I am repeatedly being doxxed. You have 2 accounts in my name right now. I have lots of screen shots and links tied into regular Apps like 54 links to Amazon. 23 links to Facebook. My banks info on me was broken into and I lost my debit card. I was loyal to you for years but never again.

Good stuff. i no longer use it as i have switched carriers, but worked well enough when i was a Verizon customer.

Always locking me out for pass word been same since I have been with Verizon had contact fairshake. Anyone need help being overcharged or service being changed without permission made pay over 120 for 50 fee contact fair shake they wonferful

I would never ever recommend this app to anybody serious about identity verification. This is a garbage app with zero support. Full of bugs and madenning to use.

Cyber Criminals Untrustworthy and government backed harvesting and deleting Data. I'm tracking your actions and have several backup copies of my data and I am not stupid you can delete and fragment my data if you want I have hard copy file that's paper you won't get them and I will be exposing your criminal conduct with evidentiary materials so prepare yourself leave my data alone. Update Absolutely untrustable i contend criminal misconduct is routine practice and strongly would not recomend.

Can't use the app unless you enable finger print ID! Please fix Verizon, I should be able to use this with whatever verification method I choose.

Waste of time, Verizon ID demands face and or fingerprint locking, so can't be used anywhere.

The first screen comes with a digit code and a scan function but it doesn't tell you what to do with it. Then tried loading the liveid and it keeps coming back with a error.

Useless! It can never get past adding digital assets. Every attempt results in the error "data couldn't fetch properly". It doesn't work for driver's license or passport (North American).

Prompted to enable Touch ID to use app; my phone doesn't have Touch ID. Found level of security to be over the top but not practical or 100% necessary. VIP Access is more User set-up and support friendly.

Not the best instructions but i got it to work. I used my passport as the ID. For step one I let the app capture the page with my picture and information. Then for step two i slowly moved the window from the top of my ID page to the bottom where the long string of numbers is. I gave it time to scan and it took a few tries. I did not scan or capture the page with my signature.

Tried repeatedly to add live id. It doesn't like the way I blink. Takes a picture of my smile and then says: "Something didn't work" and toggles the liveID off. It won't let me scan the driver's license or passport without the liveID. After repeated tries it liked my smile. It would not scan my passport despite repeated tries. It took multiple tries to scan driver's license, but 4 scans it couldn't verify, then it was in. The instructions are non existent.
