I really like using this app. I use it all the time and I really enjoy it. I would really like for Venus to always put the rise and inseam of any pants and I would also like for them to indicate that the bathing suit top size cup can go up if you order a band size of thirty six or more. The only reason I have these things to say about it are because I buy from Venus all the time, and I absolutely LOVE the brand.

It seems hard to buy online, but Venus made it easy to get items returned to get the right fit and by giving you up to 90 days to make the return it helps those that do have a schedule to work around!!! Also their clothing doesn't look like the closest chain store styles that everyone in your neighborhood wears!❤ Style and Convenience!❤

Other than the brutal lagginess, the only other major flaw I perpetually run into is that every time I add an item to my wish list, it sends me directly to my wishlist. It ought to simply add it without taking me to another page. (Because hitting the back button is a nightmare also and sends you back to the top of the category list you were looking at.)

I'll probably update this once the issue is fixed, but currently the app is asking me log in every time I want to see my wishlist, or if I click on the little profile thing in the top right. It doesn't keep me logged in. As soon as I search something I'm unable to add it to the wishlist because I have to log in...again. Kinda frustrating.

I love using this app for browsing and purchasing cute clothing. It's easy to add to cart and check out. One thing I like is that if you have items in your cart you'll get an email reminder. Took off a star because when I sign in and am selecting favorites one by one I repeatedly had to re sign in. However despite that if I put my fab things in cart it somehow remembers sometimes when I didn't sign in. Overall it's easy to use and make purchases.

Venus has the most BEAUTIFUL clothes that fit great and looks fabulous!! I get so many compliments every time I wear one of the blouses I bought. They're a little bit more expensive than some others but again they're just so beautiful that it's definitely worth it. And should you have to return something, it's the easiest way EVER to do so!!

I love the clothes, lounge wear & sleep wear. There's a great variety of styles & sizes. I can spend hours browsing, changing my mind, putting things on a wish or buying. I do have to get better with sizing though, because some things run small but a lot of my choices have run way to big, It's extremely helpful when people put their height, measurements & the size they bought in their review. I wish everyone would do that on every website. Oh & the app is great too!

Overall great app, easy to shop & find items I love as well as track my purchases. The only reason it lost a star was because I have to sign in everytime I get back into the app making it hard to save my favorites or check the status of an order on the go if I forget my password. I wish I could stay logged in, or at least have the option to save my login info within the app.

It's easy to use. The only big thing is this interruption which occurred when I was rudely stopped, to write this little story about how much I like it. HELL! I really have'nt had a chance to really developed any likes or dislikes about this app. It appears to be either fun or enlightening, but I'd need a lot more time with, while it's running smoothly and not butting in just when I've opened it for the first time and practically demanding that I write something nice about it.

I would give it more stars but there is one thing that would make the app the best. When saving to the wishlist it would be nice to be able to save by category instead of it being all under 1 list. It is hard to find say a top whwn you have look through the whole list and they are saved by whwn you saved them.

I've been shopping with Venus for several years now and have never had a bad experience yet. The customer service has been amazing (the few times I have had to call). Delivery is a little delayed, but it's expected in today's world. There were a couple items that were pretty thin in the beginning, but it has improved dramatically over the years. Love their clothes and their service!

I love most of Venus items. Though sometimes not exactly as pictured, which is a bummer cause you have to pay to ship back for false advertising. But the real bummer is after spending thousands of $$ at Venus & reading reviews to finally decide what I want by holding it in my shopping cart, I apparently can't access it! It shows some error page of a 500 Fashion Emergency to come back and try later. And then after 1 hr of chat and telling them, all they say is sorry. You can call in your order.

I LOVE Venus Women's clothing and the new app. Having the app makes it easier to navigate the online shop much faster and making it more convenient to view all of the details of the item you are currently viewing plus your history. I tend to spend more time virtually window shopping and spending more money using the app. Their clothing is super, uber cute and fashionable and I adore it.

The worst navigation within a shopping app that I have ever experienced. Loading time is slow, and you have to sign in EVERY time you want to just quickly access you wishlist, order history, profile, etc. If you leave the wishlist page to shop and return to the wishlist page seconds later, you have to sign in AGAIN. It's a nightmare. Also, search results don't even scratch the surface of Venus' inventory. Results are inaccurate and often irrelevant.

Venus has clothing,shoes, swimsuits and accessories that are on trend & made well at a nice price they've also got all the basics, athleisure, pajamas and more! I also love the fact that they have plus size clothing as well.(xs-4x) Because it's not a one size fits all world! App is very easy to use and I've never had any issues with returns or exchanges. Definitely recommend this Venus for anyone wanting to look nice without breaking the bank.

I gave it 4 stars because I love this store, decent prices, awesome clothes that are great quality, fast shipment. .y only problem with the app is that it runs very slow, and when I click to view an item and details, there isn't any option to go back to the same place I was scrolling. It takes me back to the beginning of the category and I have to go thru the list, and wait for it to load each section all over again, which becomes considerably tedious when you're 5 or even 1p sections thru.

as a fashionista,youtuber, Instagram influenster. I use a ton of shopping apps online this by far is the most annoying app I have ever used! yes your clothes are beautiful and reasonably priced, but there's no wish list or save or love it. it's super annoying because I try to buy 10 to 20 items at a time! I like to compare what in my wishlist to what I need in that particular order so that's really really frustrating!!! I'm uninstalling please update and fit that. i'll use once thats fixed.

Venus has the BEST bathing suits (mix and match seperates) and jeans! I've worn Venus suits for 30 years and I still have every single suit. From classic styles you can wear for years to trendy colors and new styles I love them all! You can take a basic black bottom or skirt and get unlimited tops to go with it. And the clothes are great...jeans in short, reg and Long! I rarely return anything.

Venus app is very easy to navigate and smooth running. However, I only gave it 3 stars because it doesnt allow you to "favorite" any items so you can revisit them later. There were MANY items out of stock in my size small/medium, it would be nice to have a reference to revisit later since I couldn't order those items. It doesn't even allow you to be notified when the item is available to purchase. Needs some work there.

Love shopping here. Always great quality. So having the app has added to the volume of shopping I do. (lol) Con: The back feature. After viewing a listing, and when trying to go back to the search, it takes you right back to the beginning. Why not route me back to my stopping point like most shopping apps? This inconvenience discouraged me from browsing.
