The jobs come in but the app freezes my phone. In the middle of a job it closes or overheats and shuts down. I get a lot of rescue calls. That means people can't finish their route. They have great routes if your app doesn't kill your phone. Some of the areas they send you are drop zones as well, I have t-mobile and in the middle of some of their areas my phone gets no internet which means you have to drive around until it pops back up and can't upload that run.

The app doesn't pass data correctly to Waze or MapQuest. It passes data to Google Maps but is generally interpreted as a neighborhood addr due to Maps not being "online". Occasionally, about 30% of the time, in route to the neighborhood, I go back and request the map again and it takes me to the correct address. // I find it easier to stage boxes & feed next two addr's in Waze. It adds a fraction of time to the run but is better than the frustration of missing the stop and searching.

It's clear to me that the app has a lot of glitches that need to be worked out. I've had to go back to deliveries after delivering a few other routes. Sometime, it would have me leave an area to go to another only to come back to the area previously delivered in. It kills the drivers time. I've only done 2 batches, but I've had the worst time trying to deliver.

Not bad for a little extra money. The app freezes or crashes sometimes, often in the middle of a route. The routes aren't always laid out efficiently. Often times you'll have two deliveries next to each other but unless you're familiar with the areas you're delivering to, you won't realize that until you've driven across town only to come back to the area you just left.

In app route selection. I don't experience many crashes (unless I'm out of service area, but that's to be expected). I did realize that I have to scroll or that some features weren't accessible when I changed my font to a larger size, but if I scale it back to normal size, all the features are still a available. It takes me right to where I need to go, there's a manual scanning option for those hard to scan packages. It gets better with every update!

Horrible app. Not only does it drain battery at an exponential rate (even on my S22 Ultra), it lacks notifications COMPLETELY, unless you're checking in or missing your check-in. App freezes up all the time, constantly have to shut down and restart. Support is almost non-existent. Seriously though, no notifications when you get a message from support. Most new developments have special instructions that support has, but you'll never know unless you're constantly checking the support chat.

The main issue i have with the app is the open in maps button doesn't seem to work right. It will take me to an address range, usually not even near the actual delivery address. So you have to cancel the navigation and manually enter the correct address. I would say that adds a total of 30 min to 45 min extra time i have to spend on the route. Also if i want to use waze it will open the Waze app but then no navigation. To sum up you can't trust the open in maps button to get you there.

The old App showed the delivery area, and the number of stops. The "new and improved" app, (NOT), doesn't show any of that information. not being able to see the delivery area, or the number of stops, makes it very challenging to pick a route. Go back to the old system. It was a lot better, for the delivery driver, and for the customer, from a delivery drivers point of view!

The app crashes constantly. When you try to check in it won't refresh the screen, you have to kill the app and open it back again to see the changes made. Same thing goes with everything through your delivery. Many time when you scan the barcode it kicks you out and you have to open the app again. Whenever you are in a remote area in which there's hardly any signal, it won't scan the bar code nor it won't process the order, you have to get a hold of customer service to get it processed.

Not seeing routes at all for the past 3 nights. I even open the app a couple of minutes prior to nightly posting. Maybe there should be some sort of message board that shows you the routes that were posted with status of that route because right now it seems like there were no routes posted at all and there isn't a way of verifying it. Besides that, routes are usually solid and worth the time and effort (at least in my area). Great way to make extra money!

This app constantly freezes up and won't allow me to submit photo confirmations for at least two deliveries even though the items were delivered. I made several attempts to refresh it before ending up having to close out the app and start over. Once I got back to the app, I found out that two attempts to submit confirmation photos somehow didn't go through. I don't see where Veho has any support people in place to help me with it.

It has some bugs and emailing Driver Support is no help! They just reply with copy/paste answers and don't actually try to help. Problems I am having: 1. I am not recieving any push notifications. If route launches are delayed, I dont get a message. When delayed routes are to be published, I don't get a message. When extra routes are available, I don't get a message. Please fix this! 2. When I am using the in-app messaging for route support, the app crashes every single time they reply.

The check in issue has been fixed. Also, we can zoom in when taking pictures! The problems that remain are minor but still notable: -After checking in, the app opens your camera to start scanning your packages. Not useful when I have yet to enter the warehouse. -Scanning packages require me to restart the app in order to start the route. -Sometimes when in the 'confirm delivery' it brings me back to the map screen. If I don't restart at this point, it won't let me confirm the delivery.

this app need some serious work. This app drains battery life crazy fast. Even my phone recommended to be the app into deep sleep. All the issues with the app create difficulties during deliveries, selecting routes in the evenings and not mention trying to communicate with drivers' support. It's very irritating when you have to type one letter at and time and also wait for it to appear when trying to get help from support. Closing out routes is sometimes an issue as well, and the list goes on.

The app is garbage. It insists on rebooting every time you switch between it and maps. Then it asks to open maps again before you can start the delivery process. Then, once you start the delivery process it freezes in between taking the package photo and the address photo. A stop that should take 30 seconds turns into an awkward 2-3 minute affair standing on the customer's porch while fighting the app. All of this leads to much longer time to complete the route than is projected.

It's nice to be able to just log on and sign up to earn money, but the app has been extremely glitchy lately. I'm not sure if it's only mine, but it's weird no one else said they were having issues with it. I can't scan my packages lately during delivery. I have to go through maybe 5 steps just to be able to open my camera on the app, take a pic of every single package just to be able to deliver. Keeps crashing. Gps won't load on the app, whole app won't load, Sat for 25 minutes stuck!

The routes are fine, but the app crashes constantly, very frustrating. More crashes every day, the app takes several seconds to switch between pages, when u go to use the camera to take delivery or address photos, it first goes to the main page, to the code scan page then to the camera page. It takes 2-3 seconds for the pages to switch, doesn't sound long but it means the app is SUPER SLOW. Also the support page is hard to read and winks on and off. Get better coders.

The issue is that when searching for routes you once showed neighborhoods within the city, where we could right away know which route to select, based on geographical preference. Now you label routes within metropolitan areas by major city name (i.e. Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, etc). These are very large cities, and as such one can easily end up much farther away than desired. Seriously consider reverting to show area within the city, as this app is quickly becoming unusable for me as a result.

Let aside the company or the profit you can get from this job. The app is absolutely trash, it crash every 2 o 3 stops, drain your battery, overheat any phone note 9 galaxy s22 note 20 all overheat while working veho. Its slow in every step, take a picture take 2 or 3 seconds after you hit the button so you need to wait static for who know how long til it takes the pictures. And ypu have to take 3 pictures every stop. The longer the route the worse and slower it gets. Its 100% the worse app

Great concept, horrible execution. Veho has the potential to be a front runner for delivery but the app is GARBAGE. I have never seen such a trash delivery app in my life!! I work for DoorDash and Thistle and their apps don't overheat or kill battery like this one! It's slow, clunky, and very frustrating! Takes so long to switch pages or take photos. The support team is garbage too. AI generated bs. Also, they will assume you're stealing because their app deletes photos AFTER you've left!
