Great little tracker trash app. I dont receive notifications of any kind, alarms, text or missed calls as I am supposed to and everything is set as it should be to receive them. Most irritating and inconvenient is that every time my phone goes dead, gets turned off or I am too far away from my phone for more than a sec it disconnects from bluetooth and I cant get it reconnected. I was only able to get it reconnected twice and idk how I did it and I did all of the troubleshooting points to work.

3 stars because I'm in a wait and see mode. My Very Fit wrist band works perfectly. The app has a few hickups it seems. I had a problem with some of my activities... Something about bluetooth acting abnormally. Saw several complaints about it. I went back to the app and just started opening all the gizmos. Found their fixes tab and it said to restart my phone. I did and it is fine now. All just today. Hopefully that will fix it if it happens in the future. Hope this info helps others.

The UI is not intuitive and the font is too small. Also I want to be able to set my tracker to take my HR and BP automatically every hour and store the data. It Doesn't record all of my BP readings. I'm not sure why but the last few bp measurements that I took aren't on my log and I can't back uo to the previous day to view data on list from. Other than that the app works well. It is way better than the fitbit app.

Awful app. Considering returning my fitness tracker because of this app. It only synced sleep data for two nights, then not at all. It takes 20+ minutes to sync in general, so to have the information not show up is irritating. I have heart rate set to automatically track, but it never has. Even when I check it manually, the app doesn't record it. I would recommend not bothering with buying a tracker that has to use this app. Check pawn shops for cheaper fitness watches. Literally ANYTHING else will be better than this app.

Mute the ads! This fitness tracker app has been inconsistent since the first day. If you sleep during the day or nap, it doesn't record. If you go to bed after a certain hour, it doesn't record. When you take it off to shower after a night's sleep, it records as a continuous sleep session. I attempted to sync the device to the app this morning without success. Yesterday's data isn't there at all, but it does have my current step count. I give up.

while it does interface with google fit it does not do it well. it works with this knock off fit bit i got and its the only one that does which is why i downloaded it in the first place. it doesn't work super well with it in many aspects regardless of the confusing way to sync. idk why the sync is terrible either. all in all it will get the job done and you can guess at how much you walked or how hard you worked out. or you can buy a better watch and get a better app.

I have used this app for at least 2 years. Recently it wasn't syncing and then it kept prompting to log in. When I tried to log in, I got log in failed. I asked to retrieve password and I got data request error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least 2 times. Same problem. Please help! Update: apparently they don't care. Their email doesn't exist, bounced back. Unfortunately, this is the app that works with my watch. Anyone using another app that's working?

It's a solid app. Some minor complains I have is that it does not have enough clock heads with the date on it. The others look nice but for forgetful people like me it's also helpful to have the date too. Other issue I have is with the sms alert for the messenger app. It buzzes every time I do something to the floating widget when people contact me. It works great otherwise but it's frustrating to get a notification about the bubble being closed or 3 conversations open or w/e.

This app would be useful if it didn't freeze up my ability to hang up calls or dial extensions. I was using it daily but once Android Pie came out it began causing problems. I spent a week clearing caches, flashing the phone, doing factory reset and hard reset... Finally figured out it was this app. Disappointed. Tried to contact developer and the email bounced back.

I have loaded, uninstalled and reinstalled this app repeatedly on my Samsung Galaxy S9 over the past 24 hours and it crashes every. Single. Time. And yet it shows that it is running in the background. So frustrating. I have used it in the past a few years back and had no trouble. Now I have a brand new smart watch and can't use the app I need. I would give negative stars if it was possible. I have a Samsung phone and have had no trouble with any other app. Ugh. Update. Finally loaded.

Synching of data from watch to app only worked on day 1. The app doesn't sync with the device, which is the only reason to buy the watch! I'm now wearing an expensive pedometer. So frustrated! I completed all help steps listed to repair the problem and it didn't work. "Unbinding" failed, "Resetting" failed. Yes, my Bluetooth is on. Yes, the phone is near the device. Yes, the latest app version is installed.

Update: 11/18/18 I emailed the company and got a reply within 48 hours. They explained there was a bug in the update and apologized for the inconvenience. The app has updated and is now working properly. So, great app for an inexpensive (and functional) excersize tracker. Was liking this app, until the 11/15/18 update and now it doesn't open. The accompanying wrist band only displays 1 day of data, so would really like this issue resolved before I lose my progress! Another user suggested trying veryfit 2.0 and it does work! So, have installed that version and using it until further notice :/

Hijacks phone, rendering it unusable, freezing the touch screen. When I click open items button (the only button that works when the screen freezes) it pops up Veryfit Pro which wasn't open. Outs supposed to be absolutely running in the background, but it pop up unexpectedly on its own, freezing the screen at time-sensitive, inconvenient times like when trying answer calls, or when playing a game. Whatever they did in the update wrecked it.

I first downloaded it and it would freeze but then would start working again after a few seconds and was mostly accurate. after a week, it became less and less accurate based on a different app on my phone (miscounting steps by 400 out of every 1000l. then it froze and I could not get it to switch view, page, etc off of the settings menu. uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it wont budge from home page.

I like the fitness tracker itself, but I cannot get it to bind consistently with this app. It disconnects and I restart my phone, bluetooth, the app itself and it still cannot connet to the fitness tracker band. Overall, i like the app interface and its capabilities, but i am very frustrated i cannot use it because it will not find my tracker itself. I was only able to bind/connect on the first day of use. Its been over a week since the app had located the device. Disappointed. Please update!

As bad as this app was before, this weeks downgrade made it worse. (An update would have made something better) Now, there are often 2 adds. You close one & the second opens. But you can't close the second one. You have to close the app & reopen it. But you're lucky if it will refresh. This app is now completely useless Also, I used the link to email the developer. It's a fake link. Email doesn't go anywhere.

It's ok. Would be nice if I could set a certain distance for running to keep me from having to check the watch. Also, there are some connection issues. My data doesn't always save. I run every day and that important information for me. Otherwise, I love it. Also, it would be really cool if it had a calorie tracker that added up all your burnt calories from steps and cardio and saved the data to the app.

Each update gets worse. Flaky. Too many ads. No opt-out for reports. Slow sync. My experience was great for a while. The app is easy-to-use, visually appealing. There are 2 main issues I face: - recently, it stopped tracking sleep & heartrate. Then it started again. Then it suddenly stopped. Is this a device issue? An app issue? - an issue from day 1 is that since time is sync'd with a phone, if the phone auto-adjusts for timezone when travelling, large blocks of data end up being dropped.

Update: stopped using the watch with this app. Now using after 1 year and very disappointed. Have to fight with the app to get it to update and sync with my watch. Way more hassle than it should be. Works well. Watch was way less expensive but works very good. App is good. Wish there was a way to turn it off when I don't need it. Would also like to be able to look back at previous days. But so far very happy with this program.

This app worked well for several years. Now, it keeps reading "connecting" and never does. I've uninstalled and re-instlled several times to no avail. At this point, I'm referring to my watch, not the app. I like the features on the app, but they're useless if they won't connect. To my knowledge, this is the only app compatible with my watch. Maybe it's time for a new watch and app.
