Message center appears non functional. I get a successful notification when I finish a message but there is nothing in my sent tab. I'm not getting replies. Using the contact by email button does not autofill an email address into yahoo mail nor does the Verve app display an email address for me to cut and paste.

A great app for a great Credit Union. I opened my first checking account ever with then Citizen's First almost 20 years ago, and doubt I will ever leave. The only issue I've had in the app is with mobile deposit, which often has trouble reading obviously written statements like "for mobile deposit" or, today, the clearly written date. Often have to take the pictures more than once. But hey, I can deposit checks on my phone, so, not that big a deal.

Latest up to do date technology which makes online banking a breeze. I really appreciate the E-sign option they offer so that I dont physically have to drive to the Credit Union to sign papers. They always have the lowest interest rates and are easy and fast to work with when applying for a loan. I've been a Member since birth. My only complaint is that they don't have any locations in Appleton or Hortonville/Greenville area. Keep up the great service!

The remote deposit got WAY better over the years. It has an auto and a manual photo taking for those real difficult checks. It is probably the best feature in the entire app. Security of the app is so much nicer and secure. You can use finger prints or number generator. I'm so glad a credit union took security seriously!

The old app worked better. Its sad that others had to re-download another app on their phone just to be able to use the online services. As someone who could quickly navigate through the old to now taking 5 minutes just to transfer money over is sad. I will be closing my account for the reason that I just can't get behind this new update. So many bugs and so many fixes. Should of kept the old one before the new one wouldn't have any bugs.

FYI, it looks like my account and transaction details transferred over successfully but I found at least 20 different major bugs in this app within the first 20 minutes or so of use. I will be contacting Verve to assist them with identifying them, so hopefully they will get fixed quickly.

The reason this app is horrible for most of us is because it's not the correct app for our credit card (verve by continental finance)! I had to go online on my computer and figured it out. Download CFS (continental finance) it has a 3D looking globe on it and go through the prompts. That one is super easy to use!

The Verve app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I can access all my accounts, in one place, and transfer money seamlessly. Verve, in person, is even better. Their employees are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and solve whatever problem you may have.

this app feels like it was coded by high school kids. logging in sometimes works. viewing my accounts has never worked to keep getting error and retry but I can still see other tabs like my account and all that so it just doesn't have connection to the back end. doesn't really matter cuz this bank is basically useless you can't transfer in and out electronically at all.

Wish I didn't have to give it any stars. Since the August upgrade I've had to uninstall & reinstall it several times because it just doesn't work. (Customer/member Service at Verve is who told me to "uninstall and reinstall and it should be fine". WRONG!) Have been a member for well over 20 years and if this doesn't get straightened out, will definitely consider taking all of our accounts elsewhere. Do better, Verve. This is 2022!

Your new update is horrible, you took the ease of having an app and made it difficult by removing the log in pin. I now have to log in using username and password which on the go is not ideal. Ever since the update the app seems to struggle to load between pages and is very clunky. I'm having issues just logging in because it continues to say error. And no don't ask me to call you for assistance just fix your app.

I was going to give it a try, but then as I was signing up, I needed to enter my birth date. For some reason, I was unable to scroll through the years and there was no way to manually enter the numbers indicating the DOB so this app was expecting me to click back 30 years 1 month at a time. I absolutely will not. Uninstalled before I even finished signing up. It's not a good indication of the programming if there isn't even a scroll or enter text option on the calendar to enter your birth date.

Horrible experience from the beginning. Took awhile for the card to arrive and unable to set up account online. Called the CS number and was told they reactivated my account and I would have to wait 24 hours before I could try to login. Canceled my account just because it can only get worse from there.

New update on 8-26-22 is terrible. The old version worked fine, but once again you decided to "make it better." Now the back button no longer closes the app, and you have to be spot on when tapping an icon. Not ideal for on the go. Quit trying to make everything modern, or at least provide an option for keeping simple, traditional options.

App does not allow retrieval of lost user name or password. Information entered correctly and app says can't locate account. Something is going on with this app and it doesn't feel good. Called customer service and that experience was not good as well. Unable to take action on my account, which is current and in good standing in every manner.

whenever I've had any problems verve has fixed it and took care of it right away even when somebody took money out of my account and it was fraudulently they returned it very quick. Yay verve!!!!!

Why do I suddenly have to sign in every time I want to see the snapshot? It used to work perfectly, now I constantly have to sign in. Kind of defeats the purpose of the snapshot.

Pretty good to navigate and easy to get where you're trying to go. The only complaint I have is this; if you tap anything at the bottom of your screen when opening the app (transfer, settings, etc) you have to login I. with username and password. Even when I had biometrics set up. I never even saved my password because I was using the fingerprint login. So that can get annoying, but other than that, it's great!
