like to be run in the ba

most addictive game can't stop playing can easily switch from quest to mobile for on the go play.. so much more than just a poker game it's a social experience. 10/10 would recommend

Constantly locks up. Can barely get past the Signing In screen. When it does, it locks up during the permission screen for recording audio. Samsung S23FE

i love all the friends ive made on the ps app, i love poker and i love that i now have an app for when im away from my Playstation. great job on the cross play it was getting a lil dry with just ps5 players and the wait times.

The game is very addicting, but free spins should be every 2 hours in regions where purchases are not allowed. Additionally, it is noted that they listen to the chats but racist remarks and pedophile predators are allowed to say horrible things. It's hard to when on slots, worse than real casinos.

I'm retracting my once 5 star review. The rake on this game is insane. We 7 of us played 100k buy in for about an hour and a half. At the end the game took 296k in chips for a rake. Now a rake wouldn't be all that bad if there was bad beat jack pots, or aces cracked. But you get absolutely nothing but a fee spin that you maybe, just maybe get 10k from. I personally think they need to lessen the rake, or raise the spin for those of us who player higher stakes, or add in jackpots or aces cracked.

when u first start this ap, you can get going quite quickly. I came on in October/November and quite quickly made my 1st million. three weeks ago I managed to get to 3 mill.and have hardly won anything since, Infact it's taken almost every penny I made back! the payouts are completely against me and I'm now down to 290k! I refuse to buy fake chips, which is what I feel they're trying to get u to do.the packs are awful,the apparel and props are just useless!sort the algorithm out ffs!

I've just tried to install the update of 27th Jan for mobile phone. Downloads 100% then nothing. I've had to uninstall. I hope to god I have not lost my 1 million chips. Also it takes an age to login. On occasions after joining a table and being dealt cards, they become invisible. Sort out the glitches! Update - new version for 30/01. What a surprise downloaded then nothing. Had to uninstall again. What the hell is going on. The list goes on. Tried the daily spin for chips and nothing happened.

past few days it's not been letting me play, collect free chips, options to select are there but I try and select anything and nothing happen. love the game though. I've tried playing on two different devices I have and can't play from either device so it's kind of irritating.

played it on VR can't even play the damn game without getting booted off every minute.you guys are being lazy with the coding and need to learn how to code a game maybe go-to back to school and learn to code because if you don't this game will die out and you will lose all your hard work fix this bug asap or lose the game

the mobile version looks so cumbersome to use, through the oculus (meta) it is heaps fun, the props make it fun to play poker when someone plays like a fossils on their turns. though the wait time is pretty short. at the moment there are lot of amateurs so games against others is pretty easy most times. The VR version is so much better then the PC version, might okay for slots though?

Hate it. I played PS Play on my phone but they discontinued it and forced us to migrate to Infinite. I loved the simple, easy to see and navigate interface of Play, but Infinite is the opposite of that. Bloated with BS I don't want to play and camera views suck on poker. I can barely see the cards and if I zoom I can't see the other players. It's hard to follow the action and it runs slow on my brand new 8GB memory phone. Play was perfect, Infinite is 1.6GB of TRASH. I'm uninstalling. Zero Stars

There are way too many bugs and glitches. It literally steals your chips, issues signing on, too many kids out of control, racism is through the roof. Now, the game itself is a lot of fun and can easily make the time fly by. The chips need to be way cheaper. The privacy bubble doesn't work at all, and it never did. It would be nice if someone came to u and the bubble bounces them off before they can reach you. If they are seated within seconds, it should take you out of that table space. Thanks!

Recently discovered this app on mobile. Had heard of the concept of VR casinos, Glad I finally made it to Vegas Infinite. I do keep encountering glitches, the one I am most concerned about crashes app, usually happens within the first hands(app will auto minimize.)Which being on mobile crashes the game😓. Please fix the mobile app bugs with next update, it runs smooth for the most part, irritating crashed out on my KK postflop shove call from the BTN last night. ↖️Recieved 25K in chips 👍✉️

It looks like it has real possibilities, but. Couldn't navigate , no instructions on how to get around. Don't know how but actually got on a slot machine, spun for about 50 times, didn't win once, and couldn't leave the slot machine because I didn't know how. Clicked on every icon, nothing . If you're going to be unique,( which is cool) explain the game . Thank you!!

Cool game, I like that I can play on PC or my phone for when I'm on the go. I also like the ability to chat when I feel like or be quiet if I feel like it. Great graphics, fun props, cool apparel and different themed tables keep it interesting. There's also multiple games from Texas hold 'em to roulette to keep you from getting bored. Well made, I'd recommend. I was having some technical issues but after deleting the game and reinstalling it, it's been fine. Two thumbs up.
