I don't know know how much those people got paid to lie, they are a damn lie verizon internet is completely garbage,when it does work it lags as if this is aol all over again the lil mobile box we had ta get from the mobile works alot better, very disappointing

App is consistently have errors, which doesn't allow me to manage my home network. parental controls don't work.

the app is slow. but the Internet is similar to T Mobile's and definitely better than ATT.

I dont like the new look. You used to be able to see your groups in devices, but they took that away. That feature really helped me. sorry to see it go

the app is useful,but the support is awful 😞 what's the point of a ticket system if you won't even respond or check it for until someone calls in a week later...

my Internet drops every night since I got a new box. why? I'm sick of this happening. I may change company's so I don't have to deal with my Internet stopping or being dropped.

what more can I say. Verizon service has always been good to me for fios and was excited to get it back. the app is ez to use and management my home network

app is great but there are a few glitches. I set iPads to pause at 7 and at 715 the kids are still on them playing games. I'm not sure if it's because the signal strength was weak... they eventually paused but it was like 15-20 minutes after the time I set.

my services went down. I downloaded this app to help manage my services but it didn't work because it couldn't connect to my wifi. turns out the services went down due to an issue at the pole.l

This app has a great concept of being able to group together devices targeted for limited hours. However, it is not very precise. For example, if I have downtime set for 9:30 pm, it sometimes does not shut down hour after that.

Connections to home internet router rarely work and when it does connect it is extremely slow to respond or there are usually errors that require shutting down the app and starting over. Really did not want to give it one star but had to in order to leave a review.

stinks that we have to switch to another app for securing devices. this one only allows 1 downtime schedule and no granularity for blocking sites that I could see. The design could be a bit better to allow sorting on the main page for devices, by group or Device type.

The app is fine. The internet service is inconsistent. The speed tests with other apps show the speed so much slower than the Verizon app test. And the slower speeds seem accurate based on all the buffering messages I get

No longer works. It used to have all the information listed. I logged in last night, and it said no router connected to the account. Now I can't even log in. It just says something went wrong try again later. I reinstalled the app but still broken. Fios experience has been less than average. Updated I am able to log in. If there is an outage, there should be something on the app, not just try again. My TV & internet were fine at the time.
